30 minutes on hold, had time to show up before they took my call, waited another hour for my order that was already faxed in 2 hours before. All this wasted time…

Why have 5 staff when you kinda need 8…

The pharmacy is okay, but the real problem is the floor staff. They are unbelievably rude and don't care about the customers. They have security guards patrolling the aisle like someone would want to steal their overpriced cheap products. I would just avoid going here unless you need to.

Often have mistakes with my Rx. Wrong medication, wrong label, wrong quantity etc.
When asking to fax for renewal they did not read my note and faxed the resident doctor that wrote the Rx not the staff doctor so Rx not renewed, it took weeks to get it right and in the end i had to go in person and repeat instructions many many times

Avoid!
They never get the prescriptions right, they can’t even get a name right. No remorse for their mistakes. More than one occasion they have messed up my prescriptions.

Pire pharmacie ever. Jarive au drive avec mon courriel que ma commande et prêt il me font attendre 25 min pour revenir me demander mon nom cris d'ignorante après sa elle vien me dire qui a un problème avec ma Comande quelle est pas prêt. Pure non professionalism quand tu envoie le émail de confirmation fait sure que sa sois vraie je déconseille se jen coutu tres male gère

La pharmacie Jean Coutu sur Mont- Bleu a un excellent service à la clientèle. En plus, le personnel est courtois et agit toujours avec professionnalisme. Il est toujours a l' écoute des clients et leur fournit de bons conseils.

You can call 6 hours ahead and they will still not have prepared your prescription. You will wait for over an hour, in a small, COVID unsafe waiting room. Avoid at all costs.

Get what you need and post office was slowish. But it usually always happens. But Jean Coutu is a great franchise.

The staff is very pleasant and the store is take sanitary to thr next level. However, it is overly priced for the same product you can get everywhere for a fraction of the price.

Il faut prévoir toujours plus de 20 mins. Pas bonne service. Depuis 35 mins la madame m'a dit d'attendre un peu plus. Et une madame qu'avait appeler le matin arrive à 4 30 pm et l'ont dit de attendre pas prête encore.

Comment ne pas s'ennuyer du point de service sur Riel qu'ils ont récemment fermés. Le service était impeccable.

Mais depuis que nous devons aller chercher nos médicaments sur Mont-Bleu, les prescriptions sont rarement prêtes ou ils n'ont tout simplement pas reçu la demande, il y a erreur quand la préposée entre la facture dans le système et elle doit retourné en arrière pour vérifier un code ou autre. En fait, ce n'est jamais simple.

Si vous devez aller chercher des médicaments régulièrement, faites vous une faveur. Évitez ce Jean-Coutu et aller ailleurs.

The way the pharmacist was staring at my mother today when she came in for moral support. She was paying more attention to my mother standing there than she was to what i was saying. So thanks for your help, basically your advice is to not bring your mother. Good job. Your advice did not help me. It was not helpful. So. I went to see a free show of dirty looks at my mom. Thanks so much.

Don’t go to this pharmacy. Their staffs work so slow.
There are 3 different assistants asked me my name for 3 times. They finally gave me my medication which they called me to pick up only.
With insurance, paper work, it takes 45 mins to 1 hour. Which other pharmacy can finish in 5-10 mins max.

Last time I went there to pick up my prescription, I had to wait well over half an hour. The excuse was that they had to prepare a lot of orders received over the phone, which I thought was a bit odd, as they should in my opinion the walk-in customers first. In any case, I thought I'd give them another try, and this time it was a 45 minutes wait to get my prescription.

I couldn't believe it. I expressed my frustration with the clerk at the counter and then the pharmacist, and you can tell they just don't really care.

I highly suggest to not get your prescription drugs at that pharmacy, the service is beyond terrible.

The female pharmacist here gave me such terrible service based on my physical appearance. All I needed was advice on a product to purchase and she treated me so rude like I was wasting her time. When right before me she was helping another gentleman and he was greeted with a smile and excellent service while I got the total opposite of this.
I don't feel like I want to return to this location after this negative experience. Very rude and unprofessional.

Been shopping here for years! Staff and management is super friendly and helpful! The store has a great selection, is well stocked and always clean. The pharmacy is usually a little busy and wait times can get a little long sometimes but aside from that no complaints about that section either!

A POC was on her phone in the store when an extremely racist white old woman came in and started a fight saying she should go back to where she came from. The manager intervened poorly, diffusing the situation by having the POC women step out, all the while allowing the racist white woman to stay. That was a disgustingly shameful display, the white woman should have been asked to leave IMMEDIATELY.
This is not the first time something like this has been seen in a Jean Coutu or Shoppers, and it is NOT acceptable. Train your staff to handle these situations better.

Le service à la pharmacie est lent. Les pharmaciens sont professionnels mais le staff sont souvent mêlées et se trompent avec les commandes. Quand ont a le tord de demander une livraison parcequ'on est malade cela peut prendre au dessus de 4 heures.plus vite de marcher: si la commande est prête à temps. J'ai parlé avec plusieurs voisin (e) s qui ont eu les mêmes services. La seule raison que je reste avec vous est qu'il n'y a pas d'autres alternatives pour ceux sans autos. Les gens pauvres souffres toujours des pires services.
