Went with some friends we were craving Mexican food while ordering looked at the kitchen and the ustensiles … and everything was so clean they use gloves restaurant is big with cool designs and very good music my friends and I are very picky about what we eat what can I say we loved it very fresh food you can really taste it and see the difference, good experience we will be back and forgot the amazing hardworking staff you guys are amazing!

Paid extra for extra meat but quantity was very little.
Paid extra for 2 oz guacamole but instead of sending it in a small plastic container just like any respectful restaurant would, they just tossed some in the tacos.
I didn’t order a salsa pool but my food was swimming in one

Franchement très déçue les portions ont été réduites de moitié en plus le poulet et le riz étaient vrm pas frais rasi d au moins 3jours. Dégueulasse!

Si je pourrais mettre 0 étoile, je l’aurais fait, car ceci est l’équivalent du service qu’on a obtenu. Nous communiquons à l’employé que la portion émise est très peu, nous validons si ceci correspond au portion de la recette. Il me regarde en me fixant, et il ne répond pas à la question demandée et me dit il a un problème? Je lui répète mon interrogation, il me fixe, me dévisage et il décide de consulter la personne à mes côtés en faisant de l’ignorance volontaire à mon questionnement. Par la suite, rendu à la caisse, il répète à plusieurs reprises en ayant un sourire en coins si on veut des ustensiles, du papier, un sac quand nous avons répondu clairement non merci. L’employé qui nous a servis, nous n’a pas remis un bon service client, ce qui comprend être à l’écoute du client, répondre au questionnement de son mieux, s’ajuster s’il a eu une erreurs dans les portions servies (ce qui aurait été totalement correct qu’il se soit trompé) & moindrement démontrer du respect.

On commande quelque chose, ils nous envoie la mauvaise commande, le gars ne comprend rien, je lui demande si faut j'aille lui porter la commande pour qu'il comprenne et il me raccroche au nez en disant que je le menace de le frappé? Ça fait dure. Il refuse de faire quoi que ce soit. Nous avons payer pour du poulet, on reçoit que de la viande rouge, et on se fait refuser de l'échanger. PIRE SERVICE DU MONDE! En plus on avait même pas reçu les bon breuvages (commander soda pomme et reçu root beer). Vous nous avez fait perdre notre argent au poubelle! Je donnerais zéro si ça le permettait. Vous riez du monde ça fait vraiment dure. En plus il y avait des cheveux dans un des burrito.

Used to be my favourite Mexican place, i wont go back again ever. Stale food: the rice in the burritos were like eating small stones, chicken had bones in it, size of taco/burritos have been significantly reduced half of what they used to serve. Waste of money spent almost $50 for nothing.

The only Mexican thing is the name pretty sure the boss of this place is not Mexican (shame on him) ️ With the price I paid, I’d rather spend it on lottery tickets‍️ And by the way, how do you expect me to eat all my 16 churros with 4 nutella chocolates samples? Yeah, they’re small I know?

Si vous voulez vous sentir de trop, sentir qu'on les dérange. Allez a cet endroit. J'ai jamais vu autant d'employés désintéressés et pas motivé. 16$ pour un burrito assemblé sans aucune emotion, juste sacrer le tout dans le tortilla et espérer qu'on sacre notre camp le plus vite possible. Tellement pas agréable comme expérience. Que des jeunes qui se sacrent de la business ca parrait. Ya pas d'amour là!

Classic go to Mexican local joint in the Vimont area. Their burritos are so flavourful and the ingredients are well mixed.

Burrito passe de 11$ à 17$ et plus mal fait que jamais. 15 bouchée avec juste du riz et 2 bouchées avec les 8 autres ingrédients.c’est fatiguant quand le prix monte et que le produit perd en qualité en meme temps.j’pas pret de retourner là. Dommage j’y allais chaque semaine avant et c’était bon et bien fait.

Première et dernière fois. Fiez-vous aux commentaires en ligne. Service très ordinaire. L'employé qui m'a servi est le plus bête que j'ai croisé depuis un bout. Très arrogant et bête. Si j'étais le propriétaire j'irais faire un tour.pas très bon pour l'entreprise.
La nourriture était correct, mais 15$ pour juste le burrito, c'est beaucoup trop cher.

Le poulet je sais pas il a quoi, mais il donne la chiasse.si t’a envie de dépenser 15$ pour un burrito pour choper une bonne diarrhée vivement conseillé comme endroit, sinon allez au Subway à côté.

Mon copain a commandé via Uber et personnellement, j’ai aimé. Nous avons pris le combo familiale 4 buritos, 4 chips, 4 boisson et 4 churros.
Notre nourriture étaient chaude, et nous avions demandé nos buritos piquant et Cetais vraiment une bonne sauce. Je suis quelqu’un de très difficile dans la nourriture et vraiment je recommande cette endroit.

