Best Italian restaurant in Montreal.

Pizza and pasta are incredibly good - it feels like in Italy. Service is also VERY good.

You can tell they use authentic ingredients.

If you want to eat Italian, this is the place to go.

Will come back over and over again.

Keste is a fantastic pizza place in Montreal that you have to try! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the menu is packed with amazing pizzas. Whether you like classic Margheritas or something more creative, they've got you covered.

Ce restaurant m’a surpris par la qualité des ses plats sur l’ardoise. Tout était de qualité supérieure à tous les autres restaurants dans cette gamme de prix et plus. Le restaurant était plein et nous avons été servi rapidement.
La salade du jour était raffiné au niveau des ingrédients mais simple en même temps. La fraîcheurs des aliments y apportant le goût.
Le cocktail était fabuleux sans être trop sucré.
Ce restaurant est clairement un des meilleurs dans le secteur au niveau qualité/prix.
Je n’ai pas essayé la pizza qui avait l’air délicieuse.

Vraiment un établissement hors-pair.
J’ai pu dire mon appréciation au chef qui est disponible à voir les clients.

While in Montreal prom dress shopping with my daughter and her friend and mom I had to try Keste in Montreal. Gianluca the owner and his staff did not hesitate to make us feel so welcomed. The food was exquisite. From the authentic pizza, the gnocchi, the crocche di patate, the salad special, even the drinks and the sweet and delicious mini donuts with pistachio sauce and Nutella! My new go to favourite place in Montreal. You will be seeing me again for sure…we’ll done (applause)!

The food was delicious, the drinks were very good, but it took long to get them, but the service was poor, our server was on his phone the whole evening.
If you want excellent italian, napolitano food its the best place to go, but you must have plenty of time, because the service is long

Fantastic pizza! So glad to have such a great pizzeria close by.
It’s what a pizza should be: simple, sublime and savoury. The staff are on point, never missing a beat and friendly.
Only point I have to say: maybe a few more options on the wine list on the less pricey side.

Very nice restaurant, the food is very, the portions are just enough to keep you satisfied. The staff is very friendly and always open for a quick chat! What's also nice is when you go there, it doesn't feel like any other restaurants, it feels cozy as if you were eating home!

Nice ambiance, I enjoyed my pizza (Regina Margherita), and was pleased when offered spicy oil. Staff was polite and professional. I’d like to come back and check out more of the menu.

Pizza in the middle was watery and flopped.entrées were forgotten and came 1 hour late (overcooked), service was friendly but very slow. We ordered a Nduja pizza which came without any Nduja. Highly disappointed despite all the hype.

Stumbled upon this place before a concert and decided to try it out. First of all, my review had nothing to do with how things tasted. The food was delicious.
However, my friend and decided to each order a garden salad and share a pizza. The house salad is $14, so we thought a nice big salad and half a pizza would be a great dinner. The salad was pathetic. Literally a small handful of mixed greens, a couple slices of tomato and cucumber. It was insulting to pay $14 for that. Actually, $28 because we got one each. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he agreed but didn't really do anything about it.
I also was a bit underwhelmed by the service. Once we were done out meal, and our drinks. We sat waiting for about 15 min with no in checking on us, asking if we wanted dessert or coffee. I finally had to flag down our waiter and ask for our bills.
I would say overall, it was an ok experience. I will probably never go back. I can get pizza just as good other places that don't rip you off for a salad.

WoW! Food is super fresh and tasty! The staff is absolutely wonderful, amazing service! The ambiance is great! I totally loved my experience there!

The food was great! Calamari was nice, the pasta was really tasty and also homemade. The pizza was delicious, I loved the crust. Will definitely come again, service was slow however.

If you want authentic Neapolitan (South Italian) cuisine, this is the place to go.

Every dish perfectly balanced in flavours where you can really appreciate every single ingredient in the dish and the freshness that it brings.

The service was phenomenal from the waiters to the chef. Chef Gianluca has 30 + years experience in this industry and is the friendliest and most humble person.

Overall really lovely experience tonight. Will continue to back until I’ve tasted everything in the menu (which changes every week lol)!

