Really loved this place and was happy I was able to get in during this visit to Montreal. The sushi and service was excellent, along with a great ambiance for dinner. The menu was way bigger than I thought it'd be which is always a good thing. The more things to try the better!

Everything was perfect but for my waiter, he kept staring directly at my gf the whole night and making suggestive comments and at the end even touched and grabbed her arm while starring her in the eyes not too change all while I was paying right in front. Made her feel so comfortable she ws even scared. U bet I removed my tip and wont ever come back.

Extremely overpriced. When you spend $150+ per person, you shouldn't feel the need to go to grab a large poutine right after eating because you're super hungry.

See those pics of the food given for the omakase set? That is a shared plate for TWO. What the heck. Any restaurant worth its salt would've given that at least per person. Those small plates are usually given in like 10+ course meals, but this was done for 5 of the 6 course meal with sushi given as the highlight. The sushi wasn't really any different from any other restaurant sushi and for this price, i was heavily disappointed. The taste was.alright, but felt more like a smorgasm of random flavors that didn't have much harmony. Cranberries don't mesh that well with seafood. The wagyu was alright, but cooked super rare and there was literal 6-8 thinly cut slices that would amount to 30g at best.

Ambience and service were amazing though. But for food, i would never return for this price point.

Exceptional sushi experience. On the expensive side but it's worth it for the Omakase experience. Make sure you get a reservation in advance if you want to go on busier days.

Most of the table had the set meal. Those who didn't waited a long time. Set meal was very good, but they didn't warn in advance that some dishes would be shared. Setting is average.

We had a great time at the restaurant, where the food was very good and we got to discover new dishes. The ambiance is good (a bit loud), but it would be nice to see the chef prepare the food. Also, it would be nice to have eaten with real wooden chopstick, instead of disposable one, to match the quality of the food.

The great: Service was great. Our reservation was "not showing", but the front of house still offered us an empty table right away. The ambiance was also spot on.

The average: The actual sushi and sashimi were good. Very fresh and high quality fish. However, the handling of the nori was poor by the chef. Too much water to form the rice cause the nori to be soaked and thus soggy. This wouldn't be an issue at your local sushi. However, for a Canada's top 50 restaurant.yikes.
The deconstructed apple pie with miso based was great, but too salty.

The bad: pretty much anything of the Omakase that wasn't the sushi or the dessert. The chef tried to add a touch of acidity to most of the first four courses, however it either didn't work, or the acidity overpowered everything. It felt like the acidic solution was brute forced onto the plate. The fourth course that was a grilled octopus was terribly over seasoned and once again the acidity didn't work. Almost like if someone poured vinegar on top of your steak.

This review might sound harsh and picky, but again for a top 50 in Canada.not impressed.

One of the best sushi spots in Montreal. In particular, all cuts of salmon and tuna are melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Here’s a tip: as strange as it sounds, allowing the sashimi to aerate in your mouth releases the aromas that highlight the flavours of the fish.

An under-appreciated element of a good sushi experience is the quality of the sushi rice, the nori (dried seaweed), and the ginger. Their rice has perfect consistency and texture, and just the right amount of vinegar. Nori is crispy but not too dry. Ginger is vibrant and fresh.

Reasonable prices for the level of excellence. Highly recommend.

Malheureusement, le Jun I n’est plus ce qu’il était jadis. La pâtissière n’étant plus dans les rangs, le dessert n’était simplement pas bon, comme plusieurs plats de sushis d’ailleurs qui n’étaient pas à la hauteur de la réputation du restaurant.

This might be the best sushi spot in Montreal, we were a party of 4 and went with high expectations, the dinner service was chosen and catered by our waiter, we had about 15 pieces each and a mix of sashimi and maki, overall every piece we had was beefy good with quality ingredients. The sashimi was out of this world, specifically the salmon, Tuna and Mackerel. We also paired our supper with some martinis and of course some sake. Food wise everyone was satisfied. When it came to the overall service, they were very attentive and asked us a few times how everything was going, staff are very nice and knowledgeable. The atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant is nice as well, not a very big spot but you don’t feel cramped when eating. Would highly recommend checking out if you are a sushi fan and looking for a nice spot to eat, and catch up with friends. Will definitely be coming back. With all the food we ordered, it came to about 180 a person tax and tip included. For a similar portion and quality, elsewhere like park or Nobu, you’d be paying 2 to 3 times more.