Mon fils et moi avons fait une intoxication alimentaire. Évitez ce resto si vous ne voulez pas être très malade! Tout étais vraiment tiède.

Very courteous and friendly staff. My wife had given me the order and I am not too familiar with Mexican cuisine so Erica was very helpful in putting my order together. Portions very generous and food was great. Will definitely be back.

Really bad food.no flavor, bad service, and i got a bad stomachache all night long.you should have a manager on site to check your place or you will be closing soon.

The place is so dirty and disorganized and the portions have shrunk since my last order. The rice was so dry that literally felt like eating pellets. When they charged me for extra meat even though I asked for half and half, the guy with the beard at the register said that he’s not here to argue instead taking time to listen to what the customers have to say. Well, I guess that’s a sign of a business is going down hill. A zero star would have been better if I had the possibility to rate it.

We have been a customer of Mexigrill since it opened. The food is always fresh. The selection of meat is great, especially the al pastor. Good fast food option in the area!

Save your money and order elsewhere.

Ordered online and the food was very dry and cold.
Granted, the cold food could be from the 20 mins delivery time.still it wasn’t warm even a little bit when we received it.

The Al Pastor taco was mostly burned piece of meat. Not very chewable.

I’m not an expert on churros, but I don’t think they are supposed to be this teeth breaking hard.

Very disappointed. Will order elsewhere next time.

Terrible customer service and no hygienic measures taken at this place, I found 2 pieces of hair in my burrito and my churro. When I called the restaurant to tell them to be careful they told me that they were “human and they make mistakes” I understand this, but I still found hair in my food and you guys don’t wear hairnets disgusting and overpriced:/ At least offer your customers a refund when they find human DNA in their food.

Le burrito barbacoa est très bon! Je ne suis pas dans le coin, mais quand je passe à laval je fais parfois le détour pour y aller.

Been going here for years, but within the last year or so, the quality of the food and also the generosity of the amount the put into the burritos has reached a rock bottom. It's sucks because it used to be my favorite spot for lunch, guess I'll have to try Quesada or mucho burrito from now on.

We used to love this place but clearly they’re trying to cut costs. Used to be romaine lettuce, now they use iceberg. Used to give generous amounts of meat and guacamole, now the entire bowl or burrito is just rice. And the worst part, it’s ALWAYS cold. We won’t be back there again. Wake up and stop trying to take advantage of customers by offering less for more!

J'avais l'habitude d'y aller à pratiquement toutes les semaines mais n'y retournerai pas avant longtemps. Les employés ne portent pas de masques adéquatement, portent des gants et se pensent hygiénique après s'être touché la bouche et le nez avec leurs gants. Covid ou non ce n'est pas acceptable.

Nourriture adéquate (des fois meme froide) cependant le service est toujours extrêmement long et manque de diplomatie. Les employés n’écoutent pas la commande et agissent comme si prendre une commande était quelque chose de trop à leur demander. Cela fait plusieurs fois que je fréquente cet établissement et le service et le même. Un changement serait apprécié!

Ils ont décidé de couper les portions de moitié, c'est inacceptable pour le prix, je n'y retournerai plus (client régulier depuis plus d'un an)

This place has gone way downhill from the way it used to be. Went last night.my food was cold, the portions are half of what they used to be. My daughter asked for the usual portion of meat and was charged an extra $4. We used to be regulars at this place, at least 4X a month, but we won't be back.

Deux indigestions ici. Un burritos au porc et un végé. C'est pas normal avoir autant mal au ventre.

Clairement un truc pas clair dans la commande.

VERY disappointing! I understand the concept of quality over quantity but at this place it's actually disrespectful. I don't know what their boss taught his workers but god, when they scoop up my meat, just as they're about to put it on the burrito they shake off HALF of it! Very greedy for their already expensive prices. The Only time I had a full meaty burrito was with a new employee that probably didn't get his formation on the very small meat portion sizes. I would go there EVERYDAY if Mexigrill would fill up my burrito with some more meat! All my friends agree on the same topic.

My bowl was delicious, no doubt. Although, my five stars are a representation of the amazing service I got from Brandon!

Great place and food is tasteful, just make sure to not go when owner is there, seems to be a correlation with the owner being there and the amount of food you get lol (skinny dude with dark hair)

Me and my boyfriend use to go there very often and we were enjoying our time. We went back tonight and took to go. We had 3 burritos one chicken and the other 2 ground beef. Once home the ground beef tasted not good at all so we went back and even brought them back and asked for a credit since we were off and didnt want any other burritos for the night. The guy there refused and wouldnt give us a refund as well. Thanks for the amazing experience you guys just lost 2 really good customers.
