Tempête de neige la nuit d'avant, pas venu avant 16h le jour d'après. Ma voiture est resté prise dans mon entrée.

27 février: Jason ne passe pas avant 7h tel que prévu dans leurs contrat en journée de semaine, je dois déneiger mon entrée pour sortir. J'appelle à 14h, on me dit qu'il va passer. Je rentre à 16h, toujours pas passé. Je dois déneiger à nouveau avec ma souffleuse pour entrer. C'est quoi cette affaire? !

De plus, ce dernier est venu enlever son affiche avant la fin du contrat.
Grâce à ce déneigeur, j'ai dû m'acheter une souffleuse. Je vais faire la job moi même l'année prochaine, au moins je serai mieux servi.

PLEASE READ - I hired this company to do snow removal on my driveway. I spoke with 2 employees on separate occasions and they both quoted me 97.75$. I thought this was steep for a one-time snow removal considering they have massive tractors with snow blower attachments. Anyways I went ahead and paid them by E-transfer before they arrived as this is what they wanted. I later found out they only cleaned half of my driveway. When I asked what had happened they told me that if I wanted it all done it would cost more. I told them that this was not the service agreement and was illegal for them to do this. They simply did not care. After explaining myself to them on a few occasions they continue to try and extort more money from me to complete the job. I ended up doing the remainder by hand. I asked them to refund me half of what I paid as a compromise, but they refused. To say the least this business has very low ethical standards. They are ignorant and deceiving and I hope that anyone reading this finds another company to hire. If paying for services and not receiving what you paid for is what you want, then by all means hire them. Otherwise please stay away, businesses like this should be avoided. I have already submitted an official complaint to the consumer protection office of Quebec. Again, please stay away. If the community bounds together to stop hiring shady businesses like this, then we can make our community better.
