Very bad customer service. Toilet was defective on arrival. Matt and Sue do not respond to emails or calls unless you follow up multiple times. Company lacks professionalism and customer service process. They shipped parts to fix - parts were also defective (on three separate occasions). They sent irrelevant "DIY" youtube videos for different toilets brands - and told me to fix. Months long process with no resolution. I ended up paying for a plumber out of my own pocket. Do not buy Jade products
