It was weekdays night I went to have buffet in that restaurant; I was the only customer for Buffet for about good thirty to forty minutes (Now I know why)

The attendant was super nice and friendly, the atmosphere was decent; but the main thing FOOD was Disaster!

One of the worst Buffet restaurants I have ever been to. Every single item I took I ended up disappointed; it lacked tastes and flavours, I don’t say such things on a review but I cook far better than the food was served there.

I wondered how it’s possible to cook Indian food so tasteless! Terrible food experience.

Another things keep in your mind; YOU NEED TO TAKE A BATH AND WASH YOUR CLOTHES AS YOU WILL SMELL TERRIBLE!

I feel sorry to the people who will go there by seeing 4.2 rating, but it should be below 2 I afraid.

Please owner try to focus on the taste of the food.

J'ai été souper avec mon conjoint pour le buffet. La nourriture très fade et coupé avec de l'eau, donc très liquide. Les rondelles d'oignons étaient meilleurs que les repas indiens. Très déçu, nous qui pensions avoir une belle soirée en couple. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Belle découverte ce Buffet à volonté Indien. J'ai aimé tout ce que j'ai mangé. Des repas traditionnels indiens pas trop piquants, même ma femme qui ne mange pas piquant a trouvé un plaisir à manger. Le service est exceptionnel, le jeune homme était très gentil et serviable.

Très bonne bouffe! Si vous aimez piquant, quelques plats vous ravirons!

Rice desert was sour, food was ok. My 6th visit and for the first time I'm disappointed.

I heard that it is a restaurant with authentic Indian and Pakistani food, and I was really addicted after trying it. I especially recommend their Butter Chicken and garlic pancakes, a perfect match! There is also mutton fried rice, which is simply unforgettable.

Very nice lunch buffet with tasty choices at a fair price. Confertable dining room with lots of space between tables. Service was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend.

Je commande fréquemment sur Doordash, c'est le meilleur restaurant indien que j'ai jamais goûté. L'option de prendre une assiette avec riz, choix de plat principal, pain naan et un accompagnement pour un prix très abordable est génial!

Worst order
Order veg wrap: contain ugly shred salad and tofu
Order lamb: got plate full of rice with 5-6 small piece of lam, each piece contain bone fragment or was bone with little meat, no sauce

Ordered for the first time here tonight and it was absolutely delicious. Very fast delivery, generous portions for the price. The butter chicken is very good, and I also enjoyed the spinach potato I highly recommend.

The service was good. I see that the employees are trying there best to make the customers happy. But honestly the food is not good at all. I can’t believe they serving non hot food. What’s all this equipment for? I feel bad but you deserve even less than 1 star

La sauce est limite sucré, j’ai eu des nerfs dans mon poulet, et ce n’est meme pas de la poitrine de poulet pour le prix! Il utilise des haut de cuisse et il y a 5 morceau de poulet avec des nerfs pour 17$? C’est dégoûtant.

Service propre, exemplaire et attentionné. Menu varié et bien ajusté. Temps d'attente ridiculement court. Place de choix pour célébrer une fête selon moi! Soyez modéré avec les épices si sensibles

C’est une arnaque, on paye 60$ pour Beryeni agneau avec de la viande super dure et le poulet c’est même pas de l poitrine comme tous les resto indiens, tikamassala avec cuisses de poulet.

Nourriture décevante. J'ai mangé dans beaucoup de restaurants indien dans ma vie et c'était vraiment loin des recettes traditionnelles. La sauce du poulet au beurre était vraiment trop épicée, épaisse et à la limite gélatineuse. En plus c'était quand même cher, 16$ le poulet au beurre sans riz et naan.

I'm always looking for great Indian cuisine places, and was very excited to try. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The strangest butter chicken I've ever tried (and not in a good way), very dry and hard lamb in lamb biryani, almost a store bought level pita bread instead of naan.

It starts with the amazing customer service when you walk in. Very friendly people. The food is an absolute treat. Generous portions. Delicious choices. Highly recommended. I'll be back.

Ordered from Ubereats (don't know how to write a review on there). It was really good, samosas, which came with two sauces, were the best part. You get a fair amount of food for the price; 26$ (including tip, service fee, delivery fee and taxes) for me was enough for two whole meals. The main dish was wrapped well, no leakage, which is nice.
I ordered the veggie platter with mixed veg; it came with half rice (which was perfectly perfumed), quarter mixed veg and quarter spinach and potatoes. The spinach dish didn't look amazing, but it was really well seasoned. I ordered "spicy" (and not very spicy) and it wasn't too hot for someone that likes that, but if you're not used to spice, be careful.
Maybe a constructive comment to the owner/manager; on Ubereats, there is little to no description of what comes on the plate. I wanted to try something new, so I just chose whatever, but I know a lot of people aren't as adventurous as me. Also, the samosas melted through the styrofoam container, maybe keep the aluminum square open to cover the whole bottom instead of folding it in half?

Really good place for takeout during the pandemic or any other time. Open during the day, everything I've tried has been pretty, pretty good.

You guys need to change the cook. Nothing I have tried so far from the restaurant taste authentic or even good. Also Indian restaurants in South shore needs to stop serving indian dishes with western side dishes (fries, lettuce salad). It will be more authentic Indian cuisine if served with chutneys achar papad etc.