If you’re interested in a mediocre quality/price ratio, this is a fine meal for a ridiculous price. We had the unimpressive omakase menu with a number of east-meets-west starters that featured rubbery octopus and flat flavor combinations. Then the sushi, instead of showcasing knife skills or quality, included items such as “spicy salmon maki” in which the salmon had been hacked to death and piled on so-so rice with nori. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Les portions d'entrée étaient à partager et étaient ridiculement petites, c'était des bouchées. A partager.

Les sushis, makis et sashimis, 15 par personne étaient corrects mais pas extraordinaires pour le prix. En plus, je doute de la fraicheur du poisson car j'ai été malade tout de suite.

Trop cher pour l'expérience.

Le meilleur restaurant de sushi de Montréal, nous y retournons régulièrement. Tout est tellement frais, on a même mangé de la crevette crue! Je recommande le menu dégustation, qui n'est pas trop gros et il change un peu à chaque fois que nous avons été.
Édité: ils se sont vraiment améliorés dans les desserts, le mille-crêpes est d'un délice ainsi que le choco-praline!
Leur seul point négatif: les baguettes jetables. Pour un restaurant de cette qualité, je m'attends à des baguettes de même niveau!

Tout simplement excellent pour mon expérience général des sushis (c’est mon “plat” préféré). Les sashimis et nigiris sont très bien préparés et généreuse. J’ai eu la chance de pouvoir gouté le “Toro” du thon, c’était cher et particulier, mais je ne regrette pas. Mention spéciale aux “Unagi Dynamite”. Le service était excellent et le chef est venu vérifier en salle que tout se passait bien. Bref, c’est un peu cher, mais ça en vaut la peine.

Disappointing to say the least.
My friend and I head so many great things about this place so we decided to try it. We took the tasting menu. The first two dishes were okay, but main fish plate was very disappointing. The fish was cut too thick for the sashimi. The nigiri had so much wasabi between the rice and the fish, it was horrible/intolerable, we had to wipe it off before taking a bite. It was original fishes but there was not there. The waiters were nice, but they were very very rushed. The place was empty and there was no one after us, yet they would bring each course within 5 minutes of the previous one! We hadn't even taken more than one bite form the plate and then would come right away with the next one and try to take the other completely full plate away. At some point, we had 3 courses on the table at the same time, untouched. I had to ask them to slow down the courses, which should have been pretty obvious. You would expect an upscale pricy fancy restaurant like this one to understand this basic rule. Overall a disappointing experience. Avoid!

Cet excellent restaurant gastronomique sert des nigiris (握り), sashimis (刺身) et autres mets japonais réinventés selon la fantaisie du chef, dans une ambiance feutrée. Les plats sont savoureux, le poisson est frais, la présentation est impeccable. Le menu de dégustation (お任せ), qui varie périodiquement, est original et délicieux. Le menu comporte des poissons rares, ainsi qu’une intéressante sélection de sakés, certains en importation privée. Le service est courtois et professionnel, quoique parfois lent, et les serveurs prodiguent d’excellents conseils. Les prix sont certes élevés, mais justifiés par la qualité de la nourriture. Nous recommandons ce restaurant sans réserve.

The service is good, but the food is disappointing. The Omakase tasting menu is 90$ per person so I had high expectation, but turns out the food doesn’t stand out from other normal sushi restaurants (price range around 30$ per person).

What frustrated me most is the whole environment. As an expensive Japanese sushi restaurant with tasting menu, the chopsticks are disposable. I mean, can you imagine a steakhouse gives its customers plastic knife and fork?

Also, it was super noisy in the back and the background music is just too loud, from Flo Rida’s Low to Bon Jovi’s It’s My Life. I love all these music, but I just expected a more quite and formal environment here.

In conclusion, the food and environment just aren’t worth the price. My suggestion is don’t choose this restaurant for a date or a formal occasion, cuz it is super expensive and it won’t meet your expectations.

Great restaurant with a good service and fresh sushi. Very tasty and fresh crab creations. They also always try to procure the freshest sea urchin! At my last visit, the had the tastiest from Quebec.

