Love spa Kalypso. Maddie is exceptional! I won’t book with anyone else. Not only is she amazing at what she does, she is also the most genuine and kind person. She gives the BEST facials (I’ve never fallen asleep during a facial except with Maddie). She is also an amazing hairstylist, she gave me exactly what I wanted.

To top it all off Samantha is great. She always makes me have the best experience and is always so kind and personable on the phone.

Kalypso spa would not be the same without them

Loved the massage experience - I’ve been to many spas around the world and sometimes they aren’t relaxing. This place is calm and inviting. Enjoyed the sauna before. Hector was my masseuse would recommend to anyone! Booked a regular appt every three weeks!

I had the privilege of working there at Kalypso for a short period of time. I want to say that the owner is a beautiful, wonderful person and a great mother. She cares about her people. And all the staff are wonderful. You will enjoy your experience there. Truly.

I am leaving a review for the Hair salon. Worst experience ever. My hair dresser miss coloured my hair (I ended up with two colours) The communication with the owner was a disaster as she offered to correct the darker part of my hair but not to redo the entire colour. I can go on but won't. The whole experience was very unpleasant. I don’t mind the mistake so much as the not taking responsibility for it. Will not recommend this hair salon.

Wonderful experience. Knowledgeable and friendly hair stylist who got to know my hair and gave me some recommendations on care. I then had my eyebrows done and again the esthetician was very knowledgeable and approachable, answering all my questions and I'm very happy with my new look!

Maddie & Coco are the dynamic duo hairstylists you NEED in your life. My mother and I had a girls day planned to do a haircut & colour with these two precious ladies and all I can say is we were pampered and taken care of so well. Everyone at Kalypso is so welcoming & kind, it's a luxurious experience done with with love & care. We are so excited for our next appointment:)

This salon is the best and the people are super friendly. You feel very welcome and always with a smile. Coco is soo great with my hair. She gives me the best color, super natural and elegant. Extra, she was so good with my toddler for her first haircut.

I wanted to see Duane for a cut and style. It was the best I ever had, and contemporary It lasted all fall, and I did ask where he was and they offered me someone else and foolishly i took the advice. What a mistake! Yesterday I saw him at the grocery store, I will follow him forever. Also he has class.he said nothing negative, but a big smile. The staff at Kalypso are not worth their prices. Beware!

Malheureusement, elles ne sont pas à l'écoute de nos besoins. Lors de ma réservation, j'avais demandé deux massages de 90 minutes dans des salles séparées.
Lorsque je reçois mon courriel de confirmation, 60 minutes.
J'ai du rappeler pour la faire corriger. À notre arrivée, la personne à l'accueil me dit que je n'ai pas rempli le questionnaire en ligne. Je ne l'avais pas reçu. Je devais la remplir avant. Bon pas grave, ça va. Qu'elle a été notre surprise en arrivant pour notre massages. Dans la même salle. J'ai dû demander de changer. En plus, j'avais demandé deux femmes et ma bru a eu un homme.
À quoi ça serre de remplir une questionnaire si on ne tient pas compte des demandes. On est tellement déçu de notre expérience! En plus Lorsque vient le temps de payer, on m'avise qu'elle n'accepte pas les cartes de crédit. C'est debit ou comptant. Une chance que ma bru avait sa carte de débit.
Pas besoin de vous dire que nous y retourneront pas.
Si vous voulez tenter votre chance, assurez-vous que vos demandes soient claires et entendues. Bonne chance!

Pour commencer, très mauvaise expérience au Kalypso Concept Spa. Je ne vous recommande aucunement cette endroit en raison de leur prix excessivement élevé pour des services de bases auquels on peut avoir accès dans d’autres salons. Ensuite, la salubrité n’a pas sa place dans un millieu de travail comme celui-ci. Les planchers sont d’une saleté indescriptible et de même pour les sales de bains. En espérant que votre séjour au Kalypso Concept Spa ne sois pas aussi décevant que le mien.

Just came from my 1st of many visits. It's a rare gem from concept to decor, from all-natural products to personal service. They've thought of everything down to the smallest detail. Shout out to Coco for the gorgeous hair colour and cut!

I just got a facial from Jennifer at kalypso spa and I feel amazing the best facial I've ever had! She really personalized the facial to the needs of my face and And showed me how poorly the products I have at home Are working on my skin. Then showed me new products that work for my skin type! Definitely going bsck for more facials and other services! Beautiful place! Friendly staff!

Had a great experience with my stylist Duane Drover, Followed him from his old salon in Westmount to this location. This place is great, a breeze to get to (compared to downtown) everyone is so nice and friendly and of course, Duane Drover is a master stylist and hair miracle worker! Cannot say enough nice things, very happy with results.

I got my first haircut from Kalypso. I had a great experience with my stylist Sahil Bagga. Thank you for amazing haircut. I really liked it.

