The worst experience shopping for a wedding dress at this place. The person assigned to us was horrible! She was not at all interested in helping us, did not offer any assistance and she could not wait to leave work as she had her coat on before we even got to the door! Poor Service and small selection. Not worth going there.

I said 'yes to the dress' at Ivoire! It was an intimate and special experience, and I was made to feel like a queen. The dress quality is also incomparably better than at the other stores I visited, yet prices were still very affordable and I found my dream dress for much below my budget:)

Omg, i was so happy with the collection that they have. I found my dream wedding dress from the first visit with the help of the most amazing person (Brigida) that lady was so helpful and friendly and more than amazing.

There are no words to describe my experience at Ivoire! The entire wedding dress process felt like a fairytale. From the moment we walked in, Rina was extremely welcoming and an absolutely pleasure to work with. Her knowledge, her compassion, and her understanding put me at ease and allowed me to find my dream dress. Rina is very kindhearted and is always there to answer my questions or provide her kind advice on anything wedding related. Every time we walk into Ivoire the fairytale continues. Hands down the best Bridal experience I could've hoped for. You can watch as many bridal shows, content on social media and be part of a bridal crew many times in your life, but nothing will compare to your own special bridal moment when the time comes. I must say, Ivoire truly knows how to make a girl feel special. I had the pleasure of having Brigida as my "Bridal" specialist.
Brigida was so patient and considerate of all my needs. I visited a few different bridal stores but nothing compared to the experience you get with IVOIRE. Ivoire was the first (and ended up being the only!) wedding dress store I visited following family recommendation. I didn't expect to find and commit to a dress on my first visit. But, after trying on a few amazing and high quality dresses, I chose THE one and said "yes" to the dress.

Brigida made the experience extremely comfortable and made me feel completely at ease. She was very patient and I didn’t feel rushed when I tried on dresses for a 2nd or 3rd time.

Quel mauvais service. Notre conseillère avait tellement l'air bête je ne comprends pas qu'elle vend des robes de mariée, elle n'était pas du tout dans son élément. Je ne recommande pas du tout l'endroit. Les robes étaient atrocement sales, tachées, brisées, elles sentaient mauvais. Peu de choix.

Je n’ai malheureusement pas trouvé ma robe coup de cœur chez Ivoire mais je recommande fortement la boutique à toutes les futures mariées!
C’est unanime, toutes les personnes qui m’accompagnaient s’entendent pour dire que c’est chez Ivoire que nous avons eu le meilleur service parmi les 3 boutiques visitées. Rina est une perle, très à l’écoute et professionnelle. Réellement un coup de cœur ️ Merci encore Rina!

Unfortunately the opening hours are not so accurate I went on Sunday around 2pm despite it’s asking for an appointment but no one answered the phone call and no one was in the store. So pretty difficult to reach out

Ladies, if you are searching for the wedding dress of your dreams, this is the place. I cannot properly articulate how wonderfully positive my entire experience was here. I had gone to numerous bridal boutiques in Montreal but none can compare to Ivoire for their selection of beautiful, quality dresses and expertise from their staff.

Our wedding was postponed twice due to the pandemic and sweet Rina supported me throughout the whole journey with her incredible kindness. A huge thank you to her for being the definition of a great human and business owner as well to Yelena for her impeccable alterations work - she is a magician, truly.

This is the heaven of wedding dresses. The amazing designers and couture. The greeting, the service from the staff and owners is exceptional. My daughter purchased her dress for her wedding last year at Ivoire and postponed it for this year. Even coming back again for alterations was the nicest experience we've ever had. You feel part of their family just after one visit.

I was blown away by the beauty and quality of the dresses as soon as I walked in. I had already visited many bridal shops, so I knew what I wanted and I knew I was very picky, but when I saw their dress selection, I wanted to try them all because they were all unique and all the dresses' lace and fabric were of exquisite quality. I found the perfect dress I had in mind from all my Pinterest search. It was very comfortable and right in my price range.

I had really good customer service. Rina is the sweetest. I really felt welcome, beautiful and important, as opposed to other stores I've been to.

