Fun place for the kids. But also, the whole staff this Friday after 4pm was superb. Caring, mindful of safety and kind. Please give the whole team a raise! Especially those up front managing. Thank you we will definitely return

Me and my kids came to isaute kirkland and we were not impressed, they were short on staff so it took 45 minutes to get past 2 people in line and the only staff there was very rude.one of the employees said some really bad things to my kids and i was very disgusted.whatever you do, please do not go here.fyi the food and the slushes were horrible

I like here. Every staff here is very friendly. I hope they could offer membership for the fall as well so that my kids will continue coming here.

Never get a room for your party, you're better off sitting on the tables, waste of money.

There’s a curly nappy headed chunk of rainbow … (staff) that didn’t know how to do his job. Kids were running and bumping into everyone and this chunk of nappy hair couldn’t figure out a way to give them any kind of warning. Never again will I bring my daughter there. Waste of my money and ruined my daughter’s birthday.

Super fun. Took 3 year old and it wore him out in no time flat. Only gripe really is the price. Lots of trampolines and also sponge pits.

Had the absolute best time and experience for my daughters birthday. The entire staff was super friendly and always there to help us out. Jerry was in charge of us for the whole party and he was constantly checking on us and asking us if we needed something. Can’t thank the entire staff enough on making the entire experience smooth, organized and kids had a blast!

This is a very large entertainment center for the kids. It has many activities within the same building to keep the kids occupied for at least 90 mins or more.

They have a party room section and a food bar.

While I was there, a child vomited. The team, very young, were a little unsure of what to do but after asking the right people they finally came out with a special vomit clean up kit. They got down on the carpet and got it done. Kudos for the kids for handling that well.

My only concern is for new folks that go. Whether you buy online or directly at the location, it is IMPERATIVE to fill out the liability form for all the children in the group. They have a sign up when you come in but they should make more of an emphasis that it NEEDS to be done before getting to the counter to pay (or else you have to fill it in at the counter and delays the line). They should be finding a way to make it more obvious that it has to be done while in line. That 1 sign can be missed, especially, if you are new. Maybe have someone come out every 10 minutes and verbally remind folks to please fill in the form. The sign provides the website to fill in the form.

Other than that, a great experience and the Kirkland Cineplex is right next door so this made for a great afternoon outing.

Très belle expérience, les enfants ont aimés les jeux. L’espace n’est pas très achalandé pendant la matinée. Le prix est un peu élevé. J’ai aimé et je conseille d’y aller.

This place needs to get cleaned ASAP. I am shocked! I am sorry, but honestly, I can't believe that it got to that standard!? !? With all complaints. Is someone gonna go check the place and get a cleaning professional or what?

Un parfait endroit pour le loisir actif en famille! Sécuritaire et bien organisé. Convient parfaitement pour y passer sa fête.

ISaute Kirkland…Horrible customer service! Very rude staff! Manager Myrinda was very rude.

Well where can we start. First of all the prices versus what you get is quite expensive for letting kids jump around for an hour, specially if you accompany a child and you get charged full price as an adult. Seriously, that's not a very good business practice. Then you get to some sections where they've been closed off, may I add that more then one section/play area was off limits. After talking to staff on site apparently section are closed due to missing staff. I say HIRE STAFF with the amount you charge per person you should have enough staff to cover all section and activities. Really not worth your 30+$. And lastly let's talk about hygiene awarenes, the washrooms are obviously not cleaned from the previous day as we came in at opening time and the place looks like a dump. Bathroom are dirty, stains/smell everywhere most likely from bodily fluids, totally disgusting, and to top it all off no toilet paper. Oh! Wait I'm not done, now let's talk about the overall cleansiness of the place. Really unacceptable to open up in the morning and not having the place clean or vacuumed and ready for a new day, they obviously pay no attention to having the place cleaned, the floor is filled with papers, crumbs of any type of snacks kids may have eaten the day before. It's really sad to see how dirty a place can be, this is where kids come to enjoy themselves.

Very bad service we had the worst experience with the manager Miranda she was rude and suggested we go to sky tag instead so that is exactly what we will be doing next time!

Not happy with my experience at all and definitely not coming back. They suddenly decided to increase their prices, horrible customer service, not enough employees to watch the kids. I went there with some friends and the one employee Miranda walked up to us several times threatening us. One of the times telling us that our kids were too loud? Really? That was ridiculous. Then she told us to go somewhere else if we don’t like it. Def not going back. Such a waste of money. Sky tag is much better.

Perfect place for kids and parents! Massage chairs are so thoughtful! Pizza was not the best but overall amazing experience!

I go there with a couple of friends which we went around had fun till a staff member told us that if we continued running she would cut off our bracelets and be kicked out. As we continued I forgot about the whole talk which 10m later we got threatened again for jogging.

Skytag is overall better, I saute has terrible staff who threaten you. Not going again after they were going to take my money for running in a play area.

Great place for kids to jump. Has a small kids area for kids 6 and under, as well as a lot of activities for older kids.