Sushis haut de gamme sur l’avenue Laurier Ouest. Grande diversité de poissons différents sur les sushis qu’on ne retrouve habituellement pas ailleurs. Le prix est en fonction de la qualité, pas de la quantité. Ne soyez donc pas surpris que les plats soient plus chers qu’ailleurs. Par exemple, j’ai pris l’assiette de Sushi Moriamase à 65$ pour 15 morceaux. J’ai donc eu l’occasion de découvrir plusieurs poissons dont je ne connaissais pas. En entrée j’ai pris la salade Kaiso qui est composée de plusieurs sortes d’algues avec une sauce au milieu. Je vous recommande fortement cette salade!

Le service a été excellent du début jusqu’à la fin! Notre serveur a été en mesure de nommer la quinzaine de poissons dans mon assiette et comment ils ont été préparés, il connaissait bien son menu et il en était clairement passionné.

La bière est à bon prix (9$ le verre) et est servie bien froide et très rapidement.

L’ambiance est bonne, vers 21h les lumières sont tamisées, il y a un peu de bruit lorsque les gens parlent fort, c’est normal et on s’y habitue. J’ai remarqué que tous les autres clients avaient l’air agréablement surpris lorsque leurs plats arrivaient.

Nous avons réservé avec LibroServe et la table était prête à l’heure.

En plus d’avoir visité le restaurant, j’ai également fait une commande de boîte pour emporter il y a quelques mois (Omakase pour deux personnes 150$). J’ai inclus une photo (celle avec les boîtes). Nous avons adoré ce festin que nous avons mangé à 3. Déjà hâte de retourner à ce restaurant ou y commander pour emporter.

The servers were really nice and the sake, beers and wine selection was great. The food unfortunately was not. For what is considered an upscale sushi restaurant, the sushi rice was cold and lacked flavour, the nigiris had so much wasabi it ruined the flavour of the fish, the fish was cut too thick for the nigiris that made the ratio of fish to rice really unbalanced. The flavours of some of the makis were good but some were so big they required multiple bites, making it very messy. The rice krispy in the makis was also not great. All in all, I was not satisfied with the meal.

Un des meilleurs endroits rapport qualité/prix à Montréal pour les sushis qui sont immanquablement très frais et exécutés à la perfection. Un excellent choix à tout coup pour le takeout!

Superbe repas avec un ami de longue date dans un resto que je rêvais d’y aller depuis nombreuses années! On a commandé le menu « omakase » a $90/personne qui comprenait plusieurs services et le tout a été tout simplement fantastique. Ce menu comprenait également 15 morceaux par personne de sushi et sashimi d’une très grande qualité. Le tout bien accompagné d’une tres bonne bouteille de saké. Service impeccable. Le resto était complet et tout de même pas trop bruyant (un plus +). Gastronomie japonaise de top niveau! Montreal est choyé d’avoir un si bon resto japonais!

This place is quality; the sushi was incredibly fresh and tasty. They have a great variety of fish, and all dishes had a really nice presentation. The service was fine, the decor and ambince is ok but not as high-end as their food. Go there for the sushi!

Hands down the best sushi place in Montreal. Phenomenal. Freshness and quality is not comparable to anywhere.

I went to Jun I with my wife last week, we ordered Omakase set. It’s a five course meal. Each dish was carefully made with ingredients that nicely complemented each other. The main dish sushi was properly made and the fish stayed intact with the sushi rice, and the texture of the rice was just right and tasted nice with variety of fishes. Only thing I hope to see is the Tuna can be better as it lacks the freshness of the fish taste. Consider the location of Montreal from Japan, Jun I is definitely top one in town for quality sushi.

Une de mes plus belles expériences gastronomiques à Montréal! Oui, c'est un restaurant qui demande un certain budget, mais la qualité des produits et des goûts, et les quantités atteignent, selon moi, la perfection! Nous y sommes allés le soir et il n'y avait qu'un seul menu, nous nous sommes donc laissés guider. Des entrées au dessert, tout était sublime, bien présenté, généreux, recherché en goût sans être dans l'ultra sophistication. Le prix me semble juste car je pense que l'on est dans le bas de la catégorie des restaurants gastronomiques. Le service était excellent, leur choix de vin parfait! Le décor est sobre et élégant (très japonisant au final). Et pour celles et ceux qui trouvent que c'est cher, allez chez Lawrence où on vous sert des minis portions de haricots blanc et poulet en faisant des ronds de jambes pour des prix exorbitants. Rien à voir selon moi, Jun I ne se moque pas de ses clients et mets le goût et la générosité à l'honneur!

