I've been to Jimi's Music Store, I would say more or less, about ten times now, since 2021. I had not visited the store before that time. During my visits I have never left the store without purchasing what I was looking for. This being from a Vox modular amp, to guitar cables, strap locks, guitar straps, vintage spec parts, etc. Pricing is fair and competitive, and can be less less costly at times due to the variety they stock. I have dealt with two different gentlemen. Both are very knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly. They made me feel welcome from day one. I was able to browse the store with well stocked musical equipment. I decided to write this review, because of my positive experiences with them, and because all the other music stores presently are simply no longer open regular store hours and Jimi's Music Store is. We cannot all shop at different stores all on the same day. That is why evening hours exist and have existed. So, Jimi's business hours have been very accommodating in recent years and it was the reason I went into the store from day one. I do Online shop, let there be no doubt, but not everything can be purchased blindly. So Jimi's is a welcome and needed option. I highly recommend this store for all the above reasons.

Rude, loud, arrogant, crass, disrespectful, dishonest, frustrated, low-life, mean bully for an owner. The first time I went, I paid cash and he didn’t bother giving me a receipt. Second time, I paid with VISA and asked for one. When I went back in order to return a mini-toggle, the owner simply left for the back store and ignored me for at least 10 minutes. When I finally asked for help, he barked at me, saying that I should learn how to read since the small print stated “final sale”. I asked him if he knew about that thing called consumer rights. That’s when the thug lost it, tore the receipt from my hand (before I could find out about the veracity of said “small print”), grabbed $10 from the cashier, threw it at me and physically pushed me out of the store, screaming in my face about me never setting foot in his store again. That was quite unnecessary: I was looking to purchase a VOX AC30 and will buy it somewhere else. Why give your hard-earned money to charlatans like that, when there are a lot of legit stores that offer better equipment at a better price and will treat you with decency…? I actually feel ashamed for them, and sorry for the victims of their abusive tactics and utter lack of manners…

Thanks for setting up my Epiphone ES175. You fixed the problems with intonation and fret buzz. It's all perfect now- easy to tune and a pleasure to play. I very much appreciate your competent and professional service. It is always a pleasure to visit your store.
