It was my 3rd time. & always loved it i recommend it for those who loves to have a little adventure.

We showed up last minute with a group of 5 and signed up for the spin boat tour. Absolutely fantastic! Great experience and our kids had a lot of fun. Absolutely worth it and especially such great staff. They made our day!

Warning. I injured my neck on this. I'm sure I signed something waiving any such issues but either way, it happened. The waves were so rough that when they hit me I felt like I was being repeated kicked in the face, and it whipped my neck back multiple times (I felt the snap). I woke up in severe pain the next day, and almost three weeks later, and even after therapy (which confirmed that I tore a neck muscle) I'm still in a great deal of discomfort (neck and back pain and related headaches). The ride itself was exhilarating, and my daughter loved it, but I would not likely do it again. The sensation of drowning, combined with the feeling of being kicked in the head is not something I feel like paying for. I'll give it a three though as the staff were great and especially our guide, Etienne, was amazing.

I haven't been in over 20 years and it's still as fun as I remember. Staff were amazing and made the experience memorable. I'd highly recommend doing this at least once in your lifetime. Be prepared to pay $35 for day parking by the pier. The parking is not just for Saute Mouton, so you can leave the car there and walk around old Montreal and make a day of it.

Top! I can only recommend this "warmest" on hot days! A ride on these aluminum boats with minimal draft and several hundred HP through the rapids of the St. Lorenz Strom is pure hype and worth every penny.
Have you ever experienced a 360 turn at full speed in the middle of a current clamp? And there is no end of it here.
A tip: You will be given a completely new outfit beforehand anyway. Don't even take your camera or whatever with you. You'll get wet up to your navel anyway.

What an amazing experience, everything was super organised, don’t remember having so much fun! The guide was super funny, he made the ride super special! Strongly recommend, we are coming back and bringing the kids.

Such a fun and unforgettable experience with great views of the St. Lawrence. All the staff were bilingual so communication was easy and clear. They also easily accomodate same day - we were able to go down on the same day and be on a boat within the hour. Finally, they had all the equipment needed and were very knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a unique experience in Montreal.

Une activité à faire au moins une fois dans votre vie! Animation au top! C'est un peu cher mais ça vaut vraiment le prix. Attention de prévoir des vêtements de rechange car vous serez trempé des pieds à la tête!

Jack le patron est drôle et sympathique. Bien organisé.
Prévoyez un rechange vous allé être mouillé jusqu au sous vêtements.
Pour des sensation fortes mettez vous en avant, autrement en arrière et au milieu de la rangée mais quelque soit la place vous serez tremper. Cabine pour se changer et toilette.
Vous serez enchanté par la vue sur le fleuve et les rivages

I've been at least 5 times! And i will keep going back! What a wonderful, funny team! And the jet boat is mext level fun! A must do as a tourist or as a local to enjoy our city!

L'activité idéal pour une journée de canicule. Il ne faut pas avoir peur de recevoir une bonne quantité d'eau sur la tête. Le guide était super et très énergique. Pour ceux qui craignent l'eau du fleuve, c'est très sécuritaire et dans les rapides, l'eau est turquoise!

Jet boating in the lachine rapids. The staff are very good people. They know how to entertain the crowd. Would definitely recommend.

Quel plaisir nous avons eu, mon ado, son amie et moi. Des gens de 5 à 60 ans dans le bateau avec nous et trippent pour tous. Super belle équipe, avec le sourire dans la voix, de la jeune fille à l'entrée, jusqu'au monsieur qui nous fait quitter le site.

The jet boat was awesome and the staff and guides definitely amp up the experience! All super friendly and funny! We took the 5pm boat and managed to get front row seats because we were already in bathing suits and ready to go when we showed up. Definitely recommend being prepared in advance if you want a chance at having front row seats! They give you a poncho to wear but you WILL get completely soaked anyways so bring a change of clothes!

Best thing to do in Montreal by far! We've been coming for 10 years or close to that. We did many jet/speed boating tours around the world and this one is by far the best one.

J'avais beaucoup d'attentes.pour finalement n'avoir que des "chaudières d'eau" qui me tombent dessus. À part être trempée, je n'ai eu aucun feelings d'adrénaline.j'aurais préféré le jet boat avec vitesse et virages secs. Je conseille le saute mouton à ceux qui veulent prendre une douche. Point positif le personnel super gentil! Ah oui vraiment trop cher. 74$!

Did the trip twice on the same weekend! One of the best thrills that there is to experience. Guide Todd, Captain Eric, Jack are all amazing people. Loved the experience. Changing rooms, lockers, washrooms are sparkling clean as well. Keep up the amazing work team

One of a kind experience, going through the rapids is truly breathtaking! I recommend bringing a GoPro for it makes for some awesome footage! Only wish was it lasted longer!

We started with the small jet boat, we had so much fun we went on the big one. Super fun activity we had a blast, if you go on the big boat you will get soaked. I highly recommend!