This place is VERY Italian (most staff and customers are Italians).
I highly suggest taking the polpetta: one huge meatball with satiating marinara sauce.
The Crocchè (mashed taters and cheese croquette) was quite hefty too.
We tried the famous pizza fritta. It was a pretty interesting dish: equally large in size, it's basically a fried calzone. However the fried dough is super light and chewy, not hard and crunchy as I thought (like an empanada).
Overall a good experience with great service.

First let me say that the food was amazing, Authentic Italian cuisine. I would say it’s the best pizza I have had since I went to Napoli 20 years ago. The service was good, friendly staff. The reason for the three stars was we had an antipasto appetizer. Which was good, but when we got the bill the antipasto came to 80 (20) per person which was not told to us by our server when we ordered as it was not on the menu, I’m sorry although it was great the platter did not reason the price. I would recommend this place for the food just make sure the sever explains the prices on the specials before ordering.

Shared the gorgonzola pizza, the pistachio rigatoni, and the mushroom tagliolini. All were perfect.

I went there to pick up two pizzas. In one of the boxes there was no pizza, it was empty. I found out when I got home

Went with a few friends, we were looking for an authentic pizza and wine restaurant and this hit the spot. Kesté is a hidden gem in lower Manhattan, with it's friendly staff and delicious food. I highly recommend you pay this place a visit. Homey, welcoming and not pretencious.

Good, authentic Napolitana style pizza. Their spicy oil is unique and very good too. We will be back soon:)

We went to eat at Keste tonight it was honestly amazing!

I had the pasta with eggplants and olives it was absolutely delicious

My husband had the pistachio pesto pizza that was out of this world.

Our 7 year old daughter was also raving about her pizza.

It’s authentic Italian food at its best.

For dessert you must try the fried dough with Nutella and pistachio … to die for!

Been here at least 4 times over the past few years minus the period of restrictions from the CAQ and Legros to not go anywhere and stay home scared. Scumbag politicians aside, this is a great place. Gianluca is from the heart of Napoli, a superb city and the birthplace of modern day style pizza we all love. The buffalo mozzarella, deep fried, and stuffed with pasta has to be one of the most original and IMO best appetizers you can ever have. You will obviously get your carb fix here so no carbs 24 to 36 hours before you go, LOL. Salute.

Me and my wife like to go very often. What I suggest is the mixed entrée, pizza and pasta with pistachio pesto and guanciale. Pasquale (the waiter) offers a great service, Gianluca (the chef) knows what he's doing in the kitchen. Also the barman makes a great Aperol Spritz.

Pizzéria haut de gamme de type européenne classique. Personnel efficace et courtois. Une vraie et rare gemme à Montréal.

I was ready to come to your restaurant, support you with my friends as I believed you were standing up against this tyranny, but it seems you chose the oppressor’s side by segregating with vaxx pass and not keeping your words. I wish I could rate 0 but well. Best of luck to you

La nourriture était bonne, le service était sympathique. Il y avait cependant un peu de confusion. Plusieurs serveurs qui viennent nous poser la même question, une réservation plus ou moins bien prise, une erreur dans la commande (vite corrigée!) Bref, rien de grave, un bon repas!

Edit 2022: plusieurs autres bonnes expériences à cet endroit, sans confusions!

Si tous les restaurateurs et les commerçants faisaient comme vous, cette mesure injustifiée basée sur rien et ayant causé déjà beaucoup trop de dommage serait déjà terminé et n'aurait jamais eu lieu une 2e fois! Enfin quelqu'un qui a une tête sur les épaules! Excellente place, excellent service et très agréable de voir que tous les Canadiens ne sont pas tous dans le même panier! Devrait avoir plus de restaurateurs de la sorte. J'encourage et continuerais dencourager.

Went last night for dinner with my wife and 3 year old, we had a fantastic time and the staff was incredible. Everyone checked on us as we were eating to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed.
The food was incredible and the tiramisu was perfect. I would highly recommend trying this place!

Defying the rules will lead them to no good. I hope they're ready for the upcoming fines and loss of licences.
