Kitchen 73 RDP

Nous avons adoré l'endroit. Très beau décor. Le personnel un peu lent à servir le café. Nous avons constaté que le chauffage n'était pas encore en fonction, car où nous étions assis, nous recevions de l'air froid sur nous. Nous avons trouvé que les pommes de terre à déjeuner étaient assez gras et pas assez chaud.
C'était la première fois hier que nous y allions. Peut-être que nous y retournerons un autre jour pour voir s'il y a eu un changement. Ou peut-être bien nous enverrons d'autres membres de notre association fairent le test.

Music is not too loud and the service is good! However the menu is big and it could take time for you to choose what you want.
The food is actually very good and they don't pressure you to leave when you are done.

Went there for lunch, the menu has a great selection. I would definitely recommend their burger it's tasty and huge! Kind of disappointed with their panini and pizza tho.

Absolutely delicious food! A big thank to our beautiful and professional waitress Ariana! We were a group of 13 and Ariana did a wonderful job in serving all of us.

Ambiance très cool pour ce secteur (qui en avait vraiment de besoin!). Plusieurs nouveaux enployés (es) qui ont fait quelques erreurs ici et là mais le plus important est qu'ils se sont ajustés + la nourriture est excellente!

Le service était un peu déficient. Mais je n'y vais pas très souvent donc je ne peux attribué sa a une normalité

Service mediocre. Doit demander 3 fois pour avoir de l'eau (pas dans le rush). Doit retourner l'assiette car trompé de commande. Dans chaque assiettes il y avait un oublis (2). Tout ca, sans s'excuser.

La nourriture est très bonne donc je vais seulement take out maintenant.

Le meilleur service, la rapiditée est incroyable vous y aller seul ou accompagner cest charmant et le mondes est souriant. Japprecie enormement l'endroit et le menu dejeuner est extraordinaire surtout leur patates un grand merci a ma preferer Marie, elle est adorable et incroyable!

Always late (even if called the day before) and overpriced for a cardboard taste food.

Everytime we go to this resto, we wait hours for our food. That, we waited two hours. Reservations were at 11am and we were served our food at 1pm.we were 15 people. They blamed it on the fact that we did not agree to a fixed. There is no difference if we know each other or not. The resto is still making s big batch of eggs, potatoes, toast, etc. I've would understand if this was a one time thing. However this often happened before covid as we, therefore irs not the first time. We were the last ones served in the restaurant. They served all other tables and took care of us last. We are so tired of being continuously neglected, we have collectively decided to not go back anymore. Its frustrating that they cannot take accountability for their disorganization in the kitchen, and choose to place the blame on us. Again, this has been the case since before covid. Something has to change.

Good place.food is worth the price and excellent service. Long waiting time during peak hours better order or reserve ahead

Service excellent par la serveuse Michèle. Nourriture excellente. Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique. Je vous le recommande à Montréal sur Maurice-Duplessis.

Depuis quelques temps le service c’est dégradé! 25 minutes assis à table sans que personne vienne prendre notre commande!
Autre visite un smoothie commander avant le repas est arriver à la fin du repas chaud fondu et sans saveur! Je me demande si quelqu’un est en charge de ce restaurant là fin de semaine! C’est dommage j’aimais vraiment ce restaurant!

It was our first time trying out a breakfast place in RDP, we decided to give this restaurant a try. Overall the service was good, we had to ask for a refill for the water, though. As stated in other reviews the food is good but its pricey compared to other brunches, I would say for the price we expected more.

Malgré la pandémie le service était très bon. La nourriture selon mes goûts étaient correct sans plus. La musique de type "boumboum" ma dérangé puisque je préfère le rock.

Notre réservation n'a pas été noté et ils nous ont trouvé une place ds le milieu ou tout le monde passait+ les verres et ustensiles étaient vraiment très sales. Hyper bruyant. Complètement désorganisé. Mais la bouffe étaient bonnes. Pas sure d'y retourner.

Today we had a Baptism at Kitchen 73, well let me say that this was the worst place I have ever been. Being served Mimosa was honestly a joke, they would bring 1 at a time, literally 1 glass at a time. Then we waited 2 hours for our food, who was eating who waited another 20 min, the service terrible.
The answer we got was we have no staff, yet people coming In were getting served, if you don't have staff we understand but don't take reservations if you can't fulfill, you just gave 35 people a really bad impression all said they won't come back. And for the only place in RDP you would think they would try harder.

Bad service waited a long time to get seated even tho I was the only one in line.waited another 15min to get the menu.meanwhile I was starving.finally get the food.food was bad meat was worse

Nous sommes allés un peu plus tôt aujourd’hui et malgré l’achalandage en lien avec le premier week-end de réouverture complète, nous avons reçu un service exceptionnel. Bien que nous soyons arrivé à 15mins avant la fermeture de la cuisine, notre serveuse a été ultra patiente et courtois dans la prise de nos commandes. Le menu est super varié la nourriture absolument délicieuse! Jsuis vraiment heureuse d’avoir fait cette découverte, un ‘gem’ dans l’est de la ville!

