I thought I was happy with my last experience. I originally went to remove the acrylic and get it redone entirely from the same place *person before did not do a nice shape* and because I knew I was replacing the whole set I had done dishes with no gloves

When I went back the new tech said that the damage was not that bad and I could just get a refill.

I agreed to the refill thinking she knew what she was doing.

Every single nail. After soaking it in diahsoap and water to remove. Is caked in fungus

I had beautiful natural nails. Although thin. They were hands that people would normally pay to look like. My nails are so damaged now

It doesn't matter if you think the price is good, if you're getting acrylic and not just a gel polish manicure, pay more somewhere else. You will regret coming here.

You get what you pay for.good price, bad quality. I wouldn’t recommend - the worker was rude honestly. They hate when you ask them to correct something when they make errors. Even if you ask in the nicest way. The owner is nice and often times can tell when customers are upset but she rushes and often makes errors herself. So there are zero improvements. I always leave disappointed. They need to slow down and clean around the nails after polishing. I think moving forward I’ll go somewhere else and pay a bit more.

Really bad customer service. The owner is very rude. I had a very bad experience. I was their customer of 20 years, would never ever go back and won't recommend this place to anyone

I was heading to a wedding I did acrylic nails on my hands and regular nail polish on my feet. The skin around my fingernails got damaged in the making and they seem to not to give a damn When she was done I asked a few times to clean around my nails or put some oil because my skin looked horrible. She ignored me the whole time. I will definitely not be returning.
My nails barely lasted me 1 week.
Most of my nails came off and my toes the same week the color fade away. Very disappointed the service and the quality is poor
I paid 95$ plus tips to only last a couple of days
I will never return and I don't recommend this salon to anyone.

Very poor timing. They told me my appointment is at 5 and 20 mins later i was still there waiting for someone. They dont realize people have other things to do. They can just be honest instead and tell u to come when they are really free

This is how I left the nail salon today. They seem to always overbook and rush your nails. My nails are way to bulky and both hands have different shape/ length. The skin around my fingernails got damaged in the making and they seem to not care. I will definitely not be returning.

Price might be good but that's about it! She always overbooks people and never takes anyone on time when they make an appointment. Horrible service!

Juste après deux jours de m’avoir fait faire les ongles le gel a commencé à se décoller, je suis retournée pour le montrer le mauvais travaille qu’elle a fait et elle a juste mise la colle! En plus elle ne me croyait pas que ça duré juste deux jours elle disait que c’était plus de deux semaines que j’avais mis mes ongles.

During my recent visit to this nail salon, I was disappointed with the quality of the service I received. Firstly, I was dissatisfied that they only offered one type of nail tips for extension nails. Furthermore, I felt that the woman who attended to me lacked the necessary certification and knowledge to provide a satisfactory experience. Her application of the "powder gel" (which felt more like acrylic) was subpar, resulting in a messy application around my cuticles. In fact, I had to clean up my cuticles with acetone as soon as I got home since the excess product was causing skin irritation. This was particularly concerning as getting product on the skin can cause allergic reactions or skin dermatitis.

Additionally, the aesthetic appeal of the nails was not up to par. They felt too bulky for my fingers and could have benefited from further refinement. Moreover, the woman seemed visibly irritated during my visit, which made the experience feel awkward, particularly when providing feedback about my cuticles.

Overall, I would not recommend this salon unless it was an absolute last resort. Although it may suffice for a quick fix, the quality of the service is not up to par, and they do not prioritize the health of your skin.
