Absolutely love going to Kido Bebe to purchase baby and children items! There are so many options and there items are all good quality and this is essential for children life! Great service!

I went shopping with my daughter in store and on line. Excellent service. They can explain things to you in person or by telephone. We spent lots of $ and my daughter is very happy!

Great selection but unfortunately very unorganized. Ordered 3 large objects. The stroller was not delivered on time because the wrong address was provided to UPS, we had to go in person to make a correction - time wasted. They told us our crib and rocking chair would come separately at a later date. Both were delivered together to the wrong address after the address was confirmed. When a call was placed minutes after delivery I was told they would try to resolve the issue after I insisted on speaking with the manager. Not picking up the phone now. A big waste of time on my end, took time off from work to receive the delivery, would not recommend.

Kids Bebe had the stroller I wanted in stock and shipped quickly! Love my stroller - can't wait for baby to arrive to use it! Thanks Kido Bebe!

Ordered a bugaboo donkey 5 extension from here, received a call straight away saying that the shipping might take 2-3 weeks due to stock coming from outside their store, and I could confirm if I still wanted the item.

The item just shipped less than a week from ordering it, this was a great surprise since I’ve had a hard time finding this colour in stock.

Great customer service! Our shipment was going to take about a month to arrive and to our surprise we got a personal call from their store to walk us through the dates we would receive it. Then, when the dates got closer, we got follow-up calls to let us know the order status, and when the order was potentially going to be late they figured out how to get us our order a couple of days earlier than expected. Highly recommend!

J’ai déjà été client dans ce magasin et cette dernière n’est pas la meilleure. J’ai commandé un kit de conversion depuis le 8 janvier 2023 et il a fallu que j’appelle le 4 mai pour qu’on me dise que c’était prêt et personne ne s’est excusé de ne pas m’avoir contacté alors que c’était ce qui était convenu. J’ai connu en mieux en matière de service à la clientèle

I tried to buy a car seat from this company because I had a gift card there. I wanted to price match and beat the price by 20% of the difference (as mentioned in their site) and they tried every excuse to avoid price matching, manager avoided my calls and did not return my messages. In the end, the final reason was that it was inconvenient to ship it.
I tried again since more sites were showing the sale price, this time they finally accepted the reduced price but wanted me to pay for shipping (even though their site says free shipping above $99), then the staff I was speaking to had no clue about their policies and didn’t know about beating the price by 20%. In the end, she didn’t want to do it and said myself and my order were a headache to deal with.
I would have put 0 stars if there was an option.

Thanks for your response, but I think you might be referring to the wrong experience. I didn’t call multiple times over many weeks. You DID price match but didn’t know/want to follow your own policies in regards to shipping and beat the match by 20% of the difference (I had to send your employee the information because they were unaware of it). Sorry but my experience is different from the one you’re describing.

Horrible customer service!
The core value of any brick and mortar business in this market is to provide premium customer service since it’s so easy to order online at comfort of your home. There is not a single item that you cannot find online. Philippe who is apparently the only person at the store to install car seats is extremely rude and unprofessional. We were waiting for 30 mins and not a single representative who were free tried to seve the other couple finalizing a bed so Philippe can assist us, or at least take a min and come and say sorry for the wait it would not be long! We end up going to Agatha (10 mins drive) and got an excellent service and the car seat we wanted.

I love shopping at Kido bébé! The service is always good and delivery is always prompt. There is a brilliant range of beautiful products.

Was referred by a friend to go see them and never went anywhere else. Saf is amazing-he knows his products and is so helpful. They have amazing products and a variety to choose from. I recommend anyone going there in person.

Great store and some of the best choices are available here. You'll find the best brands at reasonable prices. Phillipe was a great help and answered our questions in extreme details. He demonstrated minute details of our products (Stroller, carseat, bassinet) and ensured we are comfortable using them before making the purchase. We really did not have to go back home and look for anything in the manual. Really knows his stuff. Highly recommended.

Really nice store with big selection of strollers and car seats. However, the lady at the cash was too busy to help me so it seemed even though the store was empty. I made an online order mind you a stroller not just some socks and pyjamas.it was sitting behind the cash register and I was like “oh is that my order? ” She just said “yeah” didn’t push it towards me or I don’t know pretend to help me or tell me it was mine without me asking. I had to go get it behind her. But one of the girl was very courteous but like the front lady at the cash made my experience so so.