When came the adjustments, Yelena was very good and patient with us, even though it took 3 rounds of adjustments (for the same price) because we were really picky and we wanted it to be PERFECT.

Again, the dress selection and the customer service is really what sets them apart from other bridal shops!

Absolutely love this place. The owners and staff are just wonderful and make your experience here a delight. Getting a dress ain't easy.let's be honest but at Ivoire they make it a lovely experience. I have been to 10 different stores for wedding dresses and the quality just did not and could not compare to ivoire. Ivoires dresses made me feel like it was the real deal. If you have been to many wedding dress stores and you are still looking for that wow feeling, u must absolutely book an appointment at Ivoire. The dresses are also very well priced. They do start at the 1000's but so worth every penny. I went in with a 5000$ budget and ended up buying a dress at 1900$ and looked like it was worth 10 000$.
All i can say is.for you future brides.hit this place up. You will not regret it.

One thing i hope to see in the future at ivoire is a separate area for bridesmaids dresses so it could be a one stop shop. I would believe that only the nicest dresses/quality would be available and you won't have to go thru isles and isles of "boring or blah" dresses.

My experience at this store was incredible. It is so important to feel understood by your consultant when dress shopping, and Brigida did an amazing job with that. The women at this store are so incredibly sweet and make the experience very enjoyable. Not to mention the selection of dresses is to die for. If you are looking for elegant, intricate, beautiful wedding dresses, look no further!

You won't find another bridal store that is more committed to ensuring that your bridal vision comes to life. I am so impressed and thankful to Rina and her team for all their support. Would give 10 stars if I could!

J'ai accompagné mon amie future mariée. Les robes étaient très belles et de très bonne qualité, magnifiques même! J'ai enlevé 2 étoiles pour 2 raisons.
La 1ere: le "range" de budget donné lors de la prise de RDV ne correspondait pas exactement à ce qui se trouvait en magasin. Quand ça dit que les prix commencent à 1400$ on s'attend à ce qu'il y ait plus que 2 robes en bas de 1800$ dans tout le magasin.
L'autre point concerne le service à la clientèle qui manquait de chaleur. La conseillère ne connaissait même pas le nom de la mariée, l'expérience était donc moins personnalisée qu'ailleurs et l'échange était un peu froid.
Sur une note plus positive, je réitère que les robes étaient belles et élégantes, le magasin était bien entretenu et la déco était jolie

Rina's service was exceptional. She gave very good advices and is very attentive on everything I say. I really enjoyed my experience at Ivoire. If you need a dress, it is the place to go.

I would give 10 stars if I could! I am beyond content with the exceptional service. It took all of five minutes after meeting Rina to calm my anxious bride nerves. The whole experience was like a dream come true. I found my perfect dress, then had the pleasure of getting my alternations done by the amazing Yelena. Alterations fit like a glove after the second fitting, with such attention to the detail. I am without words for how heartfelt the whole experience was. From the day I bought the dress in september to the day I came to pick it up, this weekend, it was always a pleasure to chat with Rina. The dress is perfect and I can not wait to wear it. I found my dream wedding dress at Ivoire and really enjoyed the experience from start to finish! Thank you Rina and Giovanna! However, what really blew me away was my experience with getting my dress fitted. I have never heard someone comment on how well a bride's dress was fitted until my own wedding when I received the compliment multiple times. My seamstress was Yelena and she made each of my three fittings such wonderful and fun experiences and did an AMAZING job! Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Ivoire highly enough! In addition to the gorgeous salon, Rina, Giovanna and the entire Ivoire team are so lovely and helpful. They are patient and personalise the experience for each bride. They were mindful of my budget, respectful of my choice to alter my dress outside the salon, and have curated a beautiful selection of dresses (I visited 6 other bridal shops before finding mine here!). Rina - thank you again for your continuous communication and support throughout the year. 2020 completely changed our original wedding plans, but you ensured that I didn't worry about my dress throughout lockdown, and made me know I was taken care of. Bottom line is: Ivoire is nothing short of FANTASTIC. Thank you for finding me my dream dress!

