Thought there would be more products. The advertisement on TV convinced me to check out their sale but for me it was a waste of my time.

Second time:
Experience was much better. The line up moved fast. Great prices on TVs and sound equipment.
I got there at beginning of sale.

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Jsonic. My family and I were in the market for a specific TV model, and after doing some research, we decided to give Jsonic a try. Before heading to the store, I called twice to ensure they had the exact TV model we were looking for in stock. The person on the phone was friendly and assured me that they had it available.

However, upon arriving at the store, I was disappointed to learn that the TV model we had specifically requested was not available for sale at that moment. Naturally, this was a bit frustrating since we had called ahead to confirm its availability. But here's where things turned around and why I'm writing this review.

The owner of Jsonic, upon realizing the situation, went above and beyond to make good on their promise.

Despite the initial hiccup, I appreciate the way Jsonic handled the situation and ensured that we left the store as satisfied customers. It's evident that customer service and integrity are important values to them. I'm glad we gave Jsonic a chance, and I'd certainly consider returning for future electronic purchases.

Je suis venu au magasin car je n'ai reçu aucun e-mail de votre part et pourquoi annuler la commande au complet quand que c'est seulement la garantie qui n'était pas bonne mais le reste était correct sur les informations requises. Au lieu d'essayer d'accommoder un client qui n'a clairement pas vue que la garantie qu'il a choisie ne fonctionnait avec la télévision que j'avais choisie bien vous me retourner de bord sans essayer de m'aider alors ce n'est pas moi qui mérite un beau zéro étoile mais bien vous mon chère monsieur

Déçue. 750$ pour une tv qui a duré 2 ans. Le bris n’est pas dû à un coup, et ils ne la répare pas car trop vieille.

Price are good, but you have to buy online and recuperate there, i try to go in store and it seam complicate to buy something there, but the price is good enough for the headache

Way back in 2015 I had purchased a 49 inch LG TV which worked well till 2019. It's a good place to buy open box and refurbished products.

The service attitude is very good, and the product is a little flawed, but the site has been replaced with a better one. The salesperson gave me my advice on the apple watch, and today's warehouse sales experience is very good.

As a landlord, I usually buy my flooring from Costco and never had an issue. Please inspect each piece of flooring from this company-Golden Select Brand before your installation. Had flooring installed when I was out of town to come home to flooring that looks all scratched. Flooring was not on sale! I would expect this for flooring under $2/square foot. Manufacturer sends a flooring inspector from 6 hours away to do an inspection. All I wanted was labour costs for specific pieces removed. They claim its part of the design. The flooring is not acceptable for a totally renovated home.

Mon ami a acheté télé 1200 dollars ils disent que c’est une boîte ouverte mais non plus lorsque j’ai voulu la nettoyer une ligne apparut avec le jeu en arrière de la boîte j’ai une vidéo à l’appui ils m’ont harcelé zerooo zerooooo attention c bcp plus pire que kijiji c’est simplement la poubelle reconstruite nullllll attention!

Un peu pêle mêle, mais les prix sont imbattables (reconditionnés). Le garçon au service est sympathique.

C'est ma premiere est dernière fois ici! J'ai acheté une TV en novembre pour plus de 1000$+ garantie prolongé de 24 mois.
En avril, j'ai décidé de nettoyé la TV et en l'allumant je découvre une fissure. J'ai continué à utilisé la TV avec la fissure en attendant une réponse à mes multiples couuriel. Mais, il y a deux jours l'écran deviens noir mais le son marche. Je contacte un réparateur il me dis qu'il y a un problème sur l'écran qui est mal installé (jeu sur l'écran) et que la deuxième panne est due soit à un problème de retro-eclairage soit d'alimentation (rapport à l'appui).
J'ai finalement eu une réponse à mes courriel et je me suis déplacé aujourd'hui pour trouver une solution avec eux. Bien sure comme je le pensais le gérant (Richard) n'a pas voulu réparé la télé et m'a traité de menteur en disant que j'ai cassé moi meme la TV. Mr pense que c'est la première fois de ma vie que j'achète ou je nettoie un écran. Pire encore on découvre que la coque de la télé est ouverte preuve encore qu'elle a été mal reconditionné.
Je ne lâcherais pas l'affaire aussi facilement. Je paye pas 1200$ pour utilisé une TV que 5 mois. Force excessive. Elle est bonne cella la. C'est la premiere fois que je nettoie un écran de ma vie haha. Comme par hasard ca arrive juste avec votre télé. Effectivement comme tu le dis tout ceux qui liront mon commentaire vont comprendre logiquement qui a tord. Bien sure si j'achète une voiture qui présente un défaut comme la télé que vous m'avez vendu je vais aller demander un remplacement. Si l'écran s'est fissuré à cause d'un choc et qu'il n'ai pas lousse jamais je demanderais quoi que se soit. De toute façon, l''officie de protection du consommateur dira qui a raison j'ai toutes les preuves en mains.