Pire expérience. Endroit très sale. Service désagréable, quasi absent. Ne respectent pas les règles sanitaire concernant la covid. Menu et personnel anglophone seulement. Affiche en gros sur le mur "sans gluten" mais ne semble pas savoir ce qu’est le gluten, aucun menu et aucune attention particulière pour l’intolérance en question, c’est avec crainte que ma fille a mangé son repas. Après avoir demandé 3 fois pour du ketchup j’ai dû me lever pour aller le chercher moi même. Pas d’eau, j’ai quand même demandé 3 fois. Pommes de terres louches et mousse de moisi dans mes fruits (c’est à ce moment que j’ai eu un énorme haut le cœur), asperges jaunes et pas cuites dans ma crêpe. Misosa flate de fin de bouteille ouverte depuis 4 semaines et demi. On ne m’a même pas offert un petit 10% de dédommagement sur ma facture beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité de l’ensemble de l’expérience. C’était la première et clairement la dernière fois à cet endroit.

Staff was really nice and attentive. Wait time was appropriate. They offered plenty of water and coffee refills. Generous portions and tasty food.

Great menu options. Delicious food for any meal of the day. Unique menus for special occasions. Excellent food and warm staff and service. They really care about customer satisfaction. They have always accommodated any request I have made. It’s become a staple in our neighborhood.

J'allais manger des bons déjeuners là. J'ai décidé malheureusement d'essayer un dîner, une pizza dégueulasse la pire j'ai gouté de ma vie et une vieille salade pourrite avec du vieux poulet sec pas mangeable.et j'ai été malade.je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds dans ce resto.dommage.

1-the place smells like oil and it sticks to our clothes.

2-Service staff is very rude for tips.
During payment. In the machine, it is optional how much you give tips, but a staff brought the bill to the table again and saying you have to give %15.
I believe the machine should have only 15% choices or they should not be that rude.
Won’t visit again.

I'm a big fan of greasy spoons and breakfast restaurants, and after my first try of Kitchen 73 I can guarantee I'll go back, both for breakfast and to experience their ample lunch/dinner menu.

The food is very good, eggs were cooked as I desired, bacon had both crunchy and softer bits, breakfast sausage was tender, and their berry smoothie is to die for!

The ambiance is just right, music not too loud, tables are comfortable. Service is impeccable, you feel they are eager to please. And they *listen*. My wife suggested that they don't automatically put a plastic straw in the smoothie, that they ask the client if they want one first. They said "That's a very good suggestion! ", and then in front of us, the waitress told her colleagues to spread the word.

Good food, affordable prices, decent portions (they give a LOT of taters), service people that know how to listen, a social mission (they give a part of every bill to some charity and also get their ingredient from local producers), what's not to like! This restaurant is a little gem that I'm glad I discovered and I wish them nothing but success.

Pretty new place in RDP. Have very kind and welcoming waiters that are on the ball. Clean and great ambiance. The food is good and it's affordable for a family of four.

Went an year ago when they had opened. Service was awful. Decided to give another chance by going for brunch today. Food was bland (not even salt). I was looking forward to the potatoes as the description was interesting. It was absolutely bland.
The maple syrup container was so sticky - couldn't even hold it.
No jam was given - when I asked for strawberry, I was given raspberry. My husband is allergic to raspberry.
Had to wait 45 mins for the bill.
I will never go back again or recommend this place - which is very sad as I was hoping that this would be my neighborhood restaurant.

Went there for brunching.the food is great.but the staffs are incompetents.the girl at the entrance has no clue for managing costumers.the waiter did his best to manage the rest of our time there.but he was overwhelmed. Understaffing

J'ai pris le Porc-dictin: 2 oeufs pochés avec du porc effiloché, des oignons caramélisés et une sauce hollandaise sur un pain ciabatta. Servi avec patates et fruits. C'était cochon.et délicieux.

Food was great and the service was amazing! The waitress with the dark curly hair really went above and beyond. We went for dinner and it was great

By the looks of the menu, it seems to be more of a breakfast place. I had the fried gnocchi (one of their signature dishes) but it seemed to be more of a glorified mac n cheese with gnocchi. It was loaded with gooey melted cheese. Not very tasty.
It was very quiet for a Saturday night. Staff was nice & friendly tho. Dont think I would go back.at least not for dinner anyways.

Very nice place, had breakfast and it was very good! Prices are not bad but once in a wile its worthy!

Nous sommes deux amoureuse des déjeuners et Jai mis 2 étoiles pour le Bacon et les fruits.nous avons pris 2oeufs bacon saucisses PAPILLONS BIEN CUIT (2fois retourné en cuisine pour le bien cuit.) le chocolat chaud est froid très cher et non sucrée. On na pris un extra bacon.l'assiette et bacon coulais de gras.le serveuse tres gentil par contre. Nous reviendrons plus.
