I'd give them 6-Stars if there were such a thing. From purchasing my gold and silver on their website to booking an appointment to picking up my order at their downtown counter.everything was smooth sailing. I also found Kitco pricing and selection to be better than the competition, while the people that served me at the counter were both pleasant and professional. All-in-all it was a totally stress-free and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend them. Loving my shiny new metals! ––– That was 6 weeks ago. Today I returned to Kitco for more 1 oz gold bars. Nice variety of options. I chose an assortment of Perth Mint, JM, PAMP and Britannia. All beautiful! Service and expertise were just as great as the last time. –––

Used to do a lot of transactions with Kitco. Their prices over the past year are completely uncompetitive. Ridiculous spreads. Ive been going elsewhere. Hope they read this comment.

Got scammed. I bought Krugerrand here, one and only place I bought from. I did not even open it until the staff opens it when selling. But when I tried to sell it, they didn’t take it as Krugerrand. It’s either 1) Their machine is broken 2) They sold a faulty coin claiming it’s Krugerrand.

Either way it’s horrible.

I recently made my first purchase with Kitco and it went fantastic. They were awesome answering my questions over the phone. I completed the purchase via the website. The packaging for delivery was perfect. They know what they are doing and you get a quality service and product with Kitco. I used them based off a close friends experience and it was spot on. Great!