Nous ne sommes pas de vrais habitués des restaurants gastronomiques japonais mais avons adoré notre expérience.
Le menu découverte permet de découvrir d’excellents plats avec notamment des entrées très raffinées et différentes de ce que l’on peut trouver dans des restaurants japonais plus classiques.
Forcément une mention spéciale aussi au service, sérieux, professionnel et très amical qui nous a permis de passer vraiment une excellent soirée et découvrir des sakés en fonction des plats et de nos goûts.
Et cerise sur le gâteau, le chef fait son tour de salle en fin de service pour voir si tout a bien été, ceci est très souvent un gage de qualité.
On recommande donc vraiment très chaleureusement.

This place is overrated. True lack of creativity and flavours. It’s good but it is definitely overpriced for what you get, which is relatively basic. I am disappointed by my overall experience.

While Jun I is not my #1 recommendation for sushi in Montreal, the quality and taste of the food remains top notch. One very important aspect of sushi is the presentation and if there's anything I can criticize at Jun I it would be that. Makis with edges that are not clean cut and instead have tears and chips is not what I expect from a top tier restaurant. The takeout presentation when ordering a large amount is also lacking being simply placed in numerous, small, brown boxes, but it is takeout. I feel that a restaurant of this calibre, charging top dollar for their service, should be a little more creative, even when it's just takeout. Those are minor details however. You can be sure that variety, freshness and taste wise, Jun I will be sure to deliver on your expectations.

Une soirée inoubliable, la variété accompagné des saveurs assorti sont un délice pour les papilles, sans oublier la fraîcheur excellente. Connaissant le niveau gastronomique de JUN I, il n'y avait pas de place à la simplicité. Sans aucun doute, un service impécable. Chacune des bouchers nous voyage au Japon, ce restaurant mérite grandement son niveau et même plus. L'un des top 100 des meilleures restaurants au Canada, JUN I et son équipe le mérite sans aucun doute. Aujourd'hui je reste convaincu de l'excellence de JUN I, j'y retournerai sans hésiter et le recommande à tous les amateurs de sushis, l'argent fait le bonheur, particulièrement à ce niveau gastronomique.

Je leur assigne une place bien plus grande que la 24e place, et à mon avis ils irons bien loin. Reste à leur souhaite que chaque client y retounerons plus d'une fois. Un merci particulier à M. Daunais et son chef.

Je me suis déplacé de Hemmingford, afin de récupérer mon take out et d'offrir un superbe souper a mon amoureux pour ses 65ans, le tout était d'excellente qualité et toujours a la hauteur de nos attentes.
Mille Bravos a toute l'équipe de Jun1,! Qui sait se démarquer en temps de pandémie.nous avons découvert, dans le confort de notre maison, un souper exceptionnel, de grande qualité et fraicheur.le dessert était succulent, et les sushis parfaits.je vous recommande leur take out

The blond man at the cashier was super rude with my wife for no reason when she went to get the order today. We love the food at this restaurant but the attitude of that person was really bad, he made my wife feel very upset, she didn’t do anything to be treated badly.

J’avoue avoir beaucoup hésité entre 2 et 3 étoiles. Je suis un fanatique de sushi, ceux de Jun I sont bon.les aliments sont frais. Est ce que ça en vaut le prix? Je ne crois vraiment pas. Je commande des sushis à tout les semaines et pour mon anniversaire ma femme a voulu y aller avec eux pour la réputation mais en bout de ligne pour la quantité que nous avions pour au-dessus de 100$ c’était décevant.

A MUST! The queen of sushis in montreal. All other restaurants are peasants compare to her. I never thought it was even possible to eat raw scallops but now I want to go back for more. Every bite felt fresh while being full of flavors. Honestly just go and thank me later.

Best sushi in Montreal. Do not miss the sushi plate a selection of 8 sushi pieces with different 'dressing' for each. Their mille crepe cake is a must.

