Le magasin sur st-Hubert, celui à côté de la rue jean-talon.service horrible. La madame nous a littéralement crié dessus pour nous dire à quel point les ensembles n'étaient "PAS CHERS! ". (et nous n'avions jamais dit le contraire)
Madame, tu devrais réévaluer ton service à la clientèle, on s'est senti attaqués et menacés!

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE! I would have rate them 0 stars if I could. The boutique in Laval needs new staff - EVERYONE there has an attitude problem and should not be working with the public!

Very happy. I chose a jacket online was scared because of the fur, came to the shop and it was exactly like the picture. Very cute store

Arguably the worst and rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I placed an order online, the order was confirmed, I threw out the gift card. I was then informed that an item is not available. I advised that I no longer have the gift card used to make the purchase and a new one would need to be issued.
I spoke to a manager from head office who stated, "I do not care and I have already wasted 5-minutes of my time. " He then proceeded to hang-up the phone.

La robe de ma fille n’a même pas faite la soirée du réveillon du nouvelle an la couture a lâché à mon arriver au magasin la jeune fille nous a dit que la gérante allait venir nous voir elle était bête et voulait rien entendre pourtant je lui ai bien expliqué elle a hausser le ton et criait vraiment un service de qualité médiocre

Very bad shopping experience. The quality of the clothes is very poor, the quality doesn't match with the price. And it has a very unreasonable policy for return. Never buy clothes here again!
