Attempted to locate a part for a product for which they are the distributor of (Quik-Loc product). Customer service was extremely lacking, but after several days I finally got in contact and was sent a schematic (in a foreign language) for the product I needed the part for.
After figuring which part I needed I called them back, at which time I was advised that I had to get the part from one of their "retail dealers", They were only able to provide one name for this. The retail dealer was unable to assist me with what I needed, but did suggest other "retail dealers". Unfortunately none of them could assist me either.

When i placed my order they sent me an invoice. 2 weeks later I received a package with the same product number but different product description. The invoice belonged to another person containing their personal information. When i called they admitted that the product I'm looking for is in backorder.
I did eventually get my item delivered to me a month later. Total time from order to delivery appox 3 months.

My wife broke the audio cable of her jbl quantum 800 headphones. I tried Amazon (twice) and didn't work (both times). Tried BestBuy.clueless. Tried other electronics stores.nothing.i was given the email to Jam Industries, and KYLA MATTHEWS, big thank you, helped me get an original replacement, under warranty no less. Anything électronique or musical. Call them thank you KYLA

U guys should close ur little shop and start begging on the street if u guys can't cover a $100 warranty on a headphones.it's been close to 1 month since I made a claim for the warranty.
