I’m from Toronto and this will be my go-to watch retailer for life, even with the 600km separation from home.

I visited the store in November to inquire about a watch's availability and place an order. The store was empty, yet neither of the employees offered more than an inquisitive stare when I first stepped in. Finally, I asked one of them about Nomos and the models available to see in store. The woman kindly let me see a few models, including some well above my budget. Here, I give them credit. Unfortunately, they did not have the model I wanted in shop, so I asked to see one with comparable measurements. The saleswoman could not answer basic questions (dial size, movement, etc.) and referred me to their website. I left my contact information and was promised a phone call with availability details in the next few days. After weeks with no call or e-mail, I heeded her advice and ordered from the brand's website. Needless to say, I imagined a very different experience buying my first luxury timepiece. For now, it seems snobbery still drives sales at brick and mortar jewellers.

Kauffman de Suisse have beautiful creations made by their own crafts people. Plus, they’re a Patek Philippe dealer. Can’t get finer than that. Family owned and totally professional.

This is a wonderfull store with plenty of high end jewlery and watches. There is a great selection of pieces and various collections to chooce from. I highly recomend Kaufmann de Suisse, they have great client service and a wonderful team. And did I mention that all the jewlery are handcrafted with highly talented profesionals. I couldn't even think of one bad review since this place is so exquisit. If you want high end, handcraft jewlery then this is the place for you.

Charles and his team are true professionals that care about their products and customers. I would highly recommend them. I personally will be purchasing from them in the years/decades to come.

What can I say? I had visited Kaufmann jewellers many times and each time Charles the owner, Alice and Peter were super accommodating, and always offered me beverages. I first visited when starting my career 20 years ago (when I had very little) and I can tell you they treated me just as well back then as they do now! Which is exactly their philosophy- to retain clients for life and not just a one time buy. Anyways Charles recently offered me a dream watch and an offer I couldn’t refuse so I entered the Thierry Stern empire. Let’s just say I hope Charles passes down his business to the next generation, just like the mantra of the little known watch brand they sell. Anyways all superlatives for KDS!

One of the best patek dealers. Although i didnt find what i am looking for. They were so welcoming and they spent a lot of time and effort to help and they know what they are doing.although i couldn't find what but they deserve to buy from them. Great experience and good chat. Will do it again for sure

We walked in that store and the salesman asked me what was I looking for. I said Patek Philippe Watches, he said good we have a few. When he asked me if I had one already and I said no I would like to see how they look before buying one he replied “maybe you can ask a friend that owns one. ” so basically all of a sudden he didn’t have any at all.

Very rude. I would not recommend this place at all. Shame on you for treating customers this way. I would rather go to Château d’Ivoire instead.

Plusieurs relances pour une Patek sans jamais avoir été recontacté. Les avis vous indiquent la « meilleure place » pour des montres Patek à Montréal. Premièrement, il s’agit du seul dealer officiel dans toute la ville, donc plutôt facile d’être « les meilleurs » puisque ce sont les seuls, ensuite ils n’ont que très peu de montres disponibles sur place. Attitude déplorable et arrogance lors de mon passage en boutique. Soyez assurés du retour de mon expérience auprès du siège. A éviter. Privilégiez NYC où le choix et les opportunités ne manquent pas.

PS: contacter le distributeur de « mon pays »? Qu’est ce qui peut bien vous permettre d’affirmer que je n’habite pas le Canada? ! De plus, si ce n’était pas le cas, ne croyez vous pas que j’aurai commencé par contacter le distributeur officiel avant d’entrer en contact avec votre « point de vente »? La mauvaise foi ne vous suffit pas, il vous faut également faire preuve d’obstination à avoir le dernier mot. Décidément.
