Ital Delli

I have never written a review for a restaurant before on Google, but I felt that this experience deserved a written review. After being served amazing bread and arancini (rice balls) as appetizers, my fiancé and I expected spectacular main courses afterwards. However, our main courses were not at all what one would expect for the price point of the restaurant.

The “Margherita” pizza was nothing at all like a Margherita pizza; however, if this had been labeled on the menu for what it is (a cheese pizza with tomatoes), it would have been good.
My fiancé ordered the veal dish which was 39$; the veal itself was overcooked yet somehow the exterior was mushy. The spaghetti tasted and looked like something you would get out of a can, the tomatoes were unseasoned like the rest of the dish and the arugula on the side was soggy. The only saving grace of the veal dish was the Parmesan that was given to us by the server prior.

Lovely, cozy Italian restaurant in Mont-Tremblant Village. Although the vegan options are not labelled on the menu, our waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful, pointing out which dishes were vegan.

For appetizers, we got the mixed salad, mushroom crostini, and the chickpea gnocchi (which was quite unique, and definitely the highlight of the meal!). The spaghetti alla Nerano (a sauce made with pureed zucchini, garlic, pine nuts, and peas) was decent as well. Other vegan main dishes would be penne alla Arrabiata, spaghetti pomodoro, and spaghetti with olive oil and mushrooms.

Portion sizes are filling but not excessively large like at some Italian restaurants. Service is friendly and efficient. Cozy, warm vibe.

This restaurant definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of vegan food in Mont-Tremblant. I loved that I had many tasty options to choose from.

Some constructive feedback: it would be nice to have some vegan protein sources as well, such as tofu, tempeh, beans, mock meats!

We go every time we're in Mont Tremblant! Such an amazing restaurant, great waiters, fantastic food, and a nice atmosphere. Well priced for the food and experience. I highly recommend it!

Good place for a nice dinner. Went on a weekend night and they had live entertainment and it was great. The restaurant is small but cozy and has a nice ambience. Tried a couple of items including the baby scallop fettuccine and the spaghetti funghi. Both items were good and good portion size for the price. Also got the gnocchi hummus and quite enjoyed that appetizer. The service however was a bit disappointing and ultimately our dinner was quite delayed. Still a good overall experience

Nous avons souper a ce resto le week end dernier.quelle belle découverte nous avons fait. Carol le serveur était fantastique. Nous avons mangé comme des roi et que dire du vin qui fut suggéré avec le repas! Nous revidendrons a nos prochaines vacances Milles merci et longue vie a Ital Delli

The food was really good. I ordered stuffed pasta with cheese and spinach and it was so fresh and delicious. The service was super quick and the staff was sooo nice. We will definitely go again

Incroyable expérience! L’italie à Mont-Tremblant, et comme on dit « tous les chemins mènent à Rome ».

A delight at Mt. Tremblant, on 327 outside the village! Very friendly staff and awesome food! We tried their Lasagne and Pizza, both very tasty!

This restaurant must be good, we visited it 3 times in a week! The owners here are totally awesome and you must sit in Carroll’s section for great service!

Rude service. Tried calling to make a reservation for a group of 9. Said they don't do that. Showed up and said they were full.

Amazing food with reasonable prices considering how good the food is. The staff was super friendly and nice, and the inside dinning area is beautiful.

En lune de miel avec ma femme à Mont Tremblant nous avions décidé de manger au restaurant le plus souvent possible en soirée. Après une promenade au bord de la plage et un sejour rempli de beaux souvenirs nous avions porté notre choix sur Ital Delli. Ma femme a demandé une place sur le deck à côté de la terrasse. La serveuse a vérifié avec son manager qui lui a suggéré de nous proposer de rester sur le deck uniquement pour 1h30 car les places étaient réservées ou de rester dans un endroit un peu plus éloigné sur la terrasse (sans contrainte de temps). La serveuse avait demandé si l'emplacement nous convenait, ma femme lui a répondu qu'on préfèrait le deck mais on ne voulait pas manger dans la précipitation. Pendant l'attente de nos commandes un autre couple blanc qui n'avait pas réservé est arrivé, et on leur a répondu que le deck était réservé mais après quelques vérifications la serveuse leur attribué la place que ma femme avait demandée sur le deck. 1 autre client blanc qui s'était assis en terrasse près des hauts parleurs s'est lui aussi fait offrir une place sur le deck au motif qu'il serait plus à l'aise sans le bruit de la musique. Imaginez le sentiment d'injustice pour nous couple noir. Puis finalement quand ma femme a demandé des explications au manager, il nous a répondu qu'il ne fallait pas le prendre personnel, car c'était un concours de circonstances avec les réservations sur le deck. Depuis 9 ans que je vis au Québec c'est la première fois que j'ai subi aussi ouvertement ce qui s'apparente à de la discrimination sur le critère de la couleur de peau. C'est dommage qu'on traite des clients de couleur de cette façon. Pourtant nous avons payé la facture (pourboire inclus) au restaurant. Le manager ne nous a à aucun moment proposé de rejoindre les autres couples sur le deck. Cet épisode a terni notre séjour romantique au Mont Tremblant et nous laisse une très mauvaise impression de Ital Delli. Il est certain que nous ne remettrons jamais les pieds dans ce restaurant. En prenant du recul, nous aurions simplement dû quitter le restaurant dès que nous avions compris qu'ils cherchaient un prétexte pour nous mettre à l'écart du reste de la clientèle (qui aurait réservé le deck). C'est honteux que de tels comportements se présentent encore en 2021.lorsqu'on a mentionné le terme profilage racial, la serveuse apparemment nouvellement recrutée nous a répondu que ce n'était pas leur genre, puisqu'il y a de la diversité dans leur cuisine.