Just bought a TV on the website since the showroom is closed, I was around so I went there to see if my TV was ready for pick up, they told me not until the next day, by the time I got home (20 min) I received an email saying my TV was ready so I had to go back the next day.

My wife went to pick up the TV, someone put it in the truck, when my wife got home I noticed a big hole in the box (nothing in the car could've made that hole) looked inside and the TV is damaged. I did not spent 600$ to get a damaged TV. Try to call them but the phone isn't working. I will have to send it back tomorrow.

You must visit this place before any other electronic store. Keep in mind that they sell refurbished stuff (like new) for lower price than anywhere else. I bought a monitor in 2012 and a smart tv in 2017 they both work perfectly for years. I highly recommend for their price and quality

Purchased a Apple watch 3 during last weeks warehouse sell. I was very pleased with service and information given. A week later I had an issue with the watch. Returned to the store and expressed my issues and in returned listen to their side. We managed to reach amicable solution to the issue. I Have purchased several items from their in the past and this was first time with and issue and I appreciate that they listened to me and the way it was handled.

To future buyers, my husband bought an IPAD Pro from Jsonic, it was sealed but had some rips on the plastic, never thought anything of it. Once he got home, we opened the box immediately together and SHOCKINGLY there was not an IPAD PRO inside, it was just a regular iPad, we paid over 1000$ and was shocked at what we got. They were closed so we waited till first thing in the morning and went right away back to Jsonic. The representative accused my Husband of switching the iPads.and that he should call the police. But it should have been us to call the police, we never thought that JSONIC would SCAM their clients. It was 100% tampered with because we checked the serial number of the box and it had already been registered. This supposedly was a brand new item, so how was it registered already? Also, as I mentioned the plastic had holes, so it seems like someone tried to reseal it. This representative banned my husband from the store! Said that we tried to reseal it, that we switched the iPads, yelled and kicked my husband out and said never to go back. I can't believe how we were treated. Plus the manager never showed there face, this representative was out of line and very rude. We loved shopping there, they have great prices, we have purchased numerous items from them. But now we will never go back. I advise future buyers of Jsonic, whatever you do purchase, please thoroughly check the items before you leave the premise, because if you don't they will accuse you of horrible acts.

Les employés sont très désagréables. Très hautains. Certain des produits sont des produits usagés. C est pas que des boites ouvertes comme ils vous le font croire. Quand vous tombé sur une machine qui ne marche pas ils font tout pour se décharger. Vous serez toujours perdants en allant chez jsonic.

Bought a TV last year. About 36 % cheaper than retail price but with 2 years of warranty instead of 1. It would have been 47% saved and not 36% if I stayed with the standard 6 months warranty.

Delivery was super easy, it's was not through a carrier who comes 3 times without asking. The store called me to schedule the delivery, I just took an appointment to get the TV before going to work.
Fast too, got it less than 4 days after the order

Great service! I bought a television that had a little default in the hdmi and they exchanged it no questions asked! Absolutely happy with this company couldnt have got a better price for great brand names! This is the television we bought and they exchanged us for a better model this time

Best place to go if you want to purchase televisions with a 6 month guarantee for half price! I couldnt be happier with my many purchases! As soon as there is a problem they dont hesitate to exchange no questions asked! A1 company for saving on high end televisions. Believe me when I say we saved thousands going there!

Called me a right away to tell me that my order was canceled in error but fixed it on the spot and a few hours later picked up a brand new iPad for a lot cheaper than at Apple.
