Jack Le Coq

On était super excités à l'idée d'essayer ce resto-là, le décor était très attirant de l'extérieur.
Nous avons commandé le véganomane, le jack classique, le jack grillé et les rondelles d'oignons.
Pour les rondelles d'oignons, on a été assez déçus, le sac était pratiquement vide. Il y avait 4-5 rondelles d'oignons, on s'entend que ce n'est pas une portion normale pour une rondelle à 4$.
Les pains des burgers étaient mouillés, et la galette végé pâteuse. On n'est pas difficiles normalement, mais ce n'était pas un délice malheureusement.: (
Malgré tout, les prix sont relativement bons.
On ne recommande pas les burgers ni les rondelles, mais le reste est peut-être délicieux!:)

Très déçu, le pain de mon burger était mouillée pas cuit la poutine n'étais pas mangeable il n'y avait pas de sauce.

Edit: I went back recently and the woman at the counter was terrible rude. Horrible attitude. Made us never want to return. And on top of that she gave my food to somebody else after me standing there for ten minutes waiting. So I had to wait another 10. Not good, horrible staff. Shame cus I enjoyed this place the last time. Won't be returning.

Was excited for this place to open up, the inside has a very clean American diner atmosphere. Very kind and helpful staff. Indoor and outdoor seating and the chicken is really GREAT! Really nice presentation. Can't wait to come back

J'ai adoré le poulet, l'endroit est excellent pour des réunions avec des ami (e) s pour se mettre à jour, car quand même pour un fast-food, l'endroit est spacieux.

Finally a true Vegan chicken sandwich with vegan sauce and fried separately it’s own fryer! It’s our second time going and I have to say it’s consistent both time, food was amazing and you have to try the onion rings. Service is A+ with the ambiance and vibe of the place is another 5 star.
I’m sure the rest of the menu must be good as the place didn’t stop. If your visiting or a local this place is a must on your list and won’t disappoint!
BTW try the spicy hot sauce!

This place sucks, and i cannot stress this enough, balls.they give you chicken tendies that have been sitting under a warm tray for so long their skin is more leathery than my grandmother who smoked 2 packs a day, said she "didn't care for water", lived her entire life in coastal nova scotia and believed sunscreen was "hogwash".

I ordered the 3 piece fried chicken, a small onion rings, and the apple pie. The chicken was dark meat which I don’t really like. I prefer KFC which is white meat. On the other hand, the onion rings were excellent. The apple pie was even better than McDonald’s.

I recently visited Jack Le Coq and I have to say, I was impressed! The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly. I ordered the Jack's Signature Chicken Sandwich and it was amazing. The chicken was juicy and the breading had the perfect crunch. The sandwich was topped with a delicious sauce that really brought all the flavors together.

The fries were also great, crispy and well-seasoned. I also tried the coleslaw, which was fresh and had a nice tangy flavor. I appreciated that they use homemade ingredients, it really makes a difference in the taste.

Overall, I had a great experience at Jack Le Coq. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food you get. I will definitely be returning and recommending to friends.

Tres mauvais service. Manque des choses dans la commande. Il ne veulent pas rembourser les manques et pas de retour sur les appels et les messages Email.

La peau du poulet est savoureuse mais la chair est sans goût. La gravy est délicieuse. J'ai pas eu des frites ondulées, les frites régulières étaient ordinaires.

Went there with my friends, a lot of variety for a chicken shop. Great food, the chicken tenders and the variety of sauces with it were amazing. We all had a great experience, and the staff were all super friendly. I definitely would recommend going to try this place if you want a good ambiance and great crispy chicken.

Bien que leur burger au poulet soit goûteux, le service laisse particulièrement à désirer. Des employés qui ne lâchent pas un mot de bonjour et un nettoyage inexistant alors que le lieu est vide, ce lundi soir. Le tout est aussi malheureusement un peu cher niveau rapport qualité-prix. Pas sûre d’y retourner, c’est bien dommage.

