Ordered a plotter online that was lasted as "in stock". They charged my card immediately. ($15,000) Plotter hadn't shipped 5 days later. Their chat support was useless and couldn't understand that I needed either proof that it shipped or a cancellation. 24 hours later he came back with an email wanting an additional $600 to ship it (on top of the $250 already charged). I replied that I wanted to cancel the order - no reply. Took 5 phone calls to 3 different numbers to actually get the ordered cancelled, and now they want to hold onto my $15000 for another 5 days, causing more delays. NEVER AGAIN.

La piètre qualité du service de Insight est impressionnant: l'entreprise est incapable de trouver mon adresse pour des fins de livraison. Ne perdez pas votre temps, allez ailleurs.

Commande passé le 10 novembre 2021, nous sommes rendu le 18 janvier 2022 et toujours rien reçu.j'ai parlé à un agent, ils ont reçu la commande, mais elle n'a jamais été traiter. L'agent me dit qu'il va me rappeler, une semaine plus tard toujours pas d'appel. Je réussi a parler à un autre agent pour me dire que notre commande est backorder.ils devraient en recevoir à partir du 10 février 2022. Je suis dans le domaine de la distribution, quand on n'a pas l'item, on indique clairement sur notre site qu'il n'est pas disponible. On ne niaise pas les gens.

We bought a Cisco AP Sep first and delivery date was 10 days after purchasing.after 20 day they called me and said the price of this device is increased and you have to pay $50 more to get this device.

That's the first time I see that an online store calls somebody and ask to pay the extra money.

Also, during 20 days I've called several time and I asked them why the status of this order does not change and it always on Processing mode.
Nobody told me about the reason of this issue.but today they told me we do not know you have spoken with who! This order had some issue behind of it.

Very irresponsible company.

Incapable de faire le suivi de la date de livraison pour une commande de Patch-cords. J'ai commandé ailleurs et nous les avons reçu en 2 jours. La commande insight n'est toujours pas arrivé après 5 semaines et le projet est construit.

I got a job interview years ago, and negotiated my salary with the sales manager during the second interview. I was sent an offer with a salary less than what we agreed on. This company has poor values and are not honest.

It’s very weird all reviews only talk about the working place and employees, but not one review talks about customer services or satisfactions!

Après de multiples tentatives et de longues attentes, jamais réussis a parler a qui que ce soit. Je crois que le système téléphonique est défaillant.