Amazing place, they have the stock of a big box baby store (if that even exists?) but with the service of a family run business. If you can’t find it here, it probably doesn’t exist. We made an order online, we made a mistake on mattress size, totally our fault. They asked us if we could come in, as they were no longer on lockdown, I showed them which crib we received as a gift, they pulled out a mattress that fits, took back the one we ordered, and didn’t even charge us the difference. This has since been our go-to baby place. Some of the best, friendliest service I have ever had in ANY store, anywhere.

We went to the other Kido store (on Jean-Talon) and didn’t like our experience as there was too few things to see and the employees were not interested in helping and did not know anything. It’s was such a relieve to go to this one and see a very different attitude! Thank you guys.
I like everything they have in store, lots of nice combination of furnitures, good selection of accessories.
Would love to see more bassinets as there were only few choices, also I’m still looking for a good looking AND comfy rocking chair, and hasn’t found one anywhere so far. Most of the chairs are pretty ugly (including at Kido), so we might choose a rocking chair from a standard furniture place like Structube.

I came to Kido Bebe many times when prepping for the arrival of my baby. I was helped by numerous staff and each one was very knowledgable on the products. They were available to answer any questions I had but were never pushy (one of my biggest pet peeves). I found they had a good selection of baby products. Of all the Montreal baby stores I visited, this was my favorite, the one I kept coming back to for my baby needs.

2 years ago I bought an UppaBaby Vista stroller and car seat from Kido Bebe. The staff were very well-informed and advised me on which stroller to choose and it was really the best choice in my opinion. Not long after, on one of my flights, I found a piece had been broken. I informed the owner about that issue and within a couple of days I received an email from Uppababy that my stroller would be replaced. A couple of days later it arrived. A month ago a taxi driver who didn’t know how to properly close the stroller broke the stroller seat. Again, I informed the owner and had my new seat on the way in no time! I honestly appreciate the speed of process, as with a toddler you can’t really do anything without the stroller.
I highly recommend this store as my experience with them has been wonderful!

I was visiting Canada on vacation and bought a stroller for my son from Kido Bebe. I honestly think it was a great experience! The staff were very knowledgeable and the store had a wide collection of high end products. I found the exact stroller I was looking for and even ended up buying the car seat from there as well.
I highly recommend this store!

Pretty bad experience with the shipping. They don’t call when the item arrives.for the stroller we paid, we called to ask if it had arrived, to which they said they would go check and call us back - 4 hours later. Stroller had still not arrived after 4-6 weeks delay. Then we ordered a bassinet they had to order. 4 weeks later still no answer. We called and the person said they’d go check and call us back - no answer and the store closed.

Feels like they don’t really care about you if you pay the full amount straight up.

I usually never write reviews, but in this case I felt compelled to. First of all, let me start off by saying that I think the stores are very well put together and they carry a full spectrum of merchandise. That’s were my praise for Kido stops.

Their business model is quite simple. As most mothers to be such as myself, I needed to register for my baby shower and so I choose Kido, as I believed that people needed to have the option of going to a physical store. BIG MISTAKE! That is exactly what Kido’s owner try to take advantage of. They hope that people will “want to register” with a physical store to sell their massively overpriced goods. Not knowing any better, that’s what I did and was left with hundreds of dollars of credits to spend in the store.

They will tell you that they “price match” to make the you feel good about your purchases. MY SECOND BIG MISTAKE.as a disclaimer.they should really have told me that they price match, but NOT with Amazon.ca.and guess what, of course they wouldn’t. Amazon is about 20-30% cheaper on almost everything at Kido.don’t believe me, check it out for yourself. Kido is an absolute overpriced on the everything! And I mean everything.

Do yourself a favour and register on Amazon.ca.you will get much much more for your money and the money of the generous guests you invite to your baby shower.don’t throw away your money and don’t give it to Kido’s owner!

Bad customer service. I bought a Britax one click car seat at the store. My son is 2 years old and the harnes straps are very short so when my son is in the snow suit I can barely tight him. I went to the store and they said they can't do anything. I believe a good customer service representative would have advised me that the Britax car seat straps are too short and recommended me another brand or take responsibility of what they are selling. I don't recommend the shop.

Seriously overpriced. Found several items not just a little more expansive which can be understandable but literally DOUBLE the price for the same same baby furniture and brand as other baby stores I visited this week in Montreal. They have some unique items. Again not sure worth asking price.

Very disappointed with the staff. My daughter in law went into the store with a small baby. She needed help to get in and not one employee was able or willing to lend a hand. They just watched. She entered the store and no one even asked if she needed help with something. She had to go to the counter herself and question an employee regarding a product she was interested in purchasing. Customer service is definitely not part of the training.
To add insult to injury, they said they would match the price of another store that was less expensive and they didn’t even respect that.
I hope management takes this seriously. A real shame!