I’ve never in my entire life been treated with so little respect. We made a reservation as we always do for 6 people. We are told to have a seat, the table is not ready and we are shoved in a space but didn’t say anything. We are then told it will have to be a fix menu. Two out of the 6 suffer from celiac, allergic to shell fish amongst other food restrictions. I asked to speak to the manager as we are good customers. He then proceeds to say very arrogantly actually “ I am the OWNER” he also continued by telling us very loud I think the whole restaurant heard: we only have place for 6 if it’s a tasting menu. Basically kicking us out. We made the reservation a week and half before. We left and not because of the tasting menu but because of how he spoke to us. I’ve been to restaurant all over the world and never experienced such poor customer service let alone having proper manners to communicate with another human. Talk about customer life time value. I will tell everyone in my circle about this in the hopes of maybe taking anger management therapy classes. If you want to be spoken down to I recommend going to JunI. 5 star for that!

Qualité exceptionnelle mais service extrêmement lent, nous n'avons pas eu la possibilité d'apprécier tous les sushis puisqu'ils ont été servis plus de 2h apres notre arrivée. Nous avons également manquer d'eau.

For a higher-end sushi place, it was very much what I expected. Most rolls we got were decent, but the Unagi Dynamite one being the most exceptional one. The atmosphere is also very cozy and warm. Overall a good spot, I would recommend giving it a try.

I would say this is one of the best sushi places I have ever been. We thought the service was also impeccable and exceptional, we really appreciated our server and had a really good time. My only complaint was that we had a reservation and we had to wait 20 minutes for a table and other people also with a reservation were waiting as well.

*** LE PIRE SERVICE À MONTREAL*** Les sushis que nous avons pu manger étaient bons, mais nous avons reçu un horrible service. J’avais très hâte d’essayer ce restaurant, mais je crois bien qu’il ait battu le record du plus long temps d’attente. À souligner qu’on nous mentionne dès la réservation que nous avons un temps limité à notre table. Or, on nous assois en retard a une table autre que celle qui nous était assignée et on procède à attendre plus d’une heure pour nous servir et encore une demi heure pour le second service. Le troisième service arrive par après. À deux, nous avions fini notre bouteille de vin dès le premier service. À ÉVITER! DÉCEPTION ASSURÉE!

So good! The cari maki are so delicious we had to order a second roll. Nice ambiance, great service and a quite decent wine list. It can get quite crowded so better to make a reservation.

Juni has to be one of the best sushi chefs I’ve ever seen. I have been to japan and he’s is more then comparable to the best there. Staff is super friendly and food is absolutely amazing. It’s years I go here and have never had an average experience!

The food was good, but our experience at Jun I ended on a bad note with the service we received.

My boyfriend and I took the table d'hôte during lunch time and for dessert, we were told that we will have the mille-crêpe, but we received instead a ganache with berries because we were told that there was no more mille-crepe.

However, two other tables which finished their dish after us received their mille-crepe. Being lied to by the waiter is really disappointing for a restaurant of this standard.

Definitely some of the best sushis in Montreal. Their fish is fresh, you can feel it melts in your mouth. Their fried sushis are fried just enough but not too much. Their spicy sushis are spicy enough but not too much. They seem to have found the perfect balance in each sushi we've tried. Ans the waiter was very friendly and gave us suggestions we would have regretted not taking.

Pour commencer la nourriture était bien, mais qu’est-ce qui fait qu’une expérience est complète? Le service! Nous sommes venu au Jun I pour fêter 2 anniversaires, un 18 ans et un 40 ans, des chiffres marquants! Dès le départ le service était lent et négligé. Après avoir pris un 1er verre, aucun des serveurs ne nous demanda si on voulais prendre autre chose. Nous dûmes nous lever pour aller demander. Et cela ne s’arrête pas là, service lent, portions non égales pour les convives et aucune excuse lorsqu’on parla au gérant ou au propriétaire. Aucune compréhension et politesse, aucun geste de réparation. Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant. Une chance raté pour eux d’avoir des clients satisfaits surtout pour une soirée importante à leur yeux.

Every piece of fish is perfectly cut and assembled and melts in your mouth. The soy sauce is homemade and extraordinary. Even the desserts are perfect. I love this place. I would come once a week for Omakase if I could take the financial hit. Photographed here is a yuzu dessert nothing short of totally delightful and not heavy enough to induce guilt.

I visited Jun I almost two weeks back and had an excellent experience. Firstly, I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant, and the decor was to my liking.

