It all started with me looking for a recommendation on how to sell my property and Jesse reaching out to me with advice.
He genuinely wanted to share his knowledge not expecting anything in return and that got me. I asked if Jesse could represent me and he agreed.
I loved how easy it was to work with Jesse. The best part was that he was not eager to sell quickly, rather he evaluated every offer and provided his recommendation, which, sometimes was not to accept it.
We started getting visits and offers very quickly. We went trough many and took our time. That paid off as at the end we sold for $35k above our initial asking price.
Jesse worked magic to deal with a tough buyer and even saved us money on the deal.
It has been the best experience for me. Jesse listened and cared about my needs. My next sale or purchase will be with him for sure!

Highly recommend the services of Jesse.
Very knowledgeable on all the intricacies of real estate transactions, making sure clauses in promises are neatly and clearly drafted with no ambiguity whatsoever. Jesse is truly an indispensable ally to any real estate transaction you entrust him with, and will make sure his clients interests are put before his own (which is key!)

It was a pleasure working with Jesse. He was quick to answer any inquiries and provided me with all the housing reports I requested. He never pushed me to bid anything that I wasn't comfortable with.