I was staying at a nearby location for a business meeting, and Kalypso Spa was recommended to me. I went in with a photo in hand showing a new hair style I was looking forward to trying (a very textured, asymmetrical style). Sahil was my stylist and not only am I 1000% happy with the cut he gave me, it turned out even better than the photo! Sahil knows what he is doing, has great technique, and even showed me a trick with the flat iron. Although I don't live in the area, I may just work Kalypso Spa into my future road trips just to have a cut by Sahil! Thank you!

Quelle belle découverte! Enfin un salon de coiffure qui prend soin de nos cheveux en utilisant des produits naturels de qualité. C’est tout à fait réconfortant de savoir que l’on peut se faire coiffer sans les effluves chimiques habituels des produits coiffants. L’ambiance relaxante du salon est omniprésente que ce soit dans la douceur de la lumière utilisée, l’énergie positive ressentie sans oublier le fait que ça sent bon, ça sent doux. Merci pour cette agréable expérience! ️️

From when I walked in, I felt appreciated! I did a facial, pedicure and Royal hair detox walked out feeling like a million bucks. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Have booked my next hair appointment (balayage and cut) because I’m so satisfied with my experience.

Absolutely love this spa. My son has been getting his hair cut by Sahil for years and we followed him out to Kalypso when he moved from our local hairdressing salon. We are also bringing our daughter out there to see him. His cuts are always on point!

I asked for blond highlights and they turned me into a dark brunette. Do not go to their hair salon honestly. My hair is now damaged.

Ordinarily, I would be giving this spa a 4.5 out of 5 but their cancellation policy is beyond the pale. You are required to provide your credit card number and should you cancel 48 hours in advance, they will charge you for 50% of the service you are scheduled to receive. 24 hours or less, they will charge your credit card full pop. But rest assured, if you have a legitimate reason, you can avoid the charges, as long as you provide a doctor’s note. I have voiced my dissatisfaction to the owner and while I understand that no-shows cost the business money, I think they might need to rethink their policies. It seems that their lawyer told them this is legal…. But as a formerly regular and reliable customer, I think they can hide behind legality but they have lost me as a customer. I don’t think I am alone. A very poor business decision considering the amount of competition all around.

Merci à Cory pour cette superbe coupe avec des mèches. Cory convient parfaitement aux adolescentes car elle connaît bien leur goût. Elle excelle en coloration et également en coupe plus stylisée. Les produits utilisés sont plus doux pour les cheveux car ils sont naturels. C'est donc très rassurant. J'adore aussi leur philosophie environnementale. Très charmant! Nous sommes allé se faire masser pour la deuxième fois. La maso Laurie est super, elle fait un massage adapté à la personne et elle réchauffe le corps avec des étirements. Après le massage, je me sentais tellement légèrte! Merci!

Such great service. I go there for massages and lately have gone for a hair appointment. I don't think I've ever been this happy with my new hairdo. Definitely worth a try!

Lovely! I went with my DIL for a spa pedicure for 2. Kalypso is a nicely appointed spa. The service was excellent, not a detail was missed and the staff are very sweet. I look forward to returning and trying other treatments!

I went for a pedicure. I booked a classic pedicure which costs $58 + taxes and is supposed to last 1 hour. My bill came to almost $95. They charged me for removing the shellac that I had on previously and within 45 minutes my pedicure was done. The person didn’t even massage my legs as mentioned in the description while I was booking it online. She just did my feet, not even my ankle. And on top, she didn’t put anything in between my toes when applying the nail polish and the nail polish got smudged and uneven. I will not recommend this place to anybody. It’s my first time going there since I recently moved in the area. I am definitely not going back there.

OMG hands down the best hair magician i found today her name is MARCELA at kalypso. I went to another hair salon for highlights and that person messed up my hair and got itno brassy yellow blonde which i was hating then i called at kalypso and went to Marcela and from there she changed my hair color magically into what i wanted. I was super happy and satisfied. I have recommended my friends and family and would definitely recommend all the ppl out there to go to her if u ever wanna get ur hair done. I will be going back to her always. There service and team members are super kind and friendly they gave me appointment right away. Thanks alot to the salon and Marcela really appreciate. Annie Atif

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is so nice, I've been going there for over two years now and have probably had every treatment on their menu. I've gotten my hair dyed purple, and black. I've had massages, manicures, pedicures.etc. I've brought my friends for spa treatments, and gotten duo-massages with my boyfriend. I've gone for manicures and facials with my sister. Anyone I've brought has enjoyed their time as well.

I went for a colour, trim and style. The staff is so friendly and fun. The shop is beautiful and the ambiance is wonderful!

Super nice place and very friendly but I came out unhappy. My hair does not look like the picture I showed the hair dresser. She ended up cutting a lot more and already that my hair is thin she made it thinner. My friend and I called to ask the price and the receptionist said 35$ for a basic haircut. My hairdresser ended up curling my hair which wasn't the style on the picture which is more of a beach wave. I ended up paying 50$ more and I don’t know what did they charge me exactly. I don’t really care about prices but paying that much especially when it doesn’t turn out the way you wanted is frustrating. First and last time I will be going here although they were such friendly and nice employees.
