J'aime bien le suivi par courriel. Rarement, ils livrent à ma voisine accidentellement, mais en général, pas de problèmes.:)

I give the rate 5 star because it’s very fast delivery and the guy came to the door instead of leaving at the front entrance.

Pire service du monde. Ça fait 2 jours que j’attends un colis, le livreur ne sonne pas, ne m’appelle pas et repars avec à chaque fois. Je repousse des plans pour être à la maison et le livreur n’essaye même pas de faire sa job. J’ai appelé 3 fois en 2 jours et à chaque fois on me dit qu’il va passer dans l’heure et il ne passe jamais. Sans compter le temps d’attente de 45 minutes au téléphone à chaque fois. Quelle perte de temps incroyable.

Got a package that has no tracking update since 2 weeks. Called 3 times, they opened an "investigation", and still nothing.

Takes 45 minutes+ to talk to anyone there by phone.

Intelcom used to suck (pre-pandemic) but my recent experiences w/ them have been great. Love the email notification w/ name of delivery person and the delivery time window. Some other companies don't even bother ringing the doorbell and just leave the packages at the door. Keep up the good work!

Les livreurs ne sonne pas à la porte quand il livre, et on c'est fait voler des colis' cela cause des problèmes pour ce faire rembourser

The driver took pictures of the label on the package thé out side of the building and the door where he left it. I was extremely impressed with the efficiency. Keep up the good work

Les chauffeurs ne savent pas lire! Mon adresse est X sur rue Y mais 1 fois sur 2 ce n'est pas la bonne rue ou le bon numéro de porte. Ils devaient récupérer un colis aujourd'hui. Ils m envoient un courriel à 13h pour me dire qu'ils sont en route mais personne n'est encore passé et il est dépassé 21h. Ils doivent partir de loin les pauvres ‍️! Ne me sortez pas que c'est la période des fêtes comme raison car sinon c'est Noël à l'année avec eux pour les mauvaises raisons.

Le livreur a adherer a ma demande faite lors de l achat,
. Ce monsieur tres sourient et surtout poli. Chez vous le service s ameliore, alors merci beaucoup, c est important pour les gens a faible mobilitee. En realite vos employer sont superior pour le service que Amazon livraison, alors Merci a tous qui nous donne le meuilleur d eux meme chex vous

Intelcom definitely improved over the year so Great job for them. Recently, every package has been delivered accordingly, so I am very grateful to all the delivery persons.

Here 2 tips that can improve the overall customer experience.

1) Have the drivers ring one (1) time when he delivers the package. A lot of them just drop the package on the floor and leave (I do understand their position when they have to deliver tons of packages in a absurd amount of time)

2) Have the Intelcom notification system (email) sync with the actual package delivery. A couple of days ago, I had my first package stolen. I receive an automatic notification via email at around 6PM (that the package has been delivered) and it was pitch black outside. I immediately opened the door and the package was not there. Upon looking at the photo of the delivery person, it was taken during the afternoon when it was still sunny (I was home all day and he did not rang at the door). Good thing it was just Amazon basics batteries.

Quel service épouvantable! J'ai commandé via amazon, on me dit que ca doit arriver le lundi 28 nov donc je le fait livrer à mon travail. Finalement, ils livrent le samedi et mon travail est fermé donc j'appelle pour le faire livrer chez moi. Finalement, le lundi matin je rappelle pour savoir ou est mon colis et les aviser de le laisser si je ne suis pas la. On me confirme que ce sera fait. Le livreur repart encore avec. Je rappelle dans l'après-midi pour les aviser et on me dit que ce sera livré le lendemain et nous sommes vendredi toujours rien. J'appelle finalement ce matin vendredi le 2 pour me faire dire qu'il est perdu.

À ÉVITER SURTOUT AVEC UN COLIS DE GRANDE VALEUR! Avoir su que Amazon faisait affaire avec eux! Pire expériences de livraison de colis et de ramassage. Premièrement, ils ont "perdu" mon colis d'une valeur de 1000$ après plus de 3 jours d'attente. Après plusieurs appels mis en attente pendant 30 minutes, on me répond de me faire rembourser par Amazon. Bravo!
Deuxièmement, il était sensé faire le ramassge d'un colis il y a 3 jours, nous avons même reçu un confirmation, jamais vu de livreur passé à la maison. Très déçu,
