Great knowledge of the market, it was a pleasure being with a broker that treated us as values clients and not another sales target.
What I appreciate the most about Jonathan's approach was not only his willingness to accommodate our schedule but the overall transparency with the process- quite refreshing.
Other Brokers told us to reduce our price from premium listing, he was up front and told us that we will get our number we just have to wait a little bit longer; he could've easily sold us on a lower price and made his commission