The menu is not huge, but there were a lot of tantalizing options. We chose to sample salmon and tuna sashimi, tuna tartare, grilled octopus skewers and three different kinds of maki rolls.

First came the drinks, and the Yuzu Martini I got was light and delicious, with a nice kick from the agrume.

There were several standouts. The salmon was outstanding, and up there with the best I've had. The tuna was also good, but after the high of the salmon it was hard for anything to blow our minds. The tuna tartare was cut well, and a hint of truffle oil gave it a kick of umami. I also enjoyed the addition of taro chips and micro watercress, which added a fantastic nuttiness. The octopus was charred nicely, and the crisp texture was to everyone's liking. All of the maki satisfied, especially the B-52 roll which came with rice crispies. I had only ordered this as I couldn't imagine it pleasing me, but the crispiness was offset by pieces of tuna and avocado, and the resulting mouthfeel was tremendous. A soft shell crab maki roll was also delicious, and was heightened by a soy glaze that accompanied it.

I would also commend the service, and each item was well explained, and we continually ordered more dishes as we wanted to sample as much as possible.

J: ai réservé à partir du site web du restaurant jeudi le 6 juin en soirée pour le 8 juin à 21h. Je recommande de réserver au-moins une semaine d'avance pour la fin de semaine. Le site web est simple et facile à utiliser.

Rendu au restaurant, l'entrée est un peu étroit et s'il y a une file, 4 chaises environ sont disponibles pour ceux au début, sinon il faut rester debout. La lumière est tamisé et la musique un peu forte. Le style de musique est "boum boum" et sans paroles de souvenir.

Éric, le serveur qui nous a accueilli, était courtois et serviable. La suiteuse l'était tout autant. J'ai demandé des suggestions de plats pour avoir une belle première expérience, mais pour le menu découverte, il faut être deux à le vouloir. Mon ami ne voilait pas l'essayer, donc j'ai dit quelques idées au serveur et il a choisi quelques sushis pour que j'aie une belle variété.

J'ai pris leur saké à 18$ de souvenir, une soupe miso, leur plat avec Chrisanthème (bien), 6 morceaux de sushi variés, du whiskey Nikka (bon et fait penser au glenmorangie original) et un dessert choco-Choco (délicieux). Le tout à environ 100$ plus taxes. J'ai adoré le sushi avec de l'anguille ainsi que la truite japonaise. Les autres choix étaient bons, mais moins mémorables. Je pense essayer le saumon épicé la prochaine fois à la recommandation de mon ami qui m'a accompagné. La sauce soya est faite à partir d'une base standard et ils ajoutent sur place quelque chose qui semble adoucir la mixture. J'ai bien aimé.

Le lieu est propre et les décorations sont minimes. La toilette est un peu petite selon mon ami.

Bref, une belle expérience entre amis ou avec sa douce moitié, mais un peu bruyant en raison de la musique.

My experience at Jun I was nothing short of superb. Everything including the atmosphere, the service, and the food were incredibly well done. In particular I must highlight the excellent technique of the nigiri I ordered ($7 for 2 pieces). The fish was terrific quality, as I would hope at this price point, but the rice was truly the star here. Delicately cooked, beautiful flavor, and packed as lightly as a cloud. This place is definitely worth a visit.

Wonderful lunch with friendly, attentive service and fresh, delicious salads, sushi and sashimi. Even the dessert was inventive and flavourful. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic, creative, and fresh sushi in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We especially loved the curry sushi, which was one of the best we have tried! We also had the tuna tartare, which was delicious, but a little overpriced for the very small portion served. We will be back just for the sushi next time!

Très bon restaurant de sushi, nous y allons fréquemment et apprécions l'expérience. Un peu de changement au niveau du menu serait apprécié et une carte des vins avec davantage d'options bio et nature serait un plus. Dans la catégorie du Park (à Westmount) je dirais (niveau prix et qualité. à essayer si vous n'y êtes pas allé déjà.

Le meilleur restaurant sushi japonais de Montréal. De la pleine tradition japonaise. Deux chefs japonais de haut niveau. Une cheffe pâtissière japonaise de classe internationale. La gastronomie nippone comme on l'aime, haut de gamme mais sans chichis et sans arrogance. Gentillesse et simplicité, respect du client. Ne pas oublier une exceptionnelle cave à saké pour couronner le tout.
