James is absolutely incredible. I had chronic neck pain due to a ligament issue for as long as I remember. After only a few sessions, the pain is completely gone! He also corrected any misinformation I had received from coaches, YouTube, and so on. Overall, he is incredibly knowledgeable and a true professional. Highly recommend!

J’ai eu la chance d’avoir les services de Hugo/son équipe et ça m’a permis de guérir rapidement. Hugo prend le temps de comprendre les problèmes et donner les traitements nécessaires. Ce fut une expérience positive, les rendez-vous étaient toujours à temps et je recommande fortement sans hésitation!

I love everything about this clinic. Always spotless, friendly staff, excellent physiotherapists that, in addition to treating your pain, spend time explaining things to you so that you need them less over time (isn't that amazing?) I've seen a few physios from other clinics over the years and thought it was fine and somewhat helpful. But then I found this place and now I get it. Your body too deserves more than just "fine" so treat yourself to greatness by going to Kinatex Square Victoria!

Depuis 2018 je souffrais d'engourdissement intense à la cuisse, notamment après des sports comme le ski alpin et de fond, au point où l'an passé j'ai dû arrêter de faire du ski alpin. Mon médecin m'avait référé à la seule thérapie d'infiltration de cortisone pour soulager un nerf coincé. Référé par un ami, après 3-4 traitements avec James, déjà j'ai ressentie un soulagement important et j'ai pu reprendre à faire du ski alpin et de fond sans douleur. J'avais même pensé vendre mon équipement tellement j'étais certaine qu'il n'y avait rien à faire autre que la médication. Pour moi c'est un miracle. On ne parle pas assez des compétences des physios pour ce type de problèmes, éviter la cortisone et allez voir James!

James is an excellent physiotherapist! He is very friendly, attentive and proactive. More importantly, he has a lot of knowledge and experience and comes with solutions and techniques for every issue. I've had several knee injuries due to contact sports and have been to several physios, but James is on the top of the list. Highly recommend him for all your physio/rehabilitation needs.

Hugo is the best physiotherapist in town! Highly competent, he takes time with his patients to properly diagnose and treat injuries. Staff is helpful and welcoming. I would recommend to friends and family without hesitation.

So very happy to have been referred to Hugo. For the first time in three years and after trying many different therapies I am now finding relief from a lower lumbar stenosis. Hugo is the best in the business. He was able to treat my leg pain. He diagnosed it and treated it in 5 sessions. Thanks to him, I am able now to train for my marathon!

Meilleur physio en ville, rien de moins! Hugo Rioux offre un rare mélange de grande compétence et d'un savoir être hors pair. Les employés de la clinique sont affables, serviables et d'une politesse exceptionnelle. La clinique est loin de chez moi mais je ferais encore plus de route pour bénéficier de ces services. La madame est absolument satisfaite et les services reçus ont objectivement changé son quotidien!

Première expérience avec la massotherapeute Audrey. Vraiment déçue de mon massage. Premièrement, je m’attendais à une table de masso, non de psysio. On s’entends leurs fonctions et leurs conforts, pas du tout les mêmes. Deuxièmement, je n’ai pas été enchantée par la qualité du massage. J’ai l’impression de ne pas avoir été écouté! En plus de ne ressentir présentement aucun bienfait de mon massage autant par la qualité des équipements que du traitant, j’ai l’impression que je devrais avoir un autre massage pour compenser mon inconfort de la table! De plus, je ne compte normalement pas mon temps mais disons que le 90 min a été rétréci aussi. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit pour un massage. Je m’attendais définitivement à plus venant d’un centre professionnel! Réceptionniste très gentille et accueillante par contre. Endroit semble très propre et protocoles d’apepsie bien visibles.

Excellent service. Pratique à distance étonnament efficace, du moins pour un cas léger comme le mien. Conseils utiles et exercices adaptés à la douleur. Je recommande.

Dont recommend it at all. They are very beginner pgysiotherapists there who do manual therapy and push and pull your bones without diognosing your issue. I had a tiltied pelvic bone and he displaced my bones and it has been almost 3 months that I am in bed laying down. Lost my job. Cant walk or sit.