Expérience très decevante. Nous avons fait une commande de groupe pour notre bureau qui est dans le quartier. Une personne n’a pas eu son plat qui avait pourtant été chargé sur la facture. Des erreurs ca arrive, la moindre des choses serait de me rembourser l’item manquant, mais après 1 appel ou on m’a dit de rappeler, un message vocal ainsi qu’un courriel, je n’ai reçu aucun retour. Je prends toujours le temps de contacter une entreprise avant d’émettre un mauvais review, je trouve ca vraiment dommage de le faire.

I ordered a tender chicken combo the fries were good but man the chicken was not tender at ALL it was so hard I felt like I was eating a piece of rock. I might not ever order there again but i love concept of the box's and the restaurant has a great ambience.

J 'adore. C 'est croquant et succulent. Languettes, Pilons, Burgers ou les à côtés.tout et bon à s'en léchée les doigts!

J’adore le poulet, vraiment délectable. Et j’ai adoré la sauce rose, elle se mange avec les yeux!

Point faible:
Le prix: 17,19$ pour 4 morceaux de poulets, et une petite portion de frites congelés, boisson non-incluse…

Une qualité qui va décroissante depuis l’ouverture de ce restaurant, au début les produits étaient d’une qualité irréprochable, aujourd’hui c’est tout le contraire: j’ai commandé 4 tender de poulet il y a plus de chapelure que de viande je vous laisse juger par vous-même.

We ordered 12 chicken tenders but he charged us for 12 pieces (20$ more) then said it was in the system and he couldn't reimburse.

The chicken wasn't really good. Not worth the price and overall not a good experience. Disappointed.

One of our gang got the burger and apparently it was good.

Service is always super friendly, fried chicken is top. Fries aren’t as advertised, not the greatest.

Les lanières de poulet et la brown gravy sont excellentes, les prix sont très raisonnables (comparé à Roch le Coq ou tu dois hypothéquer ta maison pour un baril de 7mcx)

I really like the box.te sandwich was tasty.the bread aswell. The chicken can still use a little more Seasoning but out of 5 this food is a 4.5 nice

Rivals popeyes to be honest. Expensive but super tasty and quality fried chicken. Tried some of the burgers which were worth their price, especially with their sauces and add-ons.

Un petit fast food qui n’a l’air de rien vu de l’extérieur mais nous commandons au moins une fois par semaines et nous ne sommes jamais déçus leurs poulet est excellent et au dessus de la moyenne, leurs sauce brune a un petit goût épicé très agréable, leurs pain est briochée et lustré à la perfection je le recommande vivement.

Poulet le meilleur que j'ài mangé au monde mes les frites ondulées congelé McCain nettement pas à la auteur. DSL

Tout est bon et c'est vraiment pas cher pour la quantité! J'adore qu'ils ont bcp de choix de sauces et qu'elles sont toute bonnes

Good but we literally took burgers for takeout and when we opened them in the car it was already cold. Disappointing.

This is some seriously delicious fried chicken. Very juicy, amazing BBQ dipping sauce, great fries and coleslaw. The branding is great with a 50s dinner style and the cow pleading us to eat chicken. Will definitely go again!

J’ai traversé ce soir le 12 février, la ville encore une fois pour aller déguster ce très bon poulet, j’ai commandé comme d’habitude quatre morceaux de poulet frit seulMais on m’a servi quatre pilons et deux ailes à ma grande surprise contrairement à d’habitude pour une telle commande comprends au moins deux beaux morceaux de viande blanche, J’aurais apprécié le savoir avant de recevoir ma commande bien cachée dans une petite boîte…

Ordered Jack Sandwich, Coleslaw Salad and Cheese Macaroni. The burger was delicious with crispy chicken. Salad and macaroni was decent. Would definitely recommend for the burgers.

Good food.

But was disappointed and disgusted to see the employees putting/sorting the chicken in my box with bare hands! The kitchen employee pass the box open to the front counter employee who also handles payments etc, and the latest sorts the chicken in the box with bare hands to be able to close the box.

Funny how they ask you for vaccine pasport and to wear a mask for hygiene while customer faced employees do this! Imagine the kitchen:)

Très bon poulet très croustillant et surtout très chaud. Grosse portion. Je le recommande a tous.
