The soup base is full of chicken essence flavor, very rich. The service is even worse. I completely ignore the customers. I even show off to them when paying. I’m so disrespectful. Even one star is too much.

Absolutely amazing! I took the tomato base soup, it was flavourful, the broth was nice and warm and it had a VERY generous portion of noodles and meat. My partner took the spicy Szechuan broth and it was even better. The spice level was exactly as expected (if you do not handle spice well take the less spicy version ;), same as the tomato soup, the portion was extremely good and so flavourful. Even the minced pork in the soup was full of flavour! 100% worth the price and would 100% recommend.

We had two soups (B1 and B9) : one with chicken and mushrooms, one with pork, chicken and broccoli. In both cases the meat was awful and consisted mostly of pieces one throws away when cooking. I think it is unacceptable to serve meat scraps to your customers. The Montreal restaurant inspectors should definitely check this restaurant. I will never go back there.

I go to this restaurant at least once a week and it's always worth it. The BEST chinese noodle restaurant in Montreal! The owner lady is super nice and their food never disappoints me. I strongly recommand B3 with extra lamb!

If you’re a Concordia student, this for me is the best place for a pick me up after classes or exams. The prices are fair and they have lots of options for broths and add on’s (suitable for every taste)!

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Montreal. I've been coming here for almost a year, since they were at the previous location. I've tried many of the soups and really love them. The second to last time I went, I felt the soup was skimpier than usual, but I got the same one last time and found it to be the same quality as before.

Noodles were authentic and came with good portion, and that's about the only thing positive about our dining experience. Service was inattentive and borderline rude, not to mention that mandatory tip nonsense - I manually punched in 0% on the pos machine (because I was not at all satisfied with the service I was getting) only to be told that a minimum 15% tip is present - what even is the point of tipping if it's made mandatory? You might as well just hike your food price and I wouldn't be writing this review.

This is that's the first look when they gave it to me. No more side dishes. After I asked for 1 morebowl of noodle. Was okay.

事后电话联系店家，丝毫没有歉意，甚至声称完全是我们（客户）的错误，是我们没有提醒要餐具。
我认为这是应该的，尤其是在支付了小费之后，没有履行到基本服务。
可见该餐厅的服务和入职培训堪忧啊

The attitude was very poor. I ordered food by phone and picked it up, and then I didn't give chopsticks.

I didn't apologize for contacting the store by phone afterwards, and even claimed that it was completely our (customer) mistake, because we didn't remind us to ask for the cutlery.

I think it's right, especially after tipping and not fulfilling basic services.

It can be seen that the service and induction training of this restaurant are worrying.

L'attitude était très mauvaise. J'ai commandé de la nourriture par téléphone et je l'ai ramassée, puis je n'ai pas donné de baguettes.

Je ne me suis pas excusé d'avoir contacté le magasin par téléphone par la suite, et j'ai même affirmé que c'était complètement notre erreur (du client), parce que nous ne nous avons pas rappelé de demander les couverts.

Je pense que c'est juste, surtout après avoir donné un pourboire et ne pas avoir rempli les services de base.

On peut voir que le service et la formation d'initiation de ce restaurant sont inquiétants.

Ordered sour chilly broth and chicken pork stomach broth. I think the chicken is better one as it is thicker and richer in flavour. The noodle is typical rice noodle texture, the dishes for the noodle again is average. Can’t complain much for the price. If you would like to have a decent Chinese noodle, worth considering it.

A great place! Simple and delicious! Staff is very kind! Atmosphere was a bit load with the order delivery’s coming in and out of the restaurant but other than that it did not disappoint.
Tomatoes noodle soup was like a hug! Highly recommend!

Kanbai has the best bone broth! I love B1, it has just the right amount of spicy!

The spicy soup gave me a hard time, it was delicious, but damn! Luckily the waitress is super attentive and she opened the door for us and give us water every 5 seconds I highly recommend going, if ask for spicy get ready

Super bon! J'ai pris la soupe acide piquante en base du boeuf. Cette soupe est très bonne. J'ai aussi essayé le bouillon du poulet. C'est aussi très bon! Le serveur est très accueillant, il remplit plusieurs nos verres et nous demander si on a besoin ajouté des nouilles. D'ailleurs, les nouilles supplémentaire sont gratuits. En conclusion, fort conseiller!
超级好吃，我吃了酸辣金汤牛肉的米线，还尝了鸡汤米线。都很鲜美，值得一尝。老板很热情，添了好几次水，还问我们要不要加面（加面是免费的）。总之吃得很开心的一餐，推荐！忘记拍照了，下次吧。

I tried the non-spicy mushroom soup, the soup is delicious, bit oily but ok.rice noodle can be added for free.

The place is warm and cozy, the food was delicious and the portions were generous for the price we've paid.

Really delicious noodles, huge portions. I have a big appetite and I was quite full after the meal. My friend and I shared an appetizer chicken which was good too. I got the spicy noodles so hot to the point I was in tears, but it was tasty and I couldn’t stop eating despite the pain.the price is fair given the portion.would recommend.

How to eat here:
1. Choose appetizers from A, if you want any.
2. Choose a soup base from B. Your soup comes with pork and 10 items and unlimited noodles.
3. Choose extras for your bowl of noodles from C, if you want them. They will be included within your soup.
4. Your bowl of soup will arrive, add all of the 10 items given to you on the side and the pork, into the soup. The hot soup will cook everything.
5. Add the rice noodles, and enjoy!

This place is awesome and the food is spectacular. I've been looking for the perfect noodle soup in Montreal, and I think I found it. This place made me want to take a year off work to go on a culinary pilgrimage in China. At -20°C outside, nothing is more comforting than a big hot bowl of noodle soup. I tried the classic broth and the spicy pickeled pepper broth (which they were kind enough to make less spicy for me). The classic broth was more traditional, but absolutely delicious. My favorite was the pickeled pepper broth: it was pretty spicy but it was perfect for that dish, so rich in many flavors and perfectly balanced. It is without a doubt the best soup I've ever had. The rice noodles are awesome and pair very nicely with the broth (oh and also: unlimited noodles! Yes please). It comes with 10 toppings that you add yourself (some of them are raw, and they cook as you add them into your boiling bowl of soup. The waitress will give you directions if it's your first time) but you can order some extras. The staff was super nice, very polite and attentive. The atmosphere is pretty low-key and unpretentious. I would bring a date here if I know it's someone special who appreciates good food; it's also perfect for a dinner with friends or an afternoon of studying. I do caution the sensitive mouths that the dishes are very spicy, ask your waitress for a milder version if you can't handle it.

Great price for delicious noodles and quick service (~10min wait). If you're around concordia, it's worth giving it a try!

Excellent service. For vegetarians there are only two options of soup: tomato and kimchi. Since I ordered kimchi on a side as appetizer, I went for the first option. Everything was perfect except for this soup. For me everything tasted like tomato paste. Kimchi was great though. I would come back to try a different soup.