Ivoire Collection, c'est un must pour n'importe quelle mariée qui cherche une robe élégante et qui a le souci du détail. On remarque tout de suite que les robes sont choisies avec soin. J'y ai vécu une expérience incomparable.

Edit: La propriétaire vient de m'appeler concernant cette situation. Elle aurait été plus flexible dans la situation et j'apprécie le geste d'essayer de régler la situation. J'ai trouvé ma robe ailleurs, donc je ne retournerai pas acheter dans cette boutique, mais j'augmente la note à 4 plutôt que deux.

Mon expérience chez Ivoire Collection Inc en soit a été décevante. Peut-être qu'elle vous conviendra, mais je trouve incensé qu'on ne me permettre pas de prendre de photos avec la robe, ni de savoir de quel couturier il s'agit.

Avant tout, voici les points positifs: . Le service était courtois, la boutique très jolie et le choix de robes assez grand.

J'ai été essayer des robes en temps de pandémie avec deux de mes amies. J'ai trouvé une robe que j'adorais, mais je n'ai pas pu prendre de photos, puisqu'il s'agit de leur "politique". Étant originaire de la ville de Québec, je voulais pouvoir envoyer les photos à mes demoiselles d'honneur qui sont toutes deux enceintes et à ma mère de 71 ans qui ne peut se déplacer à Montréal en plein temps de pandémie. De plus, par expériences passées, des robes que je trouvais belles sur moi ne l'étaient pas nécessairement en photo.

Lorsque j'ai demandé de quel designer était la robe, ma conseillère m'a répondu " je ne sais pas". Il me semble que c'est un minimum en tant que conseillère de robe de mariée que de connaître son stock et son inventaire.
J'ai quitté la boutique, convaincu que je voulais cette robe, mais je voulais quand même la montrer aux gens qui sont importants pour moi. J'ai donc demander par écrit qu'on me donne le nom du designer et le modèle de la robe pour pouvoir avoir l'avis de ces personnes. On m'a répondu qu'ils ne pouvaient pas, pour protéger leurs designers exclusifs, et que je n'avais qu'à revenir et faire un Facetime. Ma mère ne possède pas de téléphone intelligent et a de la difficulté à utiliser un ordinateur sans qu'on la guide étape par étape. Malgré mes explications on a refusé de donner le nom du designer, supposément parce qu'ils ont des modèles exclusifs.

Laissez-moi aussi vous raconter que mon travail consiste en chercher des informations. Ça m'a pris 30 minutes pour trouver le nom des designers qu'ils gardent et le modèle de la robe, lorsque j'ai réalisé qu'on ne m'aiderait pas. C'est Stella York, modèle 4072. On peut clairement voir qu'il y a 4 boutiques à Montréal qui gardent cette ligne sur le site du designers, dont 3 qui ont cette robe exactement et qu'il s'agit donc d'un mensonge que de dire qu'ils ont des modèles et couturiers exclusifs dans votre boutique.

Selon moi, il est important pour une mariée de se voir en photo dans une robe. Tout le monde n'est pas capable de prendre une décision rapidement, et personnellement, toute cette expérience m'a convaincue que de bien meilleure boutiques existent pour vous accompagner dans ce choix important.

Once upon a time a girl got engaged, she went to Boutique Ivoire and lived happily ever after - the end! After having gone to a few places, I knew I wanted to find my dress in a boutique that was by appointment. From the second I walked in, I felt beautiful. I owe this to the magical energy that the women at Ivoire share with you. We found my dress within 2 hours of arrival. I even asked for specific customized detailing changing the look of the dress. The seamstress, Yelena understood what I was looking for better than I did. We joked when we first met that she was the best seamstress in the world - and she really is. Between Giovanna and Yelena, I feel like I have found lifelong friends. To any future bride looking to feel beautiful and heard, look no further. Only one bridal salon can offer that and it's IVOIRE.

I was very impressed by this bridal boudoir! The dresses were beautiful and of excellent quality. I was also so well treated. They made me feel very special and took their time with me. I never felt rushed as I took my time deciding on the perfect dress. I highly recommend visiting Ivoire when searching for your perfect dress.