Best Indian restaurant in SouthShore by far as has adequate dining space, Good Food with fast enough service as well as friendly waiters.

Good food but even the regular spice is already a bit spicy but nonetheless still very good for it's price and the service was good and one of the restaurant that open early at 11am

My main complaint was customer service. I was called by the restaurant and a resolution was made. I am editing my comment to reflect our opinion on the taste.
Lesson learnt is to always check your takeout order on the spot to verify all items as ordered.

Taste wise: lamb chops (which I was told were not lamb chops but in the menu thats what the BBQ platter states we get) were extremely hard as if old or undercooked but the rest of platter was decent taste, kababs were excellent. The free beef bihari we got tasted decent however veryyyy veryy spicyyyy. My partner was fine with the spicy and enjoyed the taste of the beef, well cooked.

Must try! Very nice family environment, make sure to grab a mango lassi with your meal, it's delicious!

I don't write reviews often, but when I do I make sure it's only for what I consider the best for me and for the people around me (or to make an elaborate joke, which this is not.) That way, if someone wants to experience new but don't know if they should commit to it, I hope they can rest assured when they read these reviews.

Jabeen's is perhaps the best indian restaurant I've been to, and I've went to quite a few. At the time of writing this review, it's definitely a contender for the best around the Montreal area, and for good reasons.

The food is fresh and piping hot. The staff is friendly. The portions are more than generous for the amount of money you pay, but you will figure all of this out for yourself when you go there.

It's prepared with love for the flavors. The beef biryani dish is excellent. The butter chicken is on point. The rice is perfectly cooked. The spinach potatoes literally melt in your mouth.

How this place is not well-known in the south shore area truly is beyond me. It's fairly priced, it's delicious and it's fast. Usually, you can only have two of the three: fairly-priced and delicious takes time, fairly-priced and fast is lacking in flavor and delicious and fast is expensive. This is neither of these three options, and actually clocks in at a fourth one.

I only hope this place stays open for a long time, and gets recognized more by the people living around.

TL;DR: Amazing restaurant with cheap, delicious food with quick preparation. Go eat there.

This is hands down one of the best Pakistani/Indian restaurant there is. I've had the privilege to try a few of there dishes.butter chicken and there sizzling hot super fresh giant vegetable samosas are my favorite.chicken biryani is also outstanding.when to comes to choosing between Roti bread or naan bread, I'd highly suggest the Naan bread it's much better.

Worse chicken i ve ever bought in my life, almost burned and too dry as i am chewing plastic, seasoned from outside but the inside has no taste

Terrible food!
Took a chance and ordered a take out, but to no avail. They messed up the order altogether. Not even a single item was what we had ordered. Seems like the cook was amateur who had no clue of what is the correct recipe for the said dish.
Would not recommend the place even as the last resort.

The food is very good but i think that they have changed the size of their containers for takeout. It seems to be smaller now.

Pick up, ordered a Combo for 2. Was told that it’ll be ready at 9pm (closing time). Fine ok, no stress.

But the staff was eager to rush to close and head out the door that they forgot my naan.

Don’t forget. I even tipped…. For a pick up.

AMAZING RESTAURANT! The family owning this restaurant are the nicest people I have ever met and they always made sure that I was enjoying the food and that I had a great time there. They also have the BEST Biryani and Butter chicken that i have eaten so far. It has become my favourite restaurant and I will definitely come back!

An intersting blend of Pakistani and Indian cuisine. My wife and I really enjoyed the delicious dishes we ordered. We had the shrimp masala and lamb curry with a vegetarian samosa as an appitizers. It was so deliecious that I forgot to take photos! All dishes come with Nan and rice. The place is very clean and tidy. Our waiter (Yousef) who happens to be the owner's son was amazing with his service. I'm defiently coming back here again!

Hosted 35 people here and was provided a very good service. The owner personally made sure all my guests were served well.
The menu was good too, all the things I tried on the buffet tasted very good. Ask for their fried fish sticks, one of the best I have had since long.
Will go there again for sure.

Yesterday We went for lunch buffet, the food was not good at all. I don’t know why they got so many good reviews but After tasting all the dishes I can tell that the cook does not know how to make Desi dishes. Qeema was tasteless, butter chicken had chicken added afterwards for us so it did not have any taste. Channa was just ok, salad was all mushy and wet, kindly don’t go there and save your hard earned money.

The food was great, the best butter chicken I have ever tasted, the briyani was amazing, the kabab was awesome and the kashimiri tea is a hit. On top of that, the service is great. I totally recommend, one of the best indian and pakistani cuisine.

If I could give them more stars I would. Incredible experience amazing family owned business. Clean as can be. We went here at around 3 pm and the buffet was still piping hot and delicious. The choices were great. The owner and his family were so kind and inviting and accommodated our every need. The food is one of the best my wife and I ever had. We wish this restaurant the best and we will be back very often. Next time for a seafood feast the owner told us we would be loving it.thank you Jabeen and family

Very clean place and the service is good, the food is as good as it gets but can't compare to restaurants in India/Pakistan.

All in all, good food and good experience.
We'll definitely go back, I wish they could serve liquor
