I went there with my Huawei p30 pro with a SIM card problem, they told me they would do their diagnosis, and that is usually a common problem with this type of phone and would probably not take long to repair it. The next day they emailed me their diagnosis saying that “Liquid went in from the sim card reader at the bottom”. I found it strange that it was a liquid damage as I had NEVER dropped my phone in water or any other liquid, but I reasoned that because the back was cracked, maybe humidity could have gotten in and caused such damage. They proceed with telling me the rates for the repair and that it would take approximately 2 hours. I agreed to the repair and asked if I would be able to pick it up at the end of the day. They told me unfortunately no, and that they would email me when it would be ready. I contacted them again the next day and got no answer back. I contacted them again 4 days later and also did not get any answer. I went there in person and they told me they sent me emails, which I never received, the person which I have been taking to blamed the lack of emails on the store VPN and on the ice storm that knocked out power in many parts of the city. I asked for my phone back, and upon inspection I noticed that now the wifi, lantern, bluetooth and the SIM card also stop working as well. I was convinced to leave my phone there again by the guy who said to me that the problem now was actually at the top of the phone on some broken buses and it would take approximately 5 days to repair. After 5 days I emailed them again asking how the repair was going, which I got a message back 4 days later, saying that the repair was almost done, and that they found the issue and that they would attempt to repair on that day and would email me their results as soon as it was done. The next day went by and I received no email with their results. I finally decided one more day later to go to the store. They guy told me the repair was unsuccessful, I decided to sell it to him for parts which he offered me 100 bucks for the phone as is. I sold the phone and regretted ever taking it there in the first place.

In conclusion, they took 21 days with no results for their work and turned a working phone with only a SIM card problem, to an unusable phone with no Wifi, Bluetooth, Lantern, and SIM card.

Les techniciens sont très aidant. Ils prennent le temps de répondre à nos questions et tente de nous aider en nous offrant souvent plus d'une solution. C'est le seul magasin à Montréal qui pouvait m'aider avec mon Xiaomi mi 11 ultra.

Tous les autres ne pouvait avoir ma batterie et n'était pas prêt à la commander.

Eux m'ont offert de commander la pièce et l'installer même s'ils ne l'avait pas en stock. Tous les autres compétiteurs appelés mont laisse sans option mais pas itronics.

Super service et très courtois pour un bon prix. Je recommande fortement.

J 'ai payer 170$ pour que le téléphonne après deux jours ne fonctionne plus. Ils me disent qu il ne peux rien faire. Sa va prendre une journee apres une semaine pas de nouvelle. Les emploie trop maivaise attitude. Quand jetais sur place il avais deux personne qui etais pas content du service. Cest des PROFITEUR ne jamais aller la bas

Horrible service, came back seven times to get my phone fixed of a small crack, they broke the new screen, returned the phone late and sim cards no longer functioned and this time returned it and touchscreen does not function. Avoid this place at all cost!

Une super bonne place pour réparer les bidules électroniques, je suis client depuis 5 ans j'ai réparé trois iphone un MacBook un huawei p20 pro et deux iPad et j'ai toujours été satisfait, même les gens a qui je recommande d'y aller sont tous contents du service et du prix.

On a trip to the city my BlackBerry froze, I brought it in at 13: 30 and had it back working like new by 18: 40! All for a reasonable price.

Had to return 4 times to get my phone working, they returned it without service working and even now one of the cameras on my phone does not function. Horrible experience.

Retourné maintes fois et même là ils ont rendu une des caméras de l'appareil téléphonique non fonctionnelle. Mauvaise expérience.

Pour le remplacement d'une vitre sur un Iphone, le site Internet indique un délai d'une heure. Mon Iphone a été déposé à 11 h 30 et promis pour 16 h.
A 16 h, après avoir encaissé le prix en espèces, on m'indique que ce n'est pas encore prêt. Je récupère mon Iphone après 30 mn d'attente au milieu des invectives remettant en cause la réalité du délai promis. Une triste expérience avec des fournisseurs sans paroles qui ne respectent pas leurs clients.

Topissime. J'ai apporté mon téléphone qui était passé sous les roues d'une voiture. Je suis reparti 1h plus tard avec un téléphone totalement rénové. Ca fait plaisir de réparer des appareils électroniques plutot que de les remplacer. Les vendeurs/réparateur sont super sympas, rassurant, et souriant.

I went to iTronics get 2 of my iphones fixed because the screens were cracked from dropping them.iTronics replaced the screens on both phones and one week later the touch/screens stopped working.iTronics essentially broke 2 of my phones and did not honor their warranty to fix the screens.
I would not trust iTronics, they are cheap and useless.

I had broken my phone in Montreal a few days ago. I’m from Toronto, so destroying your phone on vacation is frustrating; and finding a good place is an arduous task. I had called iTronics in advance to tell them I was coming, but came right at closing time. They were still kind enough to take in my phone and work on it until 10: 30pm! Mind you they close at 7: 00pm. Abil was so kind and tried everything he could to fix it. He went out of his way, stayed extra hours, and he ended up resolving the issue. He was so kind, patient, and hardworking. If I lived in Montreal I would only go to him! Thank you so much for all of your help, I don’t know what I would do if I had a broken phone during my trip! Thank you iTronics! If you go here (which you should) expect nothing but incredible service. Thank you again!

Awesome sauce, this store is one of the only stores IN QUEBEC that has the super charger for huawei smart phones, I've called a bunch of other places, gone to others, any people didn't even understand what I needed but this shop did Huge maritime thumbs up to it

J’y suis aller pour des accessoires de cellulaire.la personne en charge ne savait pas la différence entre la taille d’un iPhone X et un IPhone XR.très peu d’aide.et ne prennent pas les paiements par carte de débit ou crédit.

Great place, the guys worked very fast, were competed and friendly. They seem to really enjoy fixing stuff instead of just 'going through the motions'. Good price too. Recommended if you got trouble with your hardware!
