Super good spot, found everything we needed, staff was so nice and super helpful, would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for car parts!

After speaking with various people at different locations including Laval and giving them all the information they asked for to come and tow away our old cars on our lot, and then speaking with the last dispatcher from Gatineau, I had the very disappointing experience of having one of their tow truck operators who arrived from Gatineau then tell me he would not tow away our vehicles from our parking area on our property, because they had to be lined up on the driveway hill leading down to the parking area in front of our home. That was impossible as the old cars cannot be driven PLUS, most importantly NO one at kenny- u-pull told us that before they came, (and we had sent them all the information they said needed about the cars) including the last dispatcher from Gatineau, who only asked us if the cars were on the grass and was told NO they were all in the parking lot. Yes.they are parked beside each other and one only has to send a smaller truck so they can maneuver the truck to then put them on it, but they did not so much as try to compromise or apologize for wasting all our time arranging and then waiting in the rain outside for them. The did not mention anything about saying the cars had to be lined up, to us at any point, except when as was said one of the first guys whoa arrived then said he would not tow away or even attempt to go get our cars. THIS is after I had gone to the trouble of giving them all the information they asked for i.e. Cars to prove they belonged to me and besides we could not do that as we have to be able to get our running cars into our parking lot. NO ONE at Kenny-u-pull said "we are sorry, for having inconvenienced you and using up all your time with you thinking we would provide the service we promised of paying you for your cars and then taking your cars away, as we had agreed to, in all our discussions and arrangements with you previously before you were told by our drivers we dispatched and then sent to your residence that "NO they would not ", and/or, we will make sure to dispatch to some drivers who will get them out of your lot as we promised and send smaller trucks from Gatineau or the surrounding area where we live to get them. NO one.

Bonjour, j'avais accompagné chez vous une ami qui avait besoin d'une porte arrière pour sa pontiac vibe et j'ai apprécié votre service rapide et efficace. Aujourd'hui j'ai besoin de cette pièce pour la portière avant côté chauffeur qui a brisé pour ma Honda Civic 1.8 L 2008. Cette pièce retient l'angle d'ouverture de portière et s'appelle "Front Left Door Stopper Check Fit". L'avez-vous en inventaire? Merci de m'assister svp!

Magasinez les prix avant de défaire la pièce. J'ai toujours adoré aller chercher mes pièces à cet endroit ont pouvais aller défaire nos pièces soigneusement choisis et économiser, mais les prix ont tellement augmenté en plus de payer un frais d'entrée que ça ne vaut plus vraiment la peine. Sur les pièces que je cherche, J'ai téléphoné à d'autres endroit et pour les même prix ils sont défaites et prêt à emporter. Si ce serais pas des prix ainsi que plein d'exclusion dans vos pièces ex: portes sans charnière ni miroir.la ou J'ai acheter mes pièces, pour le même prix, c'est venu avec vos exclusion et le bumper est arrive même avec les fog light.je vous donnerai 5 étoiles assurer.

Came to get a new back window for my truck. Found they had the truck I needed the part from. Rear sliding window was listed as an available part on the website, but when I got there, there was never even any back window to begin with as I saw there was a piece of cardboard taped over where the back window would be, so it was already missing when it entered the yard. I drove over an hour round trip, and paid $3 to even enter the yard to get that part and left empty handed. I even tried calling before hand to confirm if the part was available and was hung up on.

I drove here from Ottawa. My home Kenny-U-Pull is actually in Cornwall, shout out to all the Ladies working at the Yards

Was once great but has since gradually deteriorated to bad.

I first started enjoying trips to KUP about five years ago but am now saddened to see upper management taking things in a direction that favours higher profit over great customer experiences.

My biggest beef: I used to be able to contact specific yards (near or far) by phone to ask simple questions. Not anymore. Like many other businesses that are getting too big for the good of their customers, the once-friendly and helpful Kenny is now directing all calls to a central call center god-knows-where, where the person that you're talking to is specifically trained to refuse to let you speak to someone at your site of interest, be it around the corner or 1,000 kms away. Okay, I understand that you're able to keep costs down by being a self-serve yard and you do not maintain an inventory of individual parts. I get it. I've been getting it for five years. I do still appreciate that, but I refuse to believe that you weren't also staying financially healthy and profitable back when I could still talk to someone at a specific location. The fact that you've been buying-up one yard after another all over Eastern Canada over the last four years or so tells me that your operations are securely in the black and you can still afford to do a little better than blocking your clients from speaking to someone at a specific yard.

Alternately, if you don't want to let me talk to someone on-site at a far-away yard then please at least pay what it costs to take and host pictures that are of good enough quality for a client to tell whether a car is a sedan or a wagon when looking at it through your website. Your one 0.016MB "picture" of each car? I've seen bigger thumbnail images. Yes, I know, you have an inventory of "over 20,000 cars" and that requires a lot of hosting space. But how about this for perspective: Copart's Canadian division currently has 6,400 listings, of which they post 10 pictures PER CAR at 0.060MB EACH. It's no longer 1999 and web hosting costs have come down; please bring your website's standards up to date or let your clients talk to someone on site to ask about a car. I'm not going to drive four hours to pull a rare wagon part just to get there and find out that the car is a sedan but I couldn't see that from the picture of it that you posted. Small and fuzzy is great for kittens, not online catalogue photos.

Finally, it would be great if you brought your standards of yard cleanliness back up to what they used to be. Regarding my local yard specifically: it used to be impressively clean. In 2017, it was so well-kept and well-run that I was comfortable bringing my 67 year-old Dad to help me pull parts. When we were there last week, we could barely walk anywhere within the aisles without nearly tripping on abandoned parts left strewn about between the cars. I was concerned about him tripping and getting hurt so we left without any time spent browsing the aisles for interesting finds like we used to enjoy doing.

