J’ai transférée mon dossier à cette clinique et je ne regrette pas du tout!
Tous les employés sont sympathiques et professionnels. J’étais avec Daphne Mc Gurie, nous avons réussi à régler en quelques semaines mon blocage d’épaule. J’ai réussi à reprendre mes activités habituels, moi qui était désespéré en arrivant! Très belle expérience et belles discussions avec ma thérapeute. Très rare de nos jours que nous trouvons une bonne clinique et celle-ci a répondu à mes attentes et bien plus!

Kinatex West Island est un peu loin de chez moi mais ça vaut la peine de faire les quelques kilomètres additionnels pour s'y rendre. L'accueil est chaleureux, les lieux sont propres et surtout, j'y ai retrouvé un thérapeute que j'apprécie beaucoup pour son professionnalisme et ses compétences, Eric Ellemo. Comme par le passé, seulement quelques séances (trois cette fois-ci) et mon problème était réglé. Je recommande chaleureusement.

An incredible physio clinic! Very very clean, front desk people are very friendly, physio therapists also great! I had Eric Ellemo and he helped me tremendously with 2 issues! Cannot recommend this place more! I am now a physio believer haha.

I had lots of constant dizziness and Eric was able to help fix this. He was very professional and ran a bunch of tests to pinpoint exactly how he can fix my issue. I highly recommend seeing Eric for any issue you may have related to physiotherapy!

My son has been seeing Eric Ellemo for his neck and shoulder pain. I was very impressed the first time I met Eric. He is professional, knowledgeable, great listener and his overall demeanour is soothing and perfect for treating patients in pain. His exercises are well explained and effective. Presently seeing Stephanie Steen for 2 pinched nerves in my spine. She has immensely help with the pain and mobility. I really recommend Stephanie and Kinatex West Island to anyone needing a physiotherapist. Awesome experience and great people!

Unfortunately both my physiotherapists at Kinatex West Island didn't listen to my needs or limitations following my injury. Both were unwilling to adapt treatment following slower than usual healing progression and my last physio session the physio was belittling and unprofessional. Fired Kinatex and found a physio more in tune with the needs of the patient.
In regards to Kinatex response to my review - it's arrogant to say you disagree with the details of my experience as a patient, but when you're not willing to listen to the patient, I guess this is what you get.

I had a massage from James last week. It felt amazing and i feel great. I recommend him and will definitely go see him again soon. I already booked the appointment.

Woke up one morning with vertigo (bppv) two weeks ago and my doctor recommended Eric for physiotherapy to help get rid of it. He worked wonders after only the first appointment! Highly recommend this place and especially Eric

I’ve gotten a few athletic massages for my legs! I’m a soccer player and always seem to be pulling something! James always fixes me almost instantaneously! Really love his work and would strongly recommend.

I injured my lower back from over activity and LUCIE SANSCARTIER was amazing. She is an osteopath with golden hands. Very professional and knowledgeable. She sent me exercises to do at home and after 2 sessions my pain was gone.

I recently went to Kinatex for a torn ligament in my knee. The entire experience has been exceptional. Eric, my physiotherapist is knowledgeable and very professional. His stagiaire Brooke was also very eager to learn and give me direction. His exercise routine was A1 and the results have produced good results. I highly recommend Kinatex West Island and a huge thank you to Eric for your care and treatment.

I went to Kinetex to treat a frozen shoulder. The staff was very friendly & professional. Michael Ennis was very knowledgeable, provided good information, and helped answer all my concerns and questions. My treatment lasted about 5-6 months and luckily, has resolved finally.

I went to Kinatex because my left leg was collapsing on me occasionally. I was not able to walk without limping. Eugenie Letourneau performed her evaluation and gave me some exercises to do. After two weeks of doing the prescribed exercises I was no longer limping and most of the pain and discomfort has disappeared. I am feeling MUCH better. I find that physio is the way to go whenever experiencing body mechanical problems.

Great experience with Physio treatments. Eric E was amazing! I arrived after having surgery on my dominant arm, and had zero use of it. Eric's expertise and treatments gave me back full use of my hand, wrist, arm and shoulder. He helped heal me and relieve my pain. He has a great bedside manner and made the appointments fun and full of laughs.

Fantastic team that helped me overcome my hamstring injury in just a few sessions. Eric was a pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. A+ service!

I have seen two different physiotherapists at Kinetex West Island and both are excellent. Eric Ellemo for various running related needs and Olivia Ripa for oncology Physio. I highly recommend both. Support staff are also efficient and courteous.

I first attended this clinic for a vestibular issue, treatment was extremely effective. I left with a treatment plan and have been virtually symptom free ever since. Recently, I started treatment for an ankle issue. I have less pain and more mobility than ever. I was even able to take up running. Eric Ellemo is amazing! I would recommend this clinic to anyone. The staff are great - kind, warm, caring and very professional.

I am very pleased with my experience at this clinic for physiotherapy services, having seen Eric Ellemo as my therapist for several sessions. He was knowledgeable, personable and worked with me to find exercises that I would actually do as homework. I am now feeling much better! Every member of the staff is knowledgable and kind. The programs and exercises given following visits have always worked. They even follow up after your visit! Also highly highly recommend Philip for deep tissue great for elite athletes too

Amazing experience! I had a couple of sessions with Eric Ellemo for my lower back issue. He patiently worked with me to identify the problem and tought me a set of exercises that eventually led to solve the issue. The staff are very kind and helpful. Having the set of exercises with images, videos and description online was really great.

Michael helped me with a minor TMJ problem. Luckily the problem was resolved after just one visit! He educated me on the subject, and was very personable. I would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing TMJ issues.

I was super impressed with the offices (clean and cosy and such friendly staff!). My physio Eric Ellemo was fantastic. He listened and took the time to explain everything to me. His hands worked magic and he patiently taught me the exercises I needed to do. I have been to Kinatex West Island a few times for two different problems. Each time, I was impressed by the speed at which you can be accommodated and the professionalism of the staff. I dealt with Stefano, who is very knowledgeable and very efficient. Prices are competitive. I recommend this clinic.

Can't say enough about Chris Rubino. He's by far the best physiotherapist I have ever been to.he's patient, honest, funny, puts you at ease and does not talk down to you. Most importantly, he doesn't hesitate to suggest another course of action if he thinks it could help you.

First of all I was the most nervous person waking into this place. I had a lot of back and neck pain last year and couldn’t take it anymore. After 1 full week of agonizing pain, I called and spoke to a lovely woman on the phone who answered my questions and booked me the next day with their osteopath specialist. At the first appointment Anthony went through everything in detail, asked a lot of questions, and made me feel very comfortable. After only two sessions, my pain was significantly reduced and I continue the exercises that he recommended to help prevent the pain in both areas of my body.
I now have knowledge of what causes my pain and how to relieve it if ever it arises, which is rare now. Thank you so much to Anthony and I recommend all my family and friends to this location!

I have been going to this place since 2010 and will find any reason to visit. They have very highly qualified physiotherapist, great osteopaths acupuncture.the staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Great thanks to Anna and Sophie always helpful. Nadine is one of the best ostheopath i have ever had
