I ordered a model from this store, got my purchase confirmation then my shipping confirmation. Fedex tracking revealed that the shipment has been cancelled by the store but I never got notified by them. Tried to reach them online (email and FB) with all the order info but I got a very careful answer that seemed like going around and not giving any real answer. All the infos were in the emails history but it seems like they didn't bother reading since they've asked me again for those, I gave the infos back to them and never heard of them since. My card is still charge but I have no product coming and I'm in total darkness as to what is going on, one thing is sure they still have my money and are in no rush to resolve this issue.

Thank you to all the staff who are all great. Shout out to Genevieve for being patient, helpful and doing a great job with my recent order. I will definitely order more from JRC toys.

This was my first experience and it was a good one. You have toys for kids all ages. Staff are very pleasant too