I had a very poor experience at Ivoire - ultimately, they were trying to sell me an Essense of Australia dress as an "exclusive" Zavana dress. The sample dress had no labels in it, only a store-made label tacked on with their codes. They would not allow me to take photos of the dress, which is understandable; however they would not direct me where to find photos of the dress online. I simply wanted to be able to look at the dress again while considering it - it is a significant purchase after all.

When I asked for confirmation that the designer was Zavana and let them know I couldn't find the dress on the Zavana website, I kept receiving different deflecting answers. When I visited the store to try the dress on again, an incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassing confrontation occurred in the store in front of other customers; one of the owners (Giovanna) became extremely defensive proclaiming how hard she works for her exclusive partnerships. At the time, to me, this had nothing to do with my questions about the dress. I understand now that Zavana is also sold at a store in Toronto, so the brand is not actually exclusive to Ivoire in Canada. Moreover, the dress in question was not a Zavana design. Giovanna's reaction was so inappropriate that the consultant apologized to me in the fitting room.

I ended up finding the dress at another store (I didn't buy the dress after this whole experience - it felt tainted), but that's how I determined that the dress was in fact an Essense of Australia design (style #D2387 to be exact).

I wanted to share this information as I believe businesses should be built on honest partnerships and positive customer experiences, and Ivoire failed in both respects. Brides beware and be smart. I recommend you shop for your wedding dress elsewhere.

Wow! Mon expérience a été une des meilleures de tous les magasins que j'ai fait. Lors de mon essayage.j'ai eu la chance d'être servie directement par Giovanna, la propriétaire (personne ne connait mieux les robes qu'elle). Le choix de robes dans la boutique était un des plus beaux que j'ai vu à travers mon processus de magasinage. Giovanna choisit vraiment les plus belles robes! Les prix sont raisonnables pour la qualité et les designers offerts. Merci pour l'expérience inoubliable et ton accueil chaleureux! Je recommande la boutique à toutes!

I just want to start with this – LADIES if you are purchasing the most expensive dress of your life you have every right to know the designer and price. No question. No excuses. I had attended Ivoire on Saturday August 12th 2018 and to begin had a good experience until it all changed! I had been told that they had just had a sample sale like a million times and had low stock, which was fine and the dress I tried on was “NEW” and they just got it in! Maria was great and so sweet and her service is what made this enjoyable! Giovanna (Co-OWNER) had been present and in her office and had been nice – until she wasn’t. You are not allowed to take pictures here and we had enquired as to why and their answer was something along the lines “The designers don’t like pictures of the dress out there if its not a professional photo, they could pull their lines from our store, and we only sell a few of one dress so theres only one or two” 1. They 100% don’t want you to be able to find it elsewhere 2. If I don’t have a professional at my wedding that’s my call and if I wanna plaster it all over I CAN – so this answer just made no sense to me and I wont post pictures online before my wedding! 3. You sell more than one or two of the same dress! Just be honest and say “Its our policy, because its our personal preference! ” I have also asked around and they have told other brides “I don’t know who the designer is”… which is garbage! They know, they announce it on their social media, website etc. So I have finished trying on dresses and they go back to the racks – but the dress I loved did not and before I took the dress off I had looked at the tag to see the price (It was on my left side)! It went into the back office and “Needed loose strings cut off” (I have been to a few bridal salons and the one I like is generally kept out so you can admire, re try whatever) Anyhow, we had wanted to see the price tag and had been curious about the designer and the dress comes back out and the tag is just GONE! Well the co-owner is an awful liar and starts to act as though she doesn’t know where the tag is, asking the consultant if she has it, saying it could be on the floor but it not really looking for it and is asking her employee to just look it up in the system. My plus one had just flat out told Giovanna to her face “You cut off the price tag” and her answer is why we walked out “I don’t see what the difference is! ”… I hope this place changes the way they do business because you put up four walls and add some beautiful decorations doesn’t allow you to cheat women and their families! I am thankful they announced their new designer on Instagram because I was able to find the dress I had tried on and will be ordering it from another bridal shop.
