My mother and I dined at K73 this morning, and the overall experience was FANTASTIC. We were served by Trivan, who is a phenomenal waiter. He was attentive, patient, sympathetic, charismatic, fast, thorough and extremely professional. Trivan was very knowledgable about the gluten-free options (for two Celiacs) and made us feel safe in choosing our meals. The food was delicious, and served nice and hot (shout out to the kitchen staff). We particularly appreciated that it was not overly salty, which often happens when one orders bacon, ham and sausage. Dino, the owner was also very kind and compassionate. He took time out of his busy day to sit down, engage with us and listen to our comments. Thank you K73 for a special mother-daughter breakfast and for making the start of our day that much brighter. Complimenti! Until next time!

Never a disappointment. Service and food are great. Portions are quite generous. The decor and ambiance are very nice. Would recommend to anyone for a nice breakfast spot.

I was charged 4.73 to replace my potatoes with fruit. I got a small orange wedge and 3 pcs of cantaloupe for 4.73$! It's circled in blue in.picture and on receipt. I asked the waiter, and he said that he's mentioned this to the owner several times as many people complained. He apologized but did nothing about it. Last time I come here. Rip off. Greedy.

Terrible service. Was asked to leave and refused service because we asked for a table for 4 and the third person did not show up on time. Avoid this place.

Over of my favorite breakfast restaurants in Montreal. Food is always great here. My wife has celiac and has to eat gluten-free and this is one of the few breakfast restaurants that really understands gluten-free eating and offers a full gluten-free menu. Highly recommend!

The food and service was excellent! They are very allergy aware and super gluten friendly! Can get pretty much any breakfast item made gluten free. Highly recommended!

Food was good but not worth it as the manager (or owner? Not sure, he seemed to be in a position of authority) was very rude. You can tell that’s their vibe by the business’ replies to reviews as well

It's good! I liked my meal a lot, friendly waitress and lots of options. We came here for a large birthday party, they let us reserve which is rare for brunch. Big parking lot, which I like. All plates are our table were finished. Coffee wasn't great unfortunately. Bathroom was clean. Big restaurant.

Tasty food. Nice staff. Little disorganized as we'd made a reservation but apparently it shouldn't have been taken at that time. Little annoying not to just be told in advance of the mistake especially since we were with my 90 year old grandmother and made to sit outside.

By far, one of my favorite places to go for breakfast! The quality and quantity of food you get for the price is great.

Staff were good and friendly, however all the potatoes in all the plates weren’t fresh. They were like for a day before. Also the same situation for the fruits they’ve brought, so old like a few days old.
French Toast was 1 small slice of bread as well.

I love Kitchen 73, I've tried the one in Laval and now the one in DDO. Both are excellent, food is good and the staff is very friendly.

Breakfast was delicious. I had the Begian Waffle called Wafflicious. Absolutely tasty. The environment was very clean as well. 100% would come back

Food was fine but be prepared to be asked to leave as soon as you finish eating. I understand the fact that there was a line up but we were 9 customers and there under 90 minutes. Rushing us to leave is not appropriate. There are plenty of other restaurants that are more respectful of their customers.

Kitchen 73 is an indifferent restaurant. We visted this restaurant a couple of times. I love what they are doing for charity when you order their breakfast option. Also it is a pretty popular breakfast restaurant in the 514 area. It was also nominated on CTV News on the segment best breakfast in the city. I kinda find it hard to believe now.

Firstly, their food was decent. I had the smoked salmon omelette with the sides and toast. It was delicious and tasted good for my liking.

In November 2021, Second time I came I had the eggs benedict with the waffle and it was okay. The benedict was a little salty with the hollandaise sauce overpowered the rest of the food. 3/5 stars on that.

Secondly. Their smoothies are not that good. I ordered one of their smoothies which is the Blueberry smoothie and it tasted sour and I felt like they rushed or had no idea how to create it well. Probably won't order a smoothie from there for a while.

Thirdly, their washrooms were smelling bad and felt that they need to do some cleaning and proper maintenance.

Finally, there needs to be better management and training the employees about mask wearing and customer service. The manager is nice but needs to be kinder and discipline himself and others. Some employees wore masks some had them on and off and some did not where their masks while working. Truly a disappointment.

However the waiters we had in the past were kind and treated us well so extra marks on that.

I feel that management here does not care at all about the people nor its food. I will not return and I would not reccomend the restaurant. For now I will stay away.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The waiter is rude, the fruits are very stale and I also got sick after eating there. I called to mention the fact I got quite sick after eating there and the manager started to yell. Terrible service, food and management.

Great brunch place with a creative twist on classic menu items. The customer service was warm and inviting with the food to match. I had their salmon eggs Benedict dish which was okay, but the salmon had a different texture and aftertaste than what I'm normally used to. Nice venue to catch up with friends.

