My daughter and I were just exploring the industrial area after a business meeting and we found this place. Even though our purchase was not huge. The owner went above and beyond to serve and communicate with us. That is very rare to find. I would give them 1,000 stars if I could. Thank you so much for the hospitality and we love our pink bowl set. Grace!

Je suis d'accord avec Adriana, la même chose m'est arrivé. J'ai commandé un four à pizza et la date de livraison a changé 4 fois en 2 mois. Lorsque j'ai demandé plus d'explication on m'a dit de patienter ou de demander un remboursement. J'ai finalement trouvé le four ailleurs, au même prix et livraison en 1 jour. Je peux comprendre les enjeux de fournisseurs mais le respect du client n'y était pas. Mauvaise communication car plusieurs de mes emails ou appel ont été ignorés. J'ai finalement recu mon remboursement apres plusieurs demandes. L'expérience me laisse un gout amer. Eric

Very Dissatisfied with their customer service, ordered a pizza oven in FEBRUARY, a month later when we emailed to ask for an update, they said it would be in by the end of April. It’s now almost the end of May and they haven’t responded to numerous emails. Now we’ve emailed requesting a refund. The worst customer service I’ve ever received. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

They guaranteed me an expensive oven was in great condition. It arrived completely dismantled in unusable shape. They sent me a new $5 part that was unrelated to the problem, and then said that was all the warranty covered and that I was out of luck on the $5,000 I paid for the oven.

Avoid, avoid.if not Good Luck.
I Bought online some Zwilling kitchen utensils, that are advertise on website as “in stock” paid extra for fast shipping. A week later contact then asking for an updated.to be informe that they don’t have in stock but they will try to contact the supplier.four weeks have passed and after some emails they said that those particular utensils are sold out. So I replied to please provide a full refund.since that moment they never refund and neither reply to my emails. I was force to escalate the matter to my Credit Card provider in order to have my money back.
PS: those “sold out” utensils are still on their web site as available and in stock.

It's a paradise if you are into Cooking or Baking. The store has anything from cooking equipment to everyday utensils. I bought some beautiful dishes and they are absolutely gorgeous. The best selection of products and prices I've ever seen in this kind of equipment store!

Been a client of them for 16 years bought everything for my supperclub and several houses. I must say the owner Eric is one of the top guys in this industry. He will find you what ever you want. Their maintenance and customer care is unbelievable. I read the other comments. And extremely surprised because I for one have brought all my friends that have restaurants, and all have been buying everything for their restaurants and personal houses. Their pricing is extremely competitive, and I am not sending flowers because we have become family to this enterprise. I saying it because it’s 100% true. Ask Eric the owner for anything you need even if it’s not on the floor. He will find it for you. I hope you succeed for another 20 years.
