ISI, L'institut Supérieur d'Informatique

We need our refund back we are waiting it's almost 3 years since we have not received any update on refund issue and at the time of fee payment you haven't mentioned any policy regarding the refund to be paid by RPI so we need our refund back. It is not a small amount to loose $15000 approximately

Je suis actuellement étudiant à l'Institut supérieur d'informatique de Montréal et je dois dire que je suis extrêmement déçu par mon expérience jusqu'à présent. En décembre 2022, l'école a fermé ses portes pour une durée d'un mois, sans un préavis suffisant. Nous avons été informés vendredi à 11h pour une fermeture à 12h. Nous devions continuer nos cours à distance durant cette période, mais nous avons été informés le lundi suivant que ceux-ci n'auraient pas lieu en raison d'un manque d'enseignants.

En janvier 2023, nous avons découvert les nouveaux locaux: la connexion internet est instable, le chauffage ne fonctionne pas correctement et le vidéoprojecteur n'est pas bien réglé (illisible à plus de 2 mètres du tableau), et l'insonorisation est presque inexistante alors qu'il y avait des travaux dans d'autres pièces.

En ce qui concerne la qualité de l'enseignement, je suis extrêmement déçu par les enseignants. Leur français n'est pas à la hauteur, ils ne montrent pas le respect nécessaire et certains d'entre eux ne connaissent même pas bien leur domaine. Les frais de scolarité sont exorbitants pour la qualité de l'éducation que nous recevons et la direction semble ne rien faire pour améliorer la situation. La communication entre l'administration et les étudiants est presque inexistante. Nous ne sommes jamais informés des décisions qui affectent nos études et nous n'avons aucune voix dans les processus décisionnels de l'école. Le directeur pédagogique m'a même dit "Je n'ai aucun compte à te rendre".

Cependant, il faut reconnaître que le service comptabilité est très fiable et toujours là pour vous rappeler de payer vos frais de scolarité.

En conclusion, je ne peux pas recommander l'Institut supérieur d'informatique de Montréal à quiconque cherche une éducation de qualité à un prix raisonnable. J'ai été profondément déçu par cette expérience et je conseille à tout le monde de chercher ailleurs pour leur formation en informatique. Il est important de rappeler que les étudiants méritent d'être traités avec respect et considération, et que nous devrions avoir la possibilité de donner notre avis sur les décisions qui affectent nos études. Malheureusement, l'ISI ne répond pas à ces standards fondamentaux.

J'étudie ici depuis presque 1 an. J'ai l'impression que tous les enseignants et le personnel de l'ISI sont merveilleux. C'est une bonne école pour apprendre la programmation.

My friends fee is still pending as well it’s been over 2 years they haven’t refunded $14000 in total being a government college this is very disappointing and shameful.

Worst college. There are more than 100 students from India those got rejection but waiting for their refunds since 3 years and getting nothing in response. Tried thousands of time. Who are responsible for their refunds i.e. $16k. This amount is huge. Its not a bluff that students play and will forget it.

it's been nearly 3 years and still I didn't received fees refund after I got visa rejected.

College is totally responsible for this situation even though they are not being honest and careful to the students.

I'd request you to please don't choose this college to study, they are failed in every corner.nutshell, I'll say that this college is fraud and needs to take action on this.

Here is an honest review
I came here after my High school graduation overall the school is Fine but don't expect the professors to help you
if you want to learn and score high you have to do it on your own
the course will just provide you with an outline
if you are coming after Undergrad then this can be a good refresher course but otherwise, you won't learn a lot.

I'd not suggest anyone to choose this college to study in Canada, they are not supportive. Till now, there are hundreds of students are been stuck with that millions of dollars for that last one year.and it's college's responsibility to take care of its student, I thought Canada and it's belongings are very sensitive, but I was wrong, totally unacceptable situation from college side, I never thought any institution could be irresponsible up to this level!

Never go for this collage in any condition, they are not supportive.they prove Canada also can not be safe for you.

Where is our refund which I have applied for on September2021, we paid to you not to any third party (rpi), we got stamp and college name everything on fees payment receipts.why are you telling us to contact rpi? We are entitled to get our refunds back.
Never play with students life, it's not good for your college reputation.

