Went for my nephew 7th birthday party. Food was a bit expensive for what be it was 5.95 $ for 1 hot dog. However the service was great and the atmosphere was fun too!

The best restaurant for burgers in the West Island! Ordered their nachos during the lockdown and it was delicious! This time I decided to dine in. Amazing classic burger, fries, strawberry milkshake and brownie with strawberry ice cream! Very filling too.

For the most part this is a fun restaurant. Its clean, service is good. My kids enjoy it, theres some inconsistencies in the food depending when you go but for the most part ill definitely be back.

Lack some staff but waitress was polite and all was very good. Enjoyable atmosphere and setting.

I made a special trip from Ottawa to revisit this restaurant after 10 years. I ordered a Philly steak sub and mac and cheese. Unfortunately, the mac and cheese was disappointingly dry and lacked flavor – I've had better from TV dinners. The sub was decent but not remarkable, and I couldn't finish it. To make matters worse, after returning home, I experienced digestive discomfort that was quite concerning, especially given the fact that I am pregnant. Very sad, this restaurant use to be a staple for me when I lived in montreal.

My dining experience at this restaurant included an unfortunate incident. As soon as I sat down, the waitress urged us to order quickly, as they wanted to give our table away. I hadn't even had a chance to look at the menu yet. It then took her 20 minutes to bring me a simple Coke. This rushed and delayed service was disappointing and uncomfortable.

This place is honestly one of my favorites. The staff is always so friendly and very helpful. I know people usually say this but with them it's true. The insight they give into their food really helps me pick my food. Love the shakes, ADORE the floats, and die to eat their food. Amazing portions, great comfortable atmosphere, and good prices. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Went with my wife and Two daughters on a Sunday afternoon. Burgers and fries for everyone. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Place smells funny and all 4 of us immediately had upset stomachs and diarrhea all night. It was indeed a sleepless night. The young people in the kitchen are clearly inexperienced, it’s dangerous! Don’t get sick, and don’t come eat here!

Great place to go for authentic milkshakes and retro floats. I'm obsessed with their food. Plates are massive. Always a nice vibe. Great service and friendly staff

Would have been a lovely meal if not for the huge, live caterpillar in my father-in-law’s salad. Apparently when our server took it to the back to speak with the cook staff, the chefs thought it was funny. They took the salad off the bill but the server had to ask the manager first. Needless to say, we we are never going back.

From my kids “The atmosphere is really nice reminds of 50’s posters and records! The food is like everything was made with heavenly ingredients! It’s if heaven and sugar, spice, and everything nice had a baby”

Menu was impressive! Food was excellent, Brandon (our waiter) was on point. The place was packed but we still got served decently quick.

Very uncomfortable experience. We had made a reservation for 15 people. Arrived with my boyfriend before the rest of the people and we were showed our tables. As people were arriving, the first tables were getting full and we still had a few empty spots on the tables next to each other. The waitress (Vanessa) had put all of the cutlery on our table as well as the empty ones. At some point a man (probably some kind of manager) saw them and took them away asking some other waiter to put them away. I waved to the guy and asked him to put them back, since it was for our missing friends. The young man did and the supervisor started yelling at him and was saying that he has to do whatever he says in such a condescending way. We felt so bad that he was getting yelled at because of us. It was so uncomfortable and we really wanted to leave at that point. I wish we had left or said something because it is so inappropriate to speak to your employee that way. Specifically in front of customers.

First time going, it was takeout. I heard so much about it. Milkshake was great (had the brownie one), fries great too however burger patty was on the dry side (had the Elvis). Not sure if it's because I went around 10PM and quality is not the same at that time but other than that staff was friendly and helpful.

Good as usual. Wide variety of burgers, and kids meals. Kids love that the meal come with an icecream. Recommended.

Had a burger and my partner had the chicken nachos, my burger was fine and the service was fine. The nachos were terribly salty and we thought we had just a bad batch so trying to jot me too rude we tried to see if it was saveable by removing some cheese etc, to see if it was just a part of the dish that was too salty or anything along those lines. As the waiter passed by he asked me if the food was okay and i said my burger was fine and he walked away. When it came to the close of the meal and i had finished my burger, our nachos were still borderline untouched, the waiter asked if we wanted a take out box and i told him we didn’t as the nachos were terribly salty. His boss then said we wouldn’t be comped on the uneaten nachos as we had already stated they were fine…? Anyways, the waiter is fine, burger was decent but the prices are extremely high and the bosses seem so far up their own _ that they don’t really care about customer service for the sake of about 15$

Friendly helpful service and a varied menu suitable for any group. I appreciate the slightly smaller Chaplin burgers because their regular ones are too generous for me!

This dairy behemoth widened our eyes and had our mouths watering as it was placed in front of us. Beautifully and creatively presented it is more than a regular person can handle. Excellent flavour, velvety and just the right amount of sweetness - a great variant on a beloved classic.

