Very good experience! The doctor was very professional and so was the whole team. Definitely recommend the place.

I am very unhappy with the service I received at this location. I felt like it was a case of get her in and get her out. Short version is I was not happy with the fit and returned to the store. The owner admitted he made an error in the lens calculation, he said he would order a set of lenses as well as contacts as I thought I would like to try them. That was in nov 2023. I contacted them late Jan 2024… they had forgot about me and never even ordered the lenses!
Made an appointment for early Feb, I had to pick the lenses up at their store… drive to the lens fitter (my time and my gas), it was not more than 10 kms but I did not feel it was up to me, he could have gone or requested an Uber.
I was to return to the store for a lesson on contacts but I was so fed up with his laissez faire attitude I called to say I was not happy and I would NOT be returning.
I received a cursory ‘sorry’ for all the trouble after having bought 2 pair of prescription glasses and dropping approximately $1500.00.
The associate I worked with is very condescending and should not be dealing with the public

I recently had an incredibly overcomplicated and frustrating experience with this eye doctor’s office. In the past, my eye doctor has included a number called the pupillary distance in my prescription without issue. This time, I phoned, and the individual stated they’re not authorized provide this number. If I wanted, I’d have to wait DAYS in order to speak to a manger or whomever is authorized to do so. For those that don’t know, the pupillary distance is a basic and essential measurement for ordering glasses. I don’t have time to wait days on end for such a simple thing, I proceeded to remind them that it is unlawful for a provider to not share my personal medical records with me.

After mentioning my legal rights, admittedly, they responded quite promptly. The problem is, rather than just say it is 59,60, or whatever…they went out of their way to make a simple number sound like an unsolvable puzzle in a feeble attempt to justify their decision to not to make the information readily available to their clients. Needless to say, in a round about way…I didn’t get the simple number. Pupillary distance, or PD, refers to the distance in millimeters between the center of one pupil to the center of the other. THAT’S ALL. They went into some whole rigmarole with lengthy explanations with multiple numbers and measurements…Indeed, it is a simple number, but it is an important one. Having a correct PD on your vision prescription ensures that you’re looking through the ideal spot in your lenses.

It's quite clear they are trying to deceive patients and prevent them from taking their business elsewhere. The lack of transparency and unnecessary complications make this eye doctor an unreliable and untrustworthy choice. I strongly advise against seeking services from them. I just want my PD…until I get it, my stance on this office definitely will not change.

***you know exactly whose file this is…See, even this attempt of reconciliation is disingenuous as you attempt to save face online. Disappointing.

I have visited 4 different lunetterie, but this team is the most incredible.

From the reception to the doctors, to the eye exam, to choosing the right pair of glasses for you, this place will most definitely blow you away.

Inside is clean with a modern look.

But really what will always bring me back is their customer service, so caring and helpful. I would give more stars if i could.

Je les adore tout simplement! J’ai choisi cette entreprise autant pour mes examens de vision que pour mes choix de lunettes. Leur équipe est chaleureuse, et sincèrement à l’écoute de vos besoins. Leur service est impeccable! Leurs choix de montures sont vraiment magnifiques et ils ont à cœur votre satisfaction! Je sais qu’ils renouvellent fréquemment leurs choix de lunettes pour offrir un vaste choix à leurs clients! Il y en a pour tous les goûts! D’ailleurs, j’y suis allé plusieurs fois, car je suis de nature, une éternelle indécise et à chaque fois ils m’ont conseillé et proposé des montures. Jamais je ne me suis senti pressé! Au contraire, leur accueil était toujours très chaleureux. J’ai finalement fait mon choix et j’ai reçu ma monture avec ma vision très rapidement J’en suis très satisfaite!

They took the time to adjust my glasses (that were not purchased here) and the job was quick and perfect! The price is reasonable as well ($30 for adjusting)

They also have a wide variety of glasses to select from compared to Lens Crafters, definitely worth a visit.

Ils ont ete parfait pour moi! J'avais un problème avec mes nouvelles lunettes et je n'arrivais pas à bien expliquer mon problème. J'ai fait 3 rv avec eux pour essayer de voir et comprendre la complication. A chaque fois ils ont eu une grande écoute et un excellent service. Ils ont réussi à résoudre le problème et maintenant mes lunettes sont parfaitement adaptés à ma vue. Merci beaucoup!

Took my 6 month old for an eye exam, the optometrist was so great and informative. It was a really pleasant experience

Although the employees might be qualified, and the service I experiences was good, the prices are very high. I was stunned to find out an eye exam is 130$.

The price in comparison at Newlook, another chain and competitor of theirs, is 95$. In my opinion, glasses are already expensive, no need to spend an extra 35$ on the initial exam.

Excellent service, premier rendez-vous à vie chez l'optométriste. Très bien adapté en contexte de COVID-19 également. J'ai vraiment apprécié Dre Bérubé, très gentille et elle prend son temps pour répondre à nos questions (n'est pas rushante du tout).

J'ai vraiment aimé mon expérience là bas. Le service était très bon.et le personnel était gentil et tres professionnel. Le test était rapide et efficace. Je recommande c'est un tres bon centre d'opthometrie.

Très non chaland, et pas assez compétent pour prendre un rdv. J’arrive au moment de mon rdv, que j’ai prit par téléphone la semaine d’avant, pour me faire dire que je n’ai pas de rdv. On me dit de m’assoir ce que je fit pour 20min pour me faire dire qu’ils ont sûrement "bouffer" mon rdv" et que ce n’ai pas grave. Si je ne peu pas avoir confiance en leur précision pour un simple rdv, je ne peu pas avoir confiance en la précision de ma prescription et de leur travail. Adieu iris.

Always satisfied with the product. High quality and latest fashion as selection. I would give them a five star rating except for the fact that the staff members should discuss policies/procedures, pricing and warrantees as a whole group as I am getting different information from all parties involved. Information that is relayed to the customer should be same.

Je suis cliente de cette succursale depuis plusieurs années et j'ai toujours eu un très bon service. Peu d'attente malgré l’achalandage élevé et un accueil impeccable. Le personnel est souriant, à l'écoute de nos besoins et respectueux.

Je suis un client de cette clinique visuelle depuis plusieurs années et le service est toujours excellent. Les gens à l'accueil sont chaleureux et leurs conseils sont toujours judicieux et pertinents. La dame qui s'occupe des pré-test visuels est toujours souriante et sait nous mettre en confiance. J'ai toujours le même optométriste - Dr Pierre Martin. Un chic type qui connaît bien son métier. Leur grande force est clairement le service.

Not only is the staff extremely nice and professional but they actually take their time with their clients and don't rush you to a decision. I would highly recommend a visit to this one of a kind optical store.
The really know their stuff and really seem to enjoy their jobs!