I want to know that are there any classes, the college provides.can I join this college in march for web integration course?

J’ai terminé mon cours en réseaux et sécurité et maintenant je suis en programmation.je la considère comme une des meilleures écoles, a ce moment l’école a changé d’adresse, 4 étages avec classe et sections plus larges plus organisé, plus de sessions sont ouvertes, ya des cours en français et en anglais matin après midi et soirs, la plupart des étudiants obtiennent des stages et jobs a la fin de leurs études, les étudiants faibles répètent des cours gratuitement, les profs offrent leurs aides meme apres les cours.pour ceux qui ont eu de mauvaises expériences c de leurs fautes car ils révisent meme pas leurs cours et ils suivent pas leurs profs comme il faut et et et.j’écris ca après que j’ai lus les commentaires des autres qui critiquent sans logiques ni de bonnes intentions, regardez maintenant ou ils sont arrivés, et croyez moi elle vas devenir plus grande qu’une université. Merci

Very poor service,
I am Jagtar Singh, new student of ISI College but i applied for refund and I got email from Joseph that i should come and  see him to provide my banking details but i met with Rohit Mahay in college and he speaks rudely with me in Punjabi and he was harassing me. I think this should not be tolerated in college campus. Kindly take some action against him. It does not seems like professional services.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COLLEGE, I had very bad experience as this college run by a agency Rising Phoenix which hold international students tution fee as student need refund they suggest them to meet Ageny agent who hold the money as per their wise. College does not cooperate with students and do not follow canadian ethics.

Je recommande fortement pour ceux qui ont un TDA/H parce que la formule d'apprentissage est super! C'est un cours à la fois (3 semaines par cours) et avec des projets qui permettent de se préparer au marché du travail dès la première session! En plus les bourses couvrent les frais.: P Les profs sont passionnés et prennent le temps de répondre aux questions!

I am studying in this college and having best experience, supportive teachers, good and free air environment, spacious and smart classrooms, full campus with wifi connectivity.

ISI offers the Lifetime Placement Support which helps graduates find employment and its diplomas are recognized by the Quebec Ministry of Higher Education

The programs are very comprehensive and varied almost I recommend this school to anyone who wishes to start a career in IT.

I like computer technology and hence this college. Very specific courses; More practical knowledge, a very good college faculty. Thanks to ISI.

They have a number of classroom, very nice teachers with immense knowledge and good infrastructure. Wi-fi is great though. Someone interested in computer technologies will definitely like the college as well as course. Free college laptops are provided to every student and the course I am studying in, I enjoy it. Thanks

I just started my studies in this college; So far, I had a great experience with the classes I attended. Teachers are very nice to you and college provides you with brand new laptops to make learning more easier. I like the course I am doing which is all about Web Technologies. I took admission into Computer Net & Security which I found really interesting; free laptops provided by college are really helpful for those whose cannot spend more on buying the same. A good communication with teachers and college faculty. Thanks to College ISI.

I found both college and the courses here in this college very interesting. Teachers are cooperative, helps you understanding the concepts. I study in Prog and Net.course and found the course content very familiar with what I already studied in my Bachelor's.

I've been studying here in Programming Web Tech; Teachers with immense knowledge in their subject, a nice and proper college atmosphere and challenging practical work has been getting familiar with after study job market. I enjoy and learn while in ISI College.

The course I am studying here is really very helpful for nourishing the computer skills, I already learnt in my Bachelor's. All the study content helpful from after study jobs perspective as the courses are job oriented.

This college has been providing its teaching services to students since 1997 in various computer technique courses. You may choose from different course if you have want to build your carrier in Computer Science and Tech. I has a very great time learning from here. Thanks to ISI College.

Une grosse arnaque cet institut! Avocate TRÈS INCOMPÉTENTE; personnel administratif irrespectueux; je déconseille fortement cette école à quiconque recherche une formation sérieuse et qui a des objectifs bien réels dans la vie. Cet institut n'en a qu'après votre argent.pfff vraiment très déçue!

Yea, i like this college but i think course fee is too much and college doesnt provide saturday and sunday classes.its off on sunday but our teacher is awsome. Chris Sir for Networking course