Passez votre tour. Service bof. Nourriture peu appétissante. Pizza très grasse. Pâtes sans goût. Ne vous laissez pas tenter par leur belle terrasse.

Je trouve extrêmement désolant de lire de tels propos sur le profilage racial sur ce resto si chaleureux, qui est tout à fait le contraire. Pour y avoir été à plusieurs reprises, nous avons toujours eu un bel accueil et très respectueux. Il y a définitivement eu un malentendu, une mauvaise interprétation car jamais j'ai ressenti un tel regard sur ma couleur.

Les employés sont hors pair, d'un professionnalisme et que dire de la nourriture. Un délice, à découvrir absolument!

5 stars doesn’t begin to describe how good the food and service was. The soupe du jour, vegetable purée with pesto, was quite palatable. My main course was the Cheese and spinach Manicotti and it was scrumptious. 11/10. Congratulations and our sincere salutations for this memorable experience!

Although we come to Tremblant every year we've never managed to be in the village when this restaurant was open. But today we changed that and it is perhaps the best meal we've had, ever, in the Tremblant area. The food was spectacular (try the chickpea croquette), and the service exceptional.

J'ai adoré mon expérience dans ce restaurant. Le service était vraiment au delà de mes attentes! Et que dire de la nourriture.

Nous allons à ce restaurant depuis plusieurs années maintenant, la bouffe est toujours aussi bonne l'accueil de Marie Anik toujours aussi chaleureuse et le service impeccable en français et anglais.

Je suis une fan finie des pâtes et des mets Italiens. J'y retourne c'est certain. J'ai adoré

P.s. Pas de racisme à cet endroit. Toujours bien accueillie. En fait je n'ai jamais vécu de racisme à Tremblant au grand complet. Et j'y habite

Si vous vous faites parti de la diversité culturelle c’est complètement un endroit à éviter. De vous refuser l’accès à la terrasse … on appelle ça du profilage et dire qu’en 2021 ça existe.troublant. Vous voulez passer un bon moment / manger un bon repas sans vous faire traiter de la pire façon à cause de votre couleur de peau qui dérange = Évitez catégoriquement l’endroit.

C'était samedi soir.
Nous avons voyagé dans beaucoup d'endroits, il y avait beaucoup de monde partout, la décision d'aller au restaurant n'était pas prise plus tôt, il n'y avait pas de places libres ou il fallait attendre un temps indéterminé.
J'ai vu un parking gratuit à côté du restaurant, j'ai garé ma voiture, je suis entré dans le restaurant et j'ai demandé s'ils avaient de la place pour quatre personnes, ils ont traité ma question avec respect, et voilà - nous avons eu de la chance.
Bel endroit spacieux, nourriture de qualité, excellent service. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant si vous souhaitez vous restaurer et vous détendre, ce restaurant est fait pour vous!

Vraiment pas sympa de refuser une place sur le deck sous prétexte que des gens ont réservé pour ces places alors que vous cédez ces places à des gens qui eux aussi n'ont pas fait de réservation.

Great hospitality and our server was impeccable, unfortunately I dont remember his name, he made us feel comfortable and made our visit to the restaurant perfect. We came from Toronto to enjoy the beauty of mont tremblant not knowing what other great things we would experience.

I don't know which was better the food or the service. I think Kassandra has eyes in the back of her head! The food, remarkable. Everything was distinctive but not overdone.

Veal Scallapine was the best ever. A gentle smoky flavor with a strong sauce.

As they say in the movie, you need to get yourself to the grand canyon, You need to get yourself to Ital Delli. We live just north of Montreal. It is about a 1 1/2 hour drive to this restaurant and we drive it with joy. The food is fantastic. The service is exceptional. You won't be disappointed. You will be treated like a member of the family. We usually get to the restaurant around 3 to 4 times a year but our New Year's resolution is to get there every few weeks. Hopefully, we can keep it!

Ital Delli is my "to go" restaurant in Mt Tremblant. There's nothing better than their wonderful food and warm, attentive and inviting service. Cant recommend enough.

My wife and I were here two years ago with our two little boys. We were so glad to see it was still here on a recent trip to Monet-Tremblant. Took the extended family this time and had a fantastic meal. Love that they have a play area for kids while still being a higher end Italian restaurant. Strongly recommend.

Very good experience! It’s not a deli as the name states, it’s definitely a restaurant. Very good food and excellent service! Great recommendation from D-Tours (next door) to this location. Everything was great except the name of the restaurant. We would not have gone unless we got a recommendation because of the name “deli” sounds like more of a sandwich shop then a beautiful Italian restaurant. -**Understated name- great food! ** We will return!

Delicious food in a warm atmosphere, they are able to accommodate large groups. The dessert is an added bonus extremely delicious.