Apparently time has come to pay the Pandemic Piper. First visit since 2019 was rather disappointing. Prices were 30-40% higher and quality and quantity were lacking. We had the 4oz burger which was overcooked, dry, and tasteless. What used to be a large serving of crisp curly fries was now a dish controlled portion of ordinary somewhat soggy fries. While the milkshake and cherry coke were still very good this will be our last visit.

The food is great, the ambiance is great, one of the staff person was a little rude but despite this it was a great experience

Prices went up, quality went down.
We had two different waiters.
Original chicken sandwhich was dry, lacking sauce, lettuce had pink/red-ish spots…
Charged us $1.50 for (what tasted like) watered down ranch, probably around 15mL MAX. Fries had a hair in it. Overall embarrassing.

Great environment love the old school dinner the milkshakes are awesome and they have a huge selection to choose from and to fit every taste burgers are great also can't wait to go back again and again

Worst burger ever when I went a long time ago. Now after reading how they're reacting to these "freedom passports" and calling the police on top of it they deserve zero stars. The fact it's going 3000 strong 5 star reviews confirms people who solely dine in the west island have no clue.

Great food, TERRIBLE owner. The crapiest customer service from him (not the waiter) ever. Cares NOTHING about his customers. Paying $150 for 4 people to have burgers, you'd expect the owner not to be completely disrespectful to you. I have his words in writing, but I won't mention them here.

Great place! Very nice decorations! Old school music - the '70.absolutely amazing food! Big juicy burgers, good fries, good drinks.absolutely perfect place to go hang out with friends. Indoor or outdoor, it will be a very good choice to eat or hang out. Bravo!

Très belle ambiance vintage. Bonne nourriture. Personnel gentil. Aujourd’hui nous étions un grand groupe et avons été servís par Brendyn, très efficace et professionnel avec un très beau style classy.

Great burger selection. Ordered fried curds, wouldn't order again. Ordered Barnyard burger and Cowboy burger. Both were very good. Fries looked and tasted good, but were a bit under done. They had a bone.

It took a forever amount of time to get a waitress/waiter to come. We were seated with our menus for over 30 minutes, in fact 2 tables who arrived after us got served when we were ordering.
I got the chilli dog which doesn’t taste chilli at all, it taste like spaghetti sauce with beans, a flavourless meat sauce, nothing really good about it, the bread got so wet that it was disgusting to eat it.
My daughter got the cheesy hotdog which has mac n’ cheese on top, it was much better than the one I got.
Aesthetically the food looks good, nicely enough for Instagram but not worth the money.

Encore déçue. Je me suis risqué à retourner la car J avais envie dune poutine. Malheureusement à 14$ je n'ai pas mangé la moitier. Les frites étaient dur et pas cuite à l'intérieur. La sauce correct sans wow. Le fromage scouik scouik était trop fondu. Et j'ai pris la poutine avec du Mac and cheeze dessus et bien il était insipide, sans gout de fromage. J'ai du noyer tout ça avec du sel et du poivre pour donner un peu de plaisir à mes papilles. Je ne my referais plus prendre.

Super belle place et un retour dans le temps avec un très bon service et une bonne bouffe. Je vais retourner à coup sûr.

C est la première fois et wow pour la déco et pour le Mac and cheese au porc effloché mais surtout le dessert le milcheque incroyable les serveurs très gentil sa été une belle expérience

If you want a burger and a milkshake. This is a great place to go for thoses think. Not pricey at all.

Le souper etait super bon mais lorsque nous sommes partis j ai oublié mon chapeau, ma femme téléphone parce que nous habitons loin du resto, une personne lui répond et lui dit nous avons bien votre chapeau pas de problèmes.jusque la super, ma belle mère y va pour le chercher et surprise ils ne la trouve plus! Je téléphone et dit a la personne que je trouve sa ordinaire et PAF le proprio me répond me laisse pas parler et me crie après comme un fou.et me raccroche au nez. Je ne recommande pas car le propriétaire a été vraiment irrespectueux et ma crier après

Service was a little slow, it took a while for the waiter to come see us and much lo her for the food to come out of the kitchen. But, wow! The food was REALLY GREAT, it was my first time there and I was thoroughly impressed! It's definitely not going to be my last time. The food is on the heavier side, beware of the ensuing food coma. I may or may not have over ordered, I had: the Honolulu burger with a side of cheesy chilli fries and one orange crush float. After this lunch I was on the verge of food coma.

The staff is very professional and kind. The food is beyond amazing. I really do recommend and that poutine burger. It blows my mind how good that taste. This restaurant has a very beautiful venue it really has nice vibes. I will be back:)

Love the burgers and poutine. We ordered the Elvis Swiss upgraded with Kobe beef patty and Cowboy burger with cheese and bacon. Very yummy. Good portions. I highly recommend.

