I went to get my legs waxed here yesterday. Just a terrible experience. The lady was cold and she did not make me feel comfortable at all. She did not apply any baby powder before starting and the way she was waxing was so aggressive. She went over some spots multiple times when there was no need to and now those same spots are slightly burning.
At one point during the appointment, her garbage was full so she pressed down on it with her hands and then proceeded to wax my legs without washing her hands.
Overall, worst waxing experience ever. Would NEVER recommend. According to the rest of the reviews, seems like the spa treatments are great! But as for the waxing, I give it a solid 0/10. The only reason I went here is because my usual wax places were fully booked, but trust me, I’ll never make this mistake again.

What can I say I never had better massage in my life then this one.
I suffer from muscle tension and stiffness all over my body and this lady can make miracles happen.
She understood pain and how it works. She knows energy chi movement. She doesn't go by the book but rather by feelings.
She is the best.

Worst facial experience. She wasn't ready for the facial and took 5 min to find her things. The space wasn't welcoming and a bit messy. The machine wasn't charged and she kept looking for the charger. After a few minutes, I told her that I didn't want to receive the treatment and walked out. No delicacy and softness in her gestures. I can't imagine how the facial would have turned out if I would I went further with the treatment.

Not relaxing at all! Not recommended!

Thus was my first time getting my back waxed so not sure how to compare it. She was crazy fast with no hesitation which i really liked. But then when she grabbed a hand full of cooking coconut oil to butter me up with i didn't think it was to weird until the wife said that might be why i got a rash. Like i said it was my first time so who known.

Mme Kim est mon esthéticienne depuis bientôt 10 ans (facial et pédicure) et je n'irais pas ailleurs. Elle connaît très bien son métier, est propre, à l'heure et ses prix sont très, très raisonnables.

Worst experience getting a brazilian wax. I usually go to another place but because of covid they are very backed up.

She didn't use hard wax or suger. She didn't wear any gloves, said her clients prefer to feel the warmth it helps them with the pain (her words). It was very unsanitary!
I usually don't write bad reviews but this was just too much. Very, very bad experience!

Depuis que je fréquente cet Institut, ma peau s’est grandement améliorée. Le facial est un soin sublime mariant les techniques orientales et européennes: nettoyage avec serviettes chaudes, exfoliation, extraction et masque sont prodigués avec minutie. Le summum est le massage du visage à la fin du soin …. Tellement relaxant.

Je reçois toujours le service que je désire. Elle respecte mes demandes et le résultat est naturel et parfait

Je n'ai jamais eu un facial sans délicatesse, vite vite que sa finisse. Ce n'est pas l'endroit pour se faire chouchouter. De plus, elle a casher tout le montant de ma carte cadeau sois 100.00$ en plus de tenter de me faire croire que ça n'avait pas passé, que je devais passer pour payer avec ma carte de crédit. Faut le taire. Première et dernière fois. Je préfère de loin l'Institut Matis pour moins cher et la relaxation qui vient avec. Il traite leurs clients avec beaucoup de respect et douceur.

I've been going to Kim for 3 years for waxing. She is the best esthetician I've gone to, she explains what she is doing and why, and I've had long term hair loss results from her hot wax service! She takes the time to make sure I'm satisfied and does the job meticulously. She washes her hands in front of you, and cares to make sure that she is working efficiently and as painlessly as possible. A review mentioned that she doesn't wear gloves: it's important that Kim not wear gloves during a hot wax because she is able to hold down the skin (reduce pain) and work quickly (30 minutes for a full brazillian wax). I highly recommend this spa!

Kim est très professionnelle. J’ai beaucoup aimé mon facial avec elle et ai hâte de renouveler l’expérience!

The place is really fantastic and excellent. For sure recommend this place to friends. Kim is really excellent esthéticienne.
