I ordered some headphones from it factory recently because they had the best price. I had never heard of the company before so I was a little nervous, but my order came within a few days. Everything has been great!

This is the first time that I ordered from ITFactory. I am very happy with the product. I was having a bit of a problem installing the product, I sent an email to the Help desk and received a reply within about 2 hours. I was very impressed. The problem resolved itself, it was probably me or my tablet that was acting up.

ITFactory had the best price online for the headset I wanted to order—they even beat out the seemingly ubiquitous rainforest-named competitor. The ordering process was simple and easy. The product was shipped quickly and arrived a day ahead of schedule. What more could I ask for?

Good prices, responsive informative real-time chat sales help, product I bought was digital download and it arrived within 5 minutes of making my order. So, good experience overall.

I ordered online a download for Kaspersky for my devices. It appeared in my email the next day and the download instructions were very easy to follow. The price was less than through Kaspersky's website which was an added bonus! This was the second year that I have used ITFactory and will continue to use their site.

Every transaction I have had with IT Factory has been excellent and always a 5 star. Nothing has changed accept one thing.
The very software I purchased is flagging their website as compromised. I sent an email to them warning them of this issue as it can happen to anyone. Sometimes it's a false flag. No return E Mail acknowledging the warning and the problem remains.

The product I ordered was confirmed and delivered quickly. I didn't realize it would require Internet Explorer to make Roxio Creator 2012 usable. I emailed regarding my disappointment. My email was answered promptly and a full refund to my credit card was processed immediately. I am very grateful for the way ITFactory handled my concern.

Needed a new surge protector that did its job protecting the TV, satellite box and stereo. I had ordered newer Panamax surge protector to replaced the old Panamax protector from the early 2000's, one day and the new Panamax was delivered the next day

I've been buying my software from ITfactory for a few years now and won't shop anywhere else they have the best deals.

Process was very easy. After my payment was processed download link was sent. Worked well. Will use ITFactory again.

J'ai acheté des écouteurs Beats Solo 3 chez ItFactory parce qu'il n'y en avait pas de disponibles dans les magasins. Je les ai reçus rapidement, rien à redire là-dessus. Lorsque je les ai essayés pour la première fois, je les ai trouvés inconfortables. J'ai appelé le service à la clientèle pour savoir si je pouvais les retourner. On m'a dit que c'était impossible de retourner pour des raisons de salubrité, que cela était mentionné sur la politique des retours. Or, sur leur site, à la page du produit, il y a deux éléments mentionnés: Livraison rapide et retours faciles. Pour connaître la vraie politique de retours, il faut cliquer sur un lien, puis un deuxième pour obtenir l'intégralité des produits qui ne peuvent être retournés. Je n'ai pas fait cela, car lorsqu'on mentionne retours faciles sur la page d'achat, je ne m'imagine pas que le produit que je suis en train d'acheter fait partie des exclusions. Autre déception, lorsque j'allais prendre une marche en bas de 0 celsius, les écouteurs s'éteignaient. C'est vraiment décevant pour une paire d'écouteurs vendus au Canada. J'ai rappelé le service à la clientèle et encore là, on m'a dit que rien ne pouvait être fait pour m'accommoder, que la plupart des appareils fonctionnant avec des piles au lithium s'éteignent par protection quand il fait froid. Je me suis donc résigné à acheter une paire de Sony qui est confortable et qui fonctionne lorsque la température est plus froide. Oui, la pile dure moins longtemps, mais je peux prendre une marche en écoutant ma musique. J'ai perdu 250$ dans l'expérience et je ne me ferai plus prendre avec les compagnies qui nous font croire que les retours sont faciles sur des produits qui ne peuvent être retournés.

Everything was great. I ordered online and they called me to verify everything and I received everything very quickly. No complaints.