Oh my god!

I’ve always been the biggest breakfast fanatic! And this place… no words except WOW! I normally say something like oh the potatoes were divine try them! But there isn’t a SINGLE thing on our plate that wasn’t out of this world! And service? So nice and super quick! Beautiful terrace too! 100% recommend to anyone

Quality is good. Staff is friendly and expedient. Resto is clean. Price point on the higher side.

First breakfast on a terrace for over a year due to COVID. We both had the Benedict’s. (One with smoked salmon and one with avocado.) Food quality and taste were great and service was very good. The terrace is large and spacious.
We all need to get out and support our local restaurants as they have been closed for too long. They are all struggling for staff partly due to government handouts. If things don’t go as planned try to be a little compassionate for what these owners have and continue to go through. On this occasion everything was perfect!
Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing brunch place overall, eggs are always cooked to perfection, great little Parmesan potatoes, affordable options. Also very friendly staff and really nice setting.

I was so excited to finally come back to this place and the food was great as usual.
Was too excited coming in to even check but on my way out, I noticed a lot of disturbing things.
First, the waiters weren’t all wearing their masks properly. Second, a guy who seemed to be the manager wasn’t wearing a mask at all. And last but not least, few of the kitchen people were wearing masks on their chin. Not what you would expect at all after months of being closed due to the pandemic.

After a long closure because of Covid, it finally open up again.
This is the place where our family enjoy the sunshine up with coffee. The Egg Benedict is good. Most important, coffee is good.

I reserved for 10h30, I arrived at 10h30 and they said there's no more place but people will leave soon. People come here to eat, so they are staying there 1h00 to 2h00 easily. There was a couple in front of us. Seems to be: fist come, first serve even tho you can reserve. We waited 15min, so we left.

J'ai fait une réservation à 10h30. Lorsque je suis arrivée à 10h30, on me mentionne qu'il n'y a plus de place, mais que ca ne devrait pas être long. Il y avait déjà 1 couple devant nous. Après 15minutes, nous sommes parties, car nous avons remarqué que la plupart des clients venaient de recevoir leur plat principal ou n'avait pas encore commandé.

Gaufre aux fruits - bien garnie
Crêpes au Nutella pour les petits-enfants bonne.
Le Massif (Steak and Eggs), totalement nul, ils ne savent pas c’est quoi un steak, la pièce de viande était à 50% de gras et de nerfs. Pour le prix and vaut pas la peine.

Avions fait 30Kms pour y aller déjeuner avec nos petits-enfants qui habitent dans le coin mais ça ne vaut pas le déplacement.

Nous n’y retournerons pas c’est certain et ne le recommandons pas.

En passant il faisait froid à l’intérieur, apportez-vous un chandail ou veste car certains clients gardaient même leurs manteaux.

Been to this location several times and so far haven't been dissapointed. Very decent food and fair prices, and the staff had been perfectly pleasant. I plan on going again eventually.

Absolutely love this place, since the opening I have always enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, the staff is 5* and incredibly friendly. You.must.eat.here.

If I could give less stars I would, the food is great but terrible terrible service! I ordered from doordash and 2 times in the same day they sent me the complete wrong thing and they did not want to take any responsibility for it even tho they knew they messed it up. 2 times the first they didnt even send me what I had paid for they missed 1 out of 2 dishes and then I had to reorder my second dish but I added more to the second order and again they messed it up and were missing items I had paid for so now im stuck with a bill of things I never received. Straight up robbery.

We’ve enjoyed coming to this place for years. The food, the decor, the service and the prices are all great. This week, however, they really impressed us. We had ordered our food with a lovely server named Shane and had to leave suddenly due to an emergency. No questions asked - she wouldn’t even let us pay, and was perfectly understanding. We were so grateful and it made such a difference to us that day. Thank you!

Employés très sympathiques et courtois. Nourriture quand même très goûteuse. Seul bémol: ils n'offrent pas de verre d'eau. On doit payer pour avoir une bouteille d'eau.

We had our company Christmas party here, and the food, staff and place was just fabulous. Would recommend it to anyone looking to have a private celebrationor party for groups of 50+. Thier signature braised beef dish is just amazing. Thank you to all the Kitchen 73 staff, great Job!

They do not have vegan options besides just fruits but they can accomodate and omit cheese on their home potatoes. Great service but I suggest to come early because they get packed around 11

Very good over all, but fruit cup was dried because we went late in the morning. They may want to put some cover on rather than leaving out on the counter near the front.

Kitchen73 is not what it used to be. Cold food, sick staff (with a cold), long wait time for food. Overall bad experience. It's a few times now

My go-to brunch spot in the West Island! The diverse menu is delicious and the atmosphere is always vibrant and buzzing with energy. Thank you to Gaby, Dominic, Billy and the rest of the phenomenal staff for the consistent 5-star experience!