On the bright side, the renovations are nice and I appreciate that the on-site staff were wearing their masks properly.

Prix trop chère! Les prix on tripler en 1 ans. Caps ottawa moin cher pour des pièces flambant neuve. La fin de kenny!

Je demande pour une pièce sur une auto. Un feu arrière. On me demande 3$. Je vais sur le site à l'endroit indiqué. Il n'y a plus aucune pièce sur le véhicule. Je reviens et demande s'ils ont un inventaire! Ils ont un inventaire des véhicules, mais pas ce qu'il reste dessus! Je demande un remboursement. Impossible. Ce n'est écrit nulle part qu'on peut arriver devant le véhicule et qu'il ne reste plus rien. C'est un droit d'accès! Combien de clients comme moi se font flouer chaque jour? Méchante arnaque! Je vais porter plainte à l'OPC aujourd'hui même.

En plus d'avoir reçu un super service sympathique j'ai dû économiser facilement 700$ sur mes pneus d'hiver! Merci à toute l'équipe

Kenny U-Pull a Gatineau ai une place pour économiser pour les pièces de véhicule. J'ai acheté deux Pneus d'hiver pour $140.00 dollars comme neuf BF Goodrich full size (115/60 R16). Pour moi ces des écono Pro. Merci Kenny pour l'économie du passé jusqu'au jourd'hui. De Michel D'Aoust

They are, now, so mean and greedy without any exaggeration, and here is it why?

I dealt with Kenny U-pull since they first opened at Pently rd. Ottawa. I can assure you guys, their prices now more than 4 times. Eventually, they will turn to metals recycling only and not cheap used spare parts facility, because many times I had purchased cheaper quality brand new parts from Rockauto, delivered to my house's steps even with their delivery charges included.

Bought an engine and transmission (680$) but forgot the yoke. Came back and the cashier said no problem. They charged me after I got it off! They also told me the ecu is no longer included in a "complete engine". Having spent THOUSANDS of dollars at kenny over the years, I'm disappointed to see them become so stingy.

It's a scrap yard. I wouldn't bring someone here on a first date, but I would come here again to get car parts. The staff were friendly and helpful. The vehicles were organized and safe to access. And the prices were fair. It is what it is. Recommended.

I needed an '08, '09 donor car for my part. There was one listed, I went.was charged 3 dollars to look at a car that was completely stripped (like an afternnon in the Bronx). I went back to office and told sorry, it's all we have and thanks for the money!?

Dommage que leur site internet ne reflète pas la réalité. Ne mettez.pas d'onglet d'inventaire comme ça, aucune déception quand on arrive. Le service à la clientèle à La Prairie est extraordinaire.

Je suis allé avec mon fils et son ami aujourd'hui pour une batterie. Nous en avons trouvé une très bonne. L'étagère de batteries est très bien organisée et il y avait une grande sélection. Une fois notre choix fait, le meilleur était à venir. L'employée habillée en camouflage dont je ne sais malheureusement pas le nom était fantastique. Elle connaissait les batteries, était bien équipée pour les tester et était très sympathique.

Grave manque d'éclairage dans le local d'exposition pour les pneus usagés, donc attention amis daltoniens, vous pouvez arriver a l extérieur et avoir une grosse déception sur l'achat de vos pneus, il note pas ou ne marque pas de couleur exemple les pneus avec réparation, donc si vous penser acheter de quoi de sécuritaire pour quelques tour a I-car ou Napierreville, vous pouvez l'avoir dans le #$%? &* comme il m'est arrivé, très déçu des conditions de mon achats favorable à ce faire passer ce genre de pneu que bon pour aller faire son marché.

Si l'éclairage serait optimisé j'aurais pas cru que l'ont a profité de mon handicape visuel.

DO NOT RECOMMEND USING! I went with my hubby and step, spent 2 days under a truck to pull out a transmission after they told me at the office I could put a 98 into an 03 F150. Take the transmission out of my trick and have the 2 on the tailgate and they don't have the same sensors and no way to male it work (after calling asking asking 4 mechanics). I take the transmission back and they can only give me a gift card! They were supposed to tell me about that policy and did not and I do not read French. They should know if I'm talking to them in English!

What a crooked business. That was the 1 and only time I went there. I would not ever go back!

Its a great opportunity to have and thanks for recycling these cars. Staff is always great and the place is clean and well done for a Recycling (scrap) yard. For the smart wise and green people out there, congrats to you for recycling and save or make big bucks.

Oh, just a quick reminder for those that didn't know, here it is in my case ; own a car for 20 years, payments for the first 5 years = 30000$+, then no payments for 15 years = -90000$ in my pockets for strip joint and not Stealerships (dealership).

Not as good as it used to. Not at all! A few years ago you would find three and four year old scrapped cars. Now, the newest you could find are10 year old scrapped cars. The three dollars entry fee is a rip off! What am I going to the movies! All good parts, specifically good tires and rims, they set them aside and sell them for a premium! Most, not all, of the staff are better off flipping buggers at McDonald's. Not very knowledgeable. A precious few are good though. They used to have a sale every summer, all you can Carry for 50$. Long gone are those days! Wanted to buy control arms for my car, turns out, for an added 40$, I could buy brand new ones with a three year warranty and without having to go to pull them at Kenny's. Was a no brainier! Every few months they jack up the prices! Used go there four days a week, as I have three cars between me and the wife, and I would fix some of our friends cars. Now I barely go there once a month! Even tires are no good there anymore! The good ones get set aside by management and sold for a premium, not the regular price. Typical case of how greed can kill a business.
