If you're doing a custom piece, he's with you every step of the way. His prices are more than reasonable, the finished product is always of the highest quality. His attention to details and remarkable customer service (takes about 30 seconds to reply to a text message: P) is exceptional and puts you at ease with one of the biggest purchases of your life. Every detail counts for Jivan, and he wants his customers to be aware of what's happening during the whole process (by sending a 3D model of the ring and by sending chronological updates via SMS). He will work with whatever budget you have and he will work extra hard to find whatever you're looking for. No pressure as it is the client's decision.
