Unfortunately, the treatment and the service is very bad. I bought an engine for my car and it was installed, but after two weeks, the same old problem returned, which is the car's tremor, so I went to them and they replaced some parts in the engine. After a while, the same problem returned, then the car stopped working, so I called them and they told me we are not responsible. Plus they gave us the option of the warranty it was either 3 months or 3000km driven with the car and i clearly chose 3000km so when i came after 6 months ive only driven 2000km with my car and they still didnt accept it

I went to fix my car 3 years ago
, I made an accident and needed the original copy because I lost it. Fortunately, auto jack was very helpful and provided me with the original bill even after 3 years! I am very satisfied with their service, excellent service!

Méfiez-vous de Jack Auto, ils sont très malhonnêtes! On m'a donné la mauvaise pièce (caméra de recul) en plus d'insister que c'est la bonne. Faites très attention à la pièce que vous vous procurez chez eux.

J'y suis allé pour acheter une pièce d'occasion pour ma voiture, j'ai eu un bon prix et ma pièce était presque neuve.

Called in the morning for rim's for my son's car. Quoted 35$ on the phone. When my son went 2 hours later was quoted 50$.

Service excelent. 3 voitures differente.j'habite la rive-sud pas possible a trouver les pieces sur la rive sud (j'ai pas cherché a moitier) chez jack j'ai trouvé sans problème.le vendeur en avais par dessu la tête pour cause qu'il avais plusieurs clients.au lieux de me dire de revenirs trop occupé. Ben non il a mis son mentaux et il est aller cherché la piece pour pas risqué de perdre une vente et peut etre un client.bref je veux dire top-qualité pour l'équipe de jack auto!
