Excellent chicken wings; very crispy! I asked them to put the buffalo sauce on the side. Excellent sweet potato fries. I don’t drink anything with alcohol, and they made me a fruity sparkling drink, which was refreshing for the summer. Very enjoyable meal!

Definitely a fun place to go for an after work dinner! The food, the vibe and the service were top notch!

We eat there fairly regularly and have been more and more disappointed with food. The cheesy bread was burnt. The burger over cooked and dry. Chicken Pasta tasteless. My son enjoyed his Buffalo chicken burger but his cookie dessert was slightly burnt. Rob our wait staff was very friendly. I think they have lost my family.

A place I used to visit frequently pre pandemic. Loved it before but. The prices have been jacked up so much that this will be my last visit. I'm really sorry but hiking a 15-18$ nacho plate to what I recall is 26$ with the things I wanted in it, yeah. Date night cost me 100$ instead of the around 50-60$ it used to.

Honestly I normally love Jack Astor's but was completely blindsided when I added tofu and it cost me an extra 5$. WHY? A block of tofu is not that expensive. Why is adding tofu more expensive then adding shrimp? And if its 5$ why wasn't I warned? Its ridiculous. Honestly it left a really bad taste in my mouth

Pre-covid, we'd frequent this place quite often. I was worried about our first visit back because of how other restaurants struggled and had to change over the pandemic.
The menu looks reduced and there aren't peanuts all over the bar floor anymore.
However, the excellent taste and ambiance are still there. We'll be regulars once again.
The only thing is I wish they'd bring back the quesadillas and apple pie.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I'm really impressed by everything. From the cheerful and polite person who seated us to our waitress Mia who served us. The last time I saw a waitress in this good of a mood was when I was down in Tennessee where southern hospitality is everywhere you go. We got served very quickly and the food was great! If I could give more stars I would if just for our waitress Mia. Thank you so much for making our meal a very pleasant experience!

Went on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch / early dinner. Food was of bad quality. Burger meat was not fresh and stale! Chicken sandwich was the same, worst was the calamari that smelled and tasted fishy. My wife actually got sick!

I used to love this place. Quality food, decent prices, lots of variety and fun atmosphere. However, ever since Covid, they've gone seriously downhill. Lots of the classic top notch dishes are gone and the existing ones seem less quality. I ate at the one in TO and they smothered my asian chicken sweet pea dish with cheap thai chilli sauce. It was brutal. Then the one in Montreal informed me they no longer serve fajitas (which IMO was one of their best dishes). Oh, and neither places serve milkshakes anymore. The menus are printed using ultra tiny text and their wifi is brutal as it won't let you connect to their menu app (which is what they want you to use) Literally wasted 10 minutes trying to connect before going to ask a hostess for menus. Look, maybe you don't care about the milkshakes or the fajitas.and if that's the case then yeah, the food is decent and the atmosphere still seems pretty good. But it aint what it used to be that's for sure. And for the prices they charge, I'll take a hard pass till they get their stuff together

It was good! I really like the white sangria. Il y avait un manque de personnelle, par contre le serveur était très accueillant.

The server was very rude and complained to me that I did not tip enough. She told me that if I can’t afford to tip her more I shouldn’t go out. Very unprofessional

J'aime bien l'endroit et c'est vraiment bon. Le steak frites est excellent. Par contre, pour un plat à 30$+, de recevoir un cup de ketchup pour les frites, c'est un peu ordinaire! J'ai dû demander une sauce plus "spéciale". Overall, je recommande!

Food is expensive for a fast food restaurant. For the same price, I’d go to a nicer place with a terrasse that is not in the parking lot of a shopping mall! Ambiance was not great either.

Normally Jack astors is pretty good. Went last night. Drinks were great, service was great, dessert and bread entree phenomenal but the main meal. Mleh.

I ordered the chicken Asiago, and the chicken wasn't fresh: (It was pre made from a package you buy at a local grocery store with a hint of burnt to say they cooked it there.

We had an excellent and wonderful table service. The manger checked on is to be sure everything was ok. The burgers with fried onions were super tasty.

We are regulars at the greenfield park location, but moved closer to the West Island and decided to try the location today, AMAZING!
Service was really good! The staff was very friendly, the meals were very well served. We were very happy and will comeback for sure!

Great place. Best terrace in west-island. Great service great drinks. The food is good. Looking forward to full opening!

Very disappointed experience.
Yesterday when I ordered some fries an 4 tall can pack, I paid 33 dollars and just receive one beer and cold fries. The order was incomplete, I already submit my complaint in UBER EATS but they just a delivery service it not their fault.

Also the delivery guy never wait for me in the door they just leave the order was weird cause part of my order was alcohol.

Update: they ask for my email to apologies and have more information regarding this, I send them an email, the answer: they will put me in contact with the manager for that location. Nobody contact me since that email. They DON'T CARE about the costumer. Not even have a refund or at least try to complete the order. Uber eats was the one who refund me a proportional part for the order.

My suggestion if you are going to order something from this place, use the pick up option. Or saved your money and order from another place!

Absolutely delicious food and great service. The environment is very nice and we’re always satisfied when we go. Although I wish they didn’t remove the ribs and fajitas from the menu!

Just ordered through UBER EATS, the food was not good. Calamari was dry. Old meat for steak, and asked for rare and it was sent uncooked, chewy and not edible. Dumped it in the garbage. Ordered baked potatoes and received fries and sweet potatoes instead. Such a waste of money, bill was $90. I should had Ordered from Vieux Duluth instead! Save your money and get food elsewhere.

I’ve always loved Jack Astor’s food, but the delivery service is awful. I usually order through Door Dash, but since the service was down, I decided to order directly from the Jack Astor’s website. Big mistake. The order was late but I thought given the current circumstances, that’s to be expected and decided to give them some more time. Half an hour after my order was supposed to arrive, I decided to call to check in on the status. Only then was I informed that their third party delivery service (who I never had any contact with, since I ordered directly through the restaurant’s website) had failed to pick up the order even though it had been ready for quite some time. Only no one thought to call and inform me, even though they had my phone number and email address through the web order. If I hadn’t called to check in, I would never had known. Ok top of that, the employee I spoke to blamed their delivery service and said I was angry with them for something that was a third party’s fault. That’s all well and good, but I only ever dealt with Jack Astor’s. I didn’t order through a third party service. A truly disappointing customer service experience. I won’t be ordering there again. Which is too bad, since the food really is great.

This place is always good. Something for everyone! The chicken parm is surprisingly delicious.not your traditional dish but its worth the try!

Nachos had very little cheese

I ordered dinner for delivery here last night. My pad thai bowl was nothing but noodles with 0 flavour. I've had it before at the restaurant and this was a huge disappointment. There was many 3 tiny pieces of bland chicken, which is ridiculous for the 4$ they charge.

As always great people and great atmosphere, we've gone here for many occasions and non-occasions. Keep doing what you're doing, it works!
