Lors du décès de ma sœur cette année, le cimetière Notre Dame Des Neiges nous a recommandé la maison funéraire KANE FETTERLY.
Malgré notre malheur et notre peine j’ai compris les raisons de ce choix, le professionnalisme de tout le personnel courtois et attentionné nous a aidé à surmonter cette épreuve.
En plus, ils nous ont aidés en complétant tous les documents pertinents auprès des autorités.

On behalf of our entire family, I can’t say enough good things about Kane and Fetterly. Our mother Patricia was born and raised in Montreal and recently passed away in the Toronto area. Our father had passed away 20 years ago and all of us children no longer live in Montreal (my father Ron’s funeral was also handled very well by Kane and Fetterly). I was quite concerned that organizing a funeral in Montreal from a different city would be difficult but how wrong I was given our actual experience with Kane and Fetterly. We did make pre-arrangements through Mary and this process went very smoothly. When our mother passed, the Kane and Fetterly team (Christian and Joelle) kicked in and everything went like clockwork, including the transfer of our mother from Toronto to Montreal. The entire funeral services and burial were handled very well by Christian and Joelle which minimized the stress to our family. At all times Mary, Christian and Joell communicated with us very well and always acted in a professional and competent manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Kane and Fetterly to all.

What can I say about the services and care that Kane and Fetterly offered my family and I. Their services and care was top notch. I don’t know about anywhere else but with this company the clients are treated like a family. Christian Haentzler was very professional and friendly, he always made himself available whenever he was needed. Their logo should read “Kane and Fetterly we are here for you and your love ones. ”

The staff has been amazing in helping organize and handle a very difficult and emotional situation, both with cremation and with all the subsequent help and support, including purely logistical ones. I'm sad there was a need but happy to have used their services.

Truly heart felt service. Being with Kane and Fetterly during the worse time in my life, made all the difference is the world. Don’t know how I could have made it through without them. Exceptional team. Thank you!

This review comes with a lot of unnecessary pain, that was caused by Kane and Fetterly funeral home.
They are use to the process of burials but those who do not work in this industry and who are morning, are not aware of how the process works and need to guided properly and not told what should be done just so they can over charge for extra services.
Not only do they over charge BUT the worst part was when my mother body had to be rushed out of the service, cutting our families paid $$$$ time of morning because we were told last min the offices were closing.
No one from my mother funeral had time to run to their cars and join us for the procession and my mother was laid to rest with only 3x family members saying their goodbyes. It was a horrible mess. And of course they did not offer or give any reduction in our final bill. So much unnecessary grief for their greed!

Christian Haentzler and the team at Kane Fetterly were extraordinary in every respect: professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, efficient, resourceful, responsive and discrete. He, and the team, made the most difficult of circumstances far easier to manage - and in a way that we neither expected to be so excellent nor could have wanted to do more.

When our mother passed away, the staff at Kane & Fetterly were caring, compassionate and supportive. The facility is lovely with a reception area that has plenty of space for family and friends to visit and view slides/pictures. Now if they could only do something about the small parking lot.

I especially appreciated Christian in all his help and suggestions from arranging appropiated music to the superb minister who lead the service- Arlen John Bonnar. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The location is clean, comforting and organized.

Christian Haentzler is a fantastic member of the Kane & Fetterly funeral home complement-I would recommend asking him for him by name, when your loved one has passed. Decent, interested, and not trying to sell you things that you don't want, Christian is a gem, and a credit to the Kane & Fetterly establishment (which, as a whole, manages all arrangements admirably). He listens, he responds, and is, when everything seems particularly bleak, a lovely man, who makes even the saddest prospects seem manageable. I still have to return a Maupassant novel he lent me. Christian Haentzler personally hand-held me through the funeral and government process, and other arrangements, at a time when I was deeply grieving, exhausted, and at a loss for how best to proceed. Had a very rough year in that my mother passed at the end of April and my father pass early September. The expertise, professionalism, and compassion of Marie-Claude and the team at Kane & Fetterly helped me though this most difficult period in my life.

In the midst of the profound shock and sorrow following the sudden loss of my only sibling, I discovered a source of immense comfort at Kane & Fetterly Funeral Home, under the compassionate guidance of Director Marie-Claude Mongrain. Her unwavering support and compassion were truly invaluable. She patiently walked us through every detail of the service, creating an environment at the funeral home that was both serene and comforting. These considerations greatly contributed to honoring the memory of our departed loved one.

The genuine compassion displayed by the entire staff, and particularly by Director Marie-Claude Mongrain, left an indelible mark on my parents. Their thoughtful arrangements allowed for a natural and heartfelt farewell, which brought solace to my mother, who had only learned of the tragedy that morning. With the recent passing of my mom,
The entire team at Kane Fetterly was immaculate in their capacity to provide the care, support and personalized attention.
Brian O'Connell, funeral Counselor, was compassionate and calm and his energy was simply wonderful. The amount of patience, professionalism, warmth, kindness, and care we received from them when planning my mother's funeral was above and beyond. He was informative, thorough and sent very detailed follow-up email with a full breakdown of the quotes and attached documentation. He was able to answer all the questions/request promptly and efficiently, that we had.
He was able to draft up a contract and walk us through all the details and we felt very comfortable Our experience there was also wonderful. He helped transform the process of planning a funeral into a special experience. The room was bright and simple, yet well-adorned and elegant. My mother looked beautiful in her casket, thanks to Stephanie Pislis, the thanatologist as we said our goodbyes to her one last time. From beginning to end, made the entire process smooth and simple which helped to alleviate the stress during a hard time of grieving/mourning. Thank you Kane Fetterly — we are very grateful.

I really wanted to leave a review since the day of the funeral. I lost my father on CNY and K&F were not only expertly professional in our dealings with them and giving us all the options available and took care of a lot of the paperwork and arrangements. We opted for a non-religious celebration of life and the whole thing was organised two days after and performed 5 days after. It was a huge relief and thoroughly healing experience at this obviously anxious and critical time. I want to thank the whole staff for their great help and professionalism.
