Today I went to return an item to the Canada Post at PJC Beaumont. The CP clerk Ms EDEN was super rude with me. I asked her to have a sticky plastic flap to cover my return shipping label to be sticked on the box, she was super rude with me and informed me that they stopped it few months back. It’s fine but the way she delivered it that was totally unacceptable. Then she informed that I could buy the tape from the pharmacy. When I came back after buying the tape from the pharmacy she asked me that if I have paid for the tape as if I stole the tape. It’s doesn’t matter what you say but how you say it. I was so upset & spoke to the Pharmacy Manager & showed her my purchase receipt for the tape, she apologized to me. The PJC Canada Post manager Ms Suzan is always nice with the customers & goes extra mile to satisfy the customers. I am a customer to this location for last 15-20 years & know Ms Susan for a long time. But for the first time I was discriminated by a Canada Post employee. Very sad. I will forward this matter to Canada Post Head Office for the further action.

So today i went to return an item that i purchased last month along with the receipt. I did not have the credit card that was on receipt because couple of days ago someone stole my wallet with all my ids and bank cards. I filed a police report and brought it with me. I explained the situation to the manager. Firstly, she could not speak English and told me its my fault i don’t speak french and secondly she was super rude. I don’t know who made her the manager. She had zero communication skills and didn’t know how to treat a customer. I understand the return was not possible but the fact that manager didn’t even try to understand my situation and immediately refused by saying, “ i need this card, thats it” is what made me upset. Will never go there again after this terrible experience.

I needed oral pediatric antibiotics (common amoxil) for an bilateral acute media otitis (OMA) diagnosed on my 18 month old daughter. I understand there is actually drugs shortage due to epidemic viral outbreak on pediatric population right now. I went and they proposed me a solution with pills and fruit sauce for my daughter. Rami is an amazing pharmacist. I went before to another pharmacy and they weren't helpfull at all, no help nor solutions. Seriously, I'm done with other drugstores. This drugstore is the utmost definition of what a very good pharmacist should be. Thanks again Rami and your team!

Very poor and un friendly customer service, The lady on the sales counter just ignores you and do other stuff. I will prefer not to go there again.
