The receptionists are always friendly and professional, Mary is wonderful. The place is always impeccably clean. Cheryl my physio is extremely knowledgeable, she listens to concerns and has helped me regain my mobility.

Après deux ans de douleur chronique post fracture de jambe, j'ai poussé la porte de la clinique et beneficié des soins de Hans Smeins. Son expertise, son grand professionnalisme et son honnêteté m'ont permis de passer une étape majeure vers la guérison (et ce en moins de 10 seances, pendant lesquelles il m'a enseigné les exercices indispensables pour la suite). Je me suis remis à la course grace a lui.
Lorsqu'un professionnel de santé établit un diagnostic réfléchi, parvient à améliorer les choses pendant le traitement puis vous donne votre congé lorsqu'il estime que vous êtes autonome, cela mérite d'être signalé. Merci encore.

Une clinique vraiment parfaite, du professionnalisme de l'accueil, aux soins qui y sont pratiqués. Dr Smeins a réussi à traiter mes problèmes de dos en un temps record, grâce à ses manipulations très minutieuses et ses exercices réfléchis et taillés sur mesure. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les explications sur sa pratique et comment cela affecterait la mécanique de mon corps. Un très grand merci et je ne peux que recommander cette clinique pour ses soins.

I have been treated by Hans Smeins over several years for a variety of injuries (knee problems, a pulled ligament, whiplash, and broken wrist). He is very knowledgeable, skilled, experienced, and is always able to explain the biomechanics of the injury in clear detail. He’s very happy to answer questions and has a very pleasant personality. He has a great ability to analyze and identify the source of the problem and provide the appropriate plan of action with treatments and exercises to bring back my strength, flexibility and dexterity. I am very happy now and pain-free. I even sent my dad to Hans for a pinched nerve which caused terrible shooting pain down his leg. Now my dad is as good as new, pain-free and almost forgot he once had an injury. I highly recommend Hans Smeins. He is the best physiotherapist I have ever been to.

I suffered a sports injury a little over a year ago and spent the better part of the year having Hans Smeins look after me. I am so grateful for his professional, experienced, and meticulous care - it was truly impressive to listen to his detailed explanation of how the anatomy of the body responds to proper, consistent and professional physio. I've been going to Kinatex CSL for many years and recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know. The entire team is tremendous, but Vishal Puni in particular is the best physiotherapist I have ever met. He's helped me on more than one occasion when doctors couldn't. Everyone who I've sent to him inevitably says he's 'next level' great.

I injured my back in July 2020 and could barely move and was in constant pain for several months afterwards. I am now back to being able to have a normal life with minimal pain, and I am able to thank my physiotherapist, Hans Smein, for that.

Not only did I always feel less pain after each session with him, but he also always inquired about how I was doing mentally with the injury and pain, and gave me reassurance that I would be able to walk and move with minimal pain again afterwards, and that surgery was not the answer to everything. He gave me the knowledge I needed to get myself back up on my feet, and to maintain my lower back so that I wouldn't relapse into another period of excruciating pain just by making a bad movement again. I highly recommend him, he actually cares about his patients and them getting better!

The secretaries are also very nice all the time, always smiling and talkative (when I arrived to early for the appointment).

Amazing experience with Hans. I hurt my back and was jammed, couldn’t walk and sitting hurt. Hans fixed me within 2 appointments, and I could walk after the first! Very soft approach, great understanding of how the body works, solid advice to avoid pain in the future.

I had a frozen shoulder condition that was treated by Hans Smeins, a physiotherapist. I was not able to move my arm properly, couldn't perform usual chores and exercise. In a matter of two and a half months of treatment. I was able to regain the mobility of my arm, and the pain gradually went away. Thank you for your professional skills and humane approach.

Kinatex (Cote Saint Luc) surpassed my expectations. I noticed progression of my right shoulder within the first 4 months. With that said I came to them after having a very bad experience with another physio establishment as my right shoulder worsened. I was extremely pessimistic. I am very happy to say Cheryl my most frequent physio therapist rehabilitated me back to a health from the beginning. Cheryl took her time and took baby steps to nurse my shoulder with care by continuos controlled stretching and individualized massaging which prove to be super effective in my experience. I was able to re-establish a full range of motion with little to no discomfort. Moreover, I also have the pleasure to see the physio therapist by the name of Hanns towards the end stages of my healing. He infuses another massage style that's adds to the loosening up of your problem area in a way that you feel whole again. He also takes the time out to educate you on your issue so you can becomes aware of how to prevent further problems, which I do appreciate. Cheryl and Hanns aim is to make you recover as close as possible to100%. Put it this way I am never dissapointed. I always see improvement for the better as I still attend my physio sessions.

Everyone from the secretaries to the physio therapist and occupational therapist (Cynthia) deliver outstanding service. Along with being professional, they are all friendly and welcoming which makes your visits all the more joyful. I wish I knew about this clinic earlier.

Excellent service. Dr. Hans explained everything very clearly and managed to address the issue in my elbow. Very satisfied with all the sessions. The receptionist was also very helpful.

They place is always very clean and welcoming. I recently needed physio on my leg and had Hans he is amazing, he explains very well what your problem can be and is very helpful in giving good exercise. He really did a fantastic job at getting me better and fast too. I would definitely recommend this place.

I highly recommend this clinic and more specifically David Whiteman. In terms of physiotherapy, his knowledge and abilities are second to none. He helped me rehab from sport related injuries, found my weaknesses, and helped get me back to performing at a high level.