Our first summer living in Montreal. Wanted to do something crazy today.myself and my gf and two sons are adreline junkies and this hit the spot oh so well. First off the staff are awesome. The guide was awesome. The captain well he can def drive a boat hats off to him. Nice Cruze to the rapids and before you know it all out crazy fun and felt safe the whole time. You will be soaked. Will definitely recommend this as we are planning a few more trips out. Hats off to the staff awesome job.

The positive:
The staff are friendly and funny. The operation is well organized and runs on time. The 20 to 30 minutes you spend in the rapids are fun. I recommend sitting in the first two rows to guarantee some big waves.
The negative:
It is quite pricy for what the experience ends up being.

I lovedddd jet boating. It is a must do experience. It was expensive and we were all 16 people that's why were thinking a lot and confused between spin and jet boating. But we decided to go with jet and it is a decision we didn't regret. You will love it.

Was a lot of fun, expect to be completely soaked through and bring a change of clothes and a towel, they have change rooms on site. The tour guide has a great sense of humour and they take photos for you if you bring your phone (dont bring it unless its a waterproof model though) Pro tip: the closer to the front you sit, the wetter you will get however for absolute maximum splash you should sit in the middle of the second row.

Saute-Mouton vraiment super comme activité en famille. Le maillot de bain et souliers d'eau sont un must. Un peu cher pour une famille de 4 mais l'expérience en vaut la peine. Demandez votre rabais CAA si vous êtes membres, ça aide. Merci à notre guide et capitaine Tristan et Eric pour ce moment génial. À refaire!

Horrible Treatment, they Just randomly refuse to embarque Kids because of the size, while they let other kids with same size embarque, wouldn’t recommend taking your kid through such a humiliation

I had a great time on the jet boating.the crew were very friendly before and after the trip.
I don't have any compliants, i do wish there was a camera taking pictures while we were getting thown into waves but, then again, it could easily get lost.
Word of advice, go with a change of clothes.this is a roller coater ride that gets you drenched a 1000%

It was an average experience for the price, but could’ve been a lot better. After paying over $260 with taxes for myself, my girlfriend and my 2 daughters, arriving 40 minutes earlier and being the one of the first ones to board the boat, we were told to sit in the second to last row. Tried explaining to the employee that my daughters although 10 and 11 years old… are very adventurous and wanted a thrilling ride and sit in front. The employee didn’t want to hear any of it and sat us in the back. At the end of the ride, both my daughters were frustrated that they didn’t sit in front after all our wait. Pretty frustrating as a parent to hear that after paying the price we did. Don’t recommend it.

Wonderful experience. Alex was our guide and he was fun. We sat in the front row and got completely soaked. Some waves hit hard unexpectedly; it was quite thrilling. The people are very professional and everything runs smoothly.

We had a great time on this ride. If you like adventure and water, this is for you. Be prepared to get soaked and have waves crashing on you. My kids loved it. The guide was fun and entertaining, even if we sometimes had a hard time hearing him over the boat motor.

Je recommande à fond! Certes l’activité et coûteuse mais c’est vraiment génial, je n’ai jamais vu ça ailleurs. Surtout si comme moi vous venez de France, c’est très dépaysant! L’équipe est juste géniale aussi! Et bien sûr les sensations sont excellente, par contre pensez bien à prendre un maillot.

Autant prévenir tout de suite: cette activité n'est pas aussi "effrayante" qu'un roller-coaster mais c'est plutôt à éviter pour les personnes vraiment sensibles et pas du tout a l'aise avec l'eau!
Pour ma part, je me suis éclaté! Il faut être honnête, le prix est très élevé, mais je suis très content d'avoir pu profiter de ce cadeau!
A noter l'excellent pilotage de Sam, et l'animation très drôle, dynamique et intéressante de Alex!

Tips and tricks to have more fun:
- wear a bathing suit during the ride
- get to the place 30 min before departure
- sit at the first row
- leave your belongings in your bag, you won’t have time to worry about them on the ride

Keep in mind that you’ll get soaked at the end of the ride.

And most important thing: Do not forget to wear your seatbelt!

It was an amazing experience! Wear a bathing suit because you will get soaking wet (the water gets in the boat and on the seats). If your kids are scared of being under water, don’t bring them with you. The crew members were professional and made our experience outstanding!

Jeremy était notre entrepreneur et il a basculé… c'était ma première fois sur un tour en avion à réaction et j'ai adoré. Il était vraiment sympathique et très personnel. Notre groupe a eu un souffle. Je vous recommande vraiment de faire le tour.

Je recommande de faire cette activité lorsqu'il fait beau et chaud car on ressort vraiment trempé et ce malgré tout l'attirail que nous sommes obligés de porter.

L'idéal est de prévoir une tenue de rechange. Je ne recommande pas cette activité pour les personnes qui ont vraiment peur de l'eau ou qui ne sont pas du tout à l'aise sur des bateaux sinon pour les autres il ne faut pas hésiter car c'est vraiment impressionnant.
