The service is bad and unprofessional and frankly dishonest. The critical information that should be communicated with clients rarely is. They only work with 5-6 insurers and I was unaware of which ones I could work with, they never told me or explained any of this. I have had a terrible experience with Nathalie Gaussian and would tell anyone to stay away from Invessa. After having high premiums and bad service for years, I finally called a few insurances myself and got insured for half the price I was paying. It was shocking. They clearly do nothing to help their clients and it's a dishonest system they have which they don't explain in any way to their clients.