First time ordering online. Order was ready when we arrived, and they made the milkshake when we got there so the whipped cream wouldn't mix with the shake. And it was delicious as usual!

Très déçue, j'y suis allée 2 fois.
La première foia il y a environ 1 an j'avais pris le burger Rocket avec le pain Pretzel. Je me rappelle que le pain était congelé, je l'avais mentionné au serveur, sans toutefois être trop insistante étant donné que le restaurant était bondé. On ne m'avait pas remplacé le burger. N'y remplacé le pain, on s'était simplement excusé.

Jeudi dernier, j'y suis retournée avec un groupe de collègues de travail.

POUR QUESTION DE QUALITÉ DE LA NOURRITURE
Mon collègue avait un pain littéralement congelé, encore le fameux Pretzel, il l'a mentionné au serveur qui lui a rapporté un dessous de pain.le burger entier était collé et congelé à cause du pain.il a demandé au serveur un remplacement, c'était insultant de voir que le burger entièrement congelé ne serait pas remplacé, surtout au prix de vos burgers.il a finalement été remplacé et on lui a rapporté ses frites de patates douces.

Pour ma part, j'ai pris le burger Elvis avec le pain Pretzel aussi, le pain était très froid, mais pas congelé. La boulette SANS GOÛT semblait même n'avoir aucun assaisonnement.très fade.les "oignons caramélisés" n'avaient aucun goût et texture très pâteuse et ils étaient froids.les champignons étaient bien cuits, mais encore là, aucun goût.un peu d'assaisonnement serait très apprécié. Question garniture, s'était très très cheap.il y avait une mince tranche de cornichon, une tranche de tomate seulement et très petite, très peu de salade. Il ne semblait même pas y avoir de sauce, viande très sèche. Quand je ne termine pas mon assiette, j'emporte le reste, celui là je l'ai laissé sur place et je n'avais même pas mangé la moitié. J'avais une poutine, les frites étaient bonnes, mais la sauce était fade et aussi froide à l'arrivée à la table.en bref, on s'attend à beaucoup mieux pour un repas qui coûte 25-30$ au final.
Une collègue avait prise la gauffre et le poulet frit (je ne me rappelle plus du nom de l'assiette), la gauffre était trop sucrée, c'était une gauffre dessert, et non une gauffre pour un burger. Elle n'a pas terminé son assiette, ça lui avait levé le coeur. Réduisez le sucre dans le mélange à gauffre.sinon c'est une bonne idée de repas tout de même.
Nous nous sommes presque tous accordés pour dire que nous n'y retournerions pas.sur 10 personnes.
Le serveur avait l'air blasé de sa job et n'était aucunement accommodant.

J'essaie de trouver des points positifs, je n'ai pas goûté les milkshakes, mais ils avaient l'air délicieux. Pour ce qui est de l'ambiance, très bel endroit, l'ambiance était bonne. Les salades avaient l'air bonnes, les repas sont bien portionnés, mais le goût n'est pas là. J'espère que mon commentaire sera constructif.

I've been there today with a friend and honestly, its really good. The staff is friendly, the ambiance is good and the food is great. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try something new.

The risen why it's a four start instead of five is because some (not all) employees are a little unwelcoming and sassy. My brother asked a simple question about the bar when they wanted to put us there because there was no other space and I'm a minor. As an answer the employee was sassy and rude to him by saying "it's a milk bar" very rudely. In conclusion the food is great, love the design of the place but that slight answer ticked me off.

Went for lunch, there was nobody, food was good, mood too! Apparently at night it's full and have waitress must try again at night

20 something for a meal well worth it considering you'll spend 15 for a big Mac good food friendly service definitely coming back

You get a lot of food for the money but I've had better burgers, that's for sure. In the evening it gets really crowded. Not sure if I'll ever get back there.

Bon hamburger et bon service. Les frites sont aussi très bonnes. Le coût est raisonnable entre 8 et 18 $ par pers. Menu pour enfants en bas de 12 ans qui est intet3ssant. Service rapide. On avait nos 3 plats apres 15 minutes.

Seems to be a hit or miss. Good options for building your own burger, tasty milkshakes and smoothies, delicious desserts and they give you soooooo much fries! Our most recent server made some weird jokes though. One about my partner having to sell his car, implying that he's broke since I paid for dinner. I just wanted to treat him to a nice meal. He also made a joke about me not being able to decide, I guess because I'm a woman? I'll likely go back but his service was not ideal. The only other thing that could be improved is the music by turning it down, it's really loud!

Very friendly staff! The burgers are very good, not to mention the portions can down an elephant: P the atmosphere is super nice (a bit on the loud side). It’s such a happy place; one could come when they need a change of vibes. The waffle fries are exceptionally amazing with a wide variety of dipping sauces. Dessert options are endless, and everyone looks and sounds more appetizing than the previous one. I would certainly recommend this place as I will definitely be coming back to try different burgers and desserts!
