Jenny Nails Spa

Worst manicure and pedicure I have ever received. The staff is clearly not trained and the service is completely inattentive.

Pros:
I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for what tuned out to be a tortuous experience. (thank goodness)

Cons:
I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for what should have been at least 45 minutes of service
Totally overpriced $54 for very poor quality of care and service. I pay $45 in Toronto for double the time and quality.
No proper scrubbing of heels and no massage of either feet or hands.
No moisturizing cream on hands.

Horrible salon- the lady who did my nails did an awful job and was so rude, she got nail polish all over my hands and around my nail / cuticle area and left it like that. Was so messy looking, and my nails themselves had bubbles all over them and were filed diagonally.
I asked the owner to remove it all as I didn’t have another 1.5 hour to sit there for her to re do it- and she obliged, and then CHARGED me for the manicure.
I was warned that she does this, as when nails chip or break within a few days/ the owner charges you to fix it.
Horrible customer service, gross salon and rude owners. There’s Natalie nails right down the street that is 1000 times better!

I love Jenny’s nails, I’ve been going here for years and it’s my go to spot for pedicures or a quick mani. They do a great job and super sweet.

I absolutely love love love Jenny Nails! They always do such a fantastic job and they are so sweet, I recommend this place to everyone. Plus whenever I’ve made an appointment last minute, they always have space for me. Go here! They’re the best:)

Manicure with a Bio-gel set. Nail technician was quick and did a nice shape. Price was good considering quality.

I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the whole place. There was even an ant crawling inside the machine while my nails were drying. Other than that, my nails turned out pretty nice.

Got my first mani/pedi here! They're very kind, and careful with their services. The salon follows all covid safety measures, having a hand washing station at the entrance, sanitizer, disposable masks, glass separators, plastic wraps for the pedicure stations, etc.

My friends goes here on a regular basis and her nails are always perfect. I went to try it yesterday and it was absolutely horrible. The staff are nice but my nails are uneven (shape and product distribution) and the gel is chipping already. Guess it really depends on who you get. They also don't sterilize their tools!

I can always count on getting a quick appointment at Jenny Nails. They are very attentive and do a very nice job with gel polish. They are not fancy with nail art, but you will always have a very nice manicure and pedicure.

The best place ever. I love every one of the people here and especially Linda, the lady who runs the show. She always tries to make sure everybody gets their turn, and she’s patient and good at what she does. All the ladies there are lovely and kind, and always do such a wonderful job. I also appreciate how they laugh and giggle when they scrub my feet. I’m so ticklish and always am self conscious about it. They always make me feel welcome.

Très belle expérience. Employés très patients et suggèrent de bonnes idée en écoutant votre avis. Cela fait maintenant une semaine que j’ai fait mes ongles (full set) et ils sont encore en bon état. Il faudrait que les employés parlent moins entre eux. Si non parfait et j’espère ne pas être déçue à la prochaine.

I Visited Jenny's nail Salon Monday for an Acrylic Refill. I scheduled the Appt.at 2: 30. I arrived 10 min Early to ensure i'd be on time (2: 20). I waited until 2: 55 before they started working on my nails. I had to be back at work for 3: 30. She worked so fast and Careless, hardly looking at my nails while doing them! She did such a rough and fast job! They looked terrible and so bumpy! I went back on Thursday to fix one nail that was not glued on properly, she literally put super glue and didn't even file it. She then asked another woman to paint my nails. They put 4 coats of nail polish. What a waste of Money and time! I do not recommend this place at all.

I absolutely adore the ladies at Jenny's nail spa. They are so hardworking, efficient and professional. They always do their best to squeeze me in when I haven't had the time to make an appointment and my nails always turn out perfectly. I've tried other places and always end up going back to Jenny's, they don't disappoint!

Don't go there, they are not sterilizing any things, my original nails was good, I just want to try adding nails, They put nails for me for first time, after three weeks one of my nail look fungus, I went to remove all nails, it tooks one hour to take the nails off and she just used some material and use electric nail file but it not only removed the artificial nails but it totally damaged my own nails from base now my base nails are so thin and I have to wait one year to all thin nail grown and go away, my nail now brakes so easy, I look all over the store and I noticed they are just using the tools without clean them, they just clean with towels, stay away from this place
