Let me start off by saying I have grown up doing my own mechanical work and being around cars my entire life. Finding a mechanic that can meet my expectations has been nothing short of a challenge, that is until I met Steven from KNS. Kind, Respectful, knowledgeable but, above all else incredible resourceful.

I have NEVER met a mechanic that takes the time to call outside contacts to help diagnose an issue or does research online to find "common" failure points. Most mechanics just go on the change everything, charge the labor/parts until they find an issue with zero guarantees. Kns on the other hand does everything in their power to help you save time, money and parts. Thats already on top the great customer service i mentioned above. Really happy with my experience.

They have got a customer for life with me and I will be referring them to everyone I know moving forward. Already heard they had a great reputation but finally using them first hand has been great.

Tres mauvaise experience si vous voulez massacrer votre voiture allez le voir en plus malhonnête le mec est nul et n assume rien j ai ete le voir et revoir 20 fois pour des choses simples la suspension de ma voiture a ete cassé dans son garage il ne l a pas assumé l arriere train de la voiture il l a défoncés et apres mainte discussion il l a regle la voiture meme le changement d huile rempli a moitié et il veut me faire croire que c est au bon niveau et dernier truc il change les freins et disque de mon char mais ne change pas les sensors qui viennent avec le package pour sois dison me faire sauver 15$ donc dans le dash ca clignotte en rouge tu sais que je dis la verite mais tu ne veux pas assumer par contre tu sais faire le gentil bref je ne reviendrais plus jamais je te le garantie je ne recommande personne de venir te voir en passant merci de m avoir raccrocher au nez tu es tellement professionnelle.

Je ne recommande absolument pas ce garage. Aucun professionnalisme et niveau de reparation mediocre voir nul. Il a détruit le véhicule de mon frere sans compter le nombre de fois qu’il considère le véhicule réparer alors que ce n’est pas le cas…
Je ne conseil personne de venir réparer son char dans ce garage à moins que vous vouliez détruire votre char!

Very nice people and they were able to find the problem with my car quickly and fix it right away

My experience at the KNS was great. Extremely polite and professional. The verification and resolving the problem was quick and accurate. I felt well taken care of. Moreover, I felt comfortable that I was dealing with good conscientious, respectable people. Without hesitation, I can say; I will be going back for any work that my vehicle may require. I trust that I am in good hands!

I'd rate less if possible.absolutely massacred all 4 wheels worth 4500$ and can't be dammed to fix it. Car was left sitting on jackstands for the most part of the summer while they "fixed" them, aka covering them in sharpie. They will not repay the value of what they damaged. Absolutely horrible experience and if you actually like your car, do yourself a favor and keep it as far away from here as possible. Extremely unprofessional and unexperienced to say the least.
