Barmaid to busy talking to customers not enough service waited for drinks for like 20 min during a hockey game she should serve her customers before talking to her regular customers for like 30 min the bar was empty still a hard time to get a drink or service very disappointing!

Toujours une superbe qualité de nourriture. La dame qui nous a servi, Gen, était vraiment agréable avec de la repartie. L'ambiance est toujours un peu bruyante, et on a passé un beau moment.

Excellent service pour une soirée de Hockey des canadiens j’ai très apprécié leur cocktail sans oblier leur bonne bouffe

Food was excellent

The server was so rude and did not have any manner. My friend, visiting Montreal, barely speaks French was talking to her in English and the waitress (Maude) was replying in French!
After I paid my part of the bill and handed her back the machine, Maude threw the receipt on the table in a very diresprctful way and left, we were all shocked by her behaviour. We guessed that she didn't like the tip I left, but this doesn't give her the right (as per her job etiquette) to behave this way!

This individual behavior affects the image of the place she works in and the service level in Montreal in general.

Hier nous étions un groupe de 60 et plus de personnes. Pour un party de retraite. Je dois dire que tout fût au dessus de mes attentes dès notre arrivé jusqu'à la fin. Tous étaient ravi de la soirée. Nous avions une grande section côté bar wow super. De plus je dois mentionner l'excellent service de Chelsea et de son collègue dont j'oublie le nom. Bravo à votre équipe. Merci

Cuisine excellente, ambiance conviviale. Le Service à table par la serveuse attitrée laisse à désirer. Samedi soir.longue attente pour prendre la commande, ne revient jamais pour savoir si on a besoin de quelque chose. Ne propose pas la carte dessert. Pas souriante. Ne propose pas si on veut un autre verre.

Repas délicieux! Les serveurs (euses) étaient souriants, rapides et efficaces. Restaurant très spacieux et ambiance parfaite pour passer de très belles soirées. De plus, les plats sont goûteux, servies chauds, avec des aliments frais.

Music was a bit too loud to my likings, had to scream in order to hold a conversation.

Food was great and service was quick.

Ce dimanche était notre pire expérience après avoir l'habitude de manger à celui de Greenfield Park.
On était 4,2 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants.
Malheureusement, nous avons eu notre table et les menus mais après ça les serveurs nous ont ignoré.
J'étais obligé d'aller chercher de l'aide et demander pourquoi nous n'avons pas de seveur et personne n'est venu nous voir. Ils m'ont dit qu'ils ont un problème de gestion de table! Bizarre pour un dimanche soir a 19h.
Finalement, un serveur est venu nous voir et il a essayé de se rattraper mais une autre déception à la réception des plats.
Les pates au fromage de notre fils étaient sèches comme si le plat a traîné quelques minutes dans la cuisine avant d'êtres servi. En plus, pour mon plat de saumon au Miso, le poisson était trop cuit et sec, le riz aussi sec, dur, tout en un seul bloc, les feuilles de roquette étaient vielles et pour le hamburger de ma femme était très ordinaire (fast food de base).
En général, une déception totale.
Une très grande déception qui a gâché notre soirée après une belle expérience à Illumi.

Serveuse qui nous a offert un mauvais service prend tout son temps nest pas au courant des infos de la carte du menu elle nous a laisser attendre pour répondre a nos questions et elle es aller voir d’autres clients a la place service trop long et pas professionnel de sa part nous avons juste quitter les lieux sans avoir pu être servis
Et 3 mois plus tard nous avons jamais reçu la carte cadeau qui a été mentionné dans un email venant de leur part ….

Les doigts de poulet sont a tomber sur le dos. Le saumon etait un peu trop cuit mais le burger de poulet et le pad Thai etait excellent

Ordered "tossed and sauced" chicken tenders for takeout. Received plain chicken tenders with no sauce.

Would of been better to head to McDonald's instead of $30.

Yesterday night me & my friends have a reservation there. My friend told that we are 18 yrs old +s which they ask for reservation. When we arrived receptionists (with dark brown hair) send us to our table but since there's few people were, I asked this beautiful & friendly blond waitress if we could move to the bar area, she thought we are minor but we show our iDs and so she was graciously asked the receptionist earlier to moved us. We noticed the dark brown haired receptionist was NOT PLEASED & RUDE to bring us to our new table. So we let that slide since the let us moved. The waitress was assigned to us was very accommodating and nice to get our orders. While waiting they giving free soups and beers. We noticed they skipped us. Non stop walking behind and front of us giving free beers and soups, and it triggers us. Nobody asked if we want one. So as the free drinks was over, my friend called one of the waiters. My friend told him we are being RACIAL PROFILED. We are being treated poor from the receptionist to these. Mind you we are only 3 Asians women at the bar. We told him we dont want the beer nor soup we just letting him know thats RACISM toward a paying costumer! Yesterday (October 6,2023) is our 2nd time we went there & because of that incident we change our mind coming back! They don't know how to handle this situation. Advice if you're Asian like to take chances to go to Jack Astor bring a white friend (in my case my bf) for sure they will treat you better based on my experience from the past. Or just DONT GO if you are group of POC!

Edit review: Racially profiled. I could have not changed the review but I am serious about racism issue especially in Quebec.

I love the vibe. Love the music. Love the food! Totally fun!

I had the barking squirrel beer, chicken tenders with sweet potato fries (cuz they are the best) and the cookie that ate the brownie. All delicious. Didnt even have time to take a pic…
Although, was mildly disappointed that the waitress did not come out with an onion when my colleague asked her for a burger but to “hold the onions”. Would have been great
