J'ai pris un premier RV avec eux car mon auto s'éteindait à l'arrêt et plusieurs d'autre symptômes comme de l'huile dans mon filtre a air. Il ont changer mon huile et m'ont dit que tout était beau. Quand nous avons récupérer notre voiture, nous avons constater que ce n'était pas régler. Donc nous avons pris un 2eme RV en leur mentionnant qu'on doutait que le problème vienne de la transmission. Il nous ont rassurer en nous disant qu'ils avait les meilleur mécanicien pour les transmission et qu'il allais vérifier.
Ce qu'ils n'ont pas fait évidemment car ils m'ont remis mon auto dans le même état encore une fois en me disant que tout est beau, nous avons même rencontrer le chef forman pour confirmer que ma voiture n'avait rien et il nous a dit que le bruit que nous entendons etait normal car nous avons un moteur v6.
Nous avons repris un 3ème RV que nous avons obtenu 1 mois plus tard mais ils nous ont canceler un jour avant la date.
J'ai dû trouver un autre garage pour effectuer les travaux qu'ils n'ont pas fait car effectivement, notre transmission n'est plus bonne, ils avait plein de mange fer à l'intérieur mais pourtant ils nous on confirmer 2x qu'ils avaient vérifié et qu'il en n'avait pas JE NE CONSEIL PAS CE GARAGE. Très mauvais service

On aime beaucoup le service chez Kollbec. Ils prennent le temps d'expliquer et le temps de bien faire les choses. Stéphane au service est un vrai gentleman et il communique très bien en
anglais pour accommoder mon mari. Très satisfaits!

Achat d'une auto usagée il y a un peu plus d'un an. Nous avions convenus que des pneus d'hiver viendraient avec. Pour au final me rendre compte qu'il n'étaient pas neufs (en parti ma faute, j'aurais du le faire préciser.) mais le plus gros problème n'est pas là, c'est surtout, ils n'étaient pas de la bonne taille! Beaucoup trop grands, c'était vraiment dangereux! Vraiment pas professionnel du tout!

We came across a used vehicle on cargurus after having a poor experience at another dealership and were fit in immediately for a test drive. We have not received our vehicle yet, so this may have to be updated, but we had an exceptional experience with Guy Samson. He is very authentic (and funny)! He also gave us the opportunity to do a thorough test drive (i.e, both city and highway) which was nice.

I have jeep Cherokee 2019. When last year I had the problem with engine oil loss, but the check for recalls on vehicle not on diagnostic and told me if I still have the same problem bring it back. Today I had the appointment Director service try to changing me for service. While directly from company online try to explain for Mr. Joan sue Christian wasn’t expecting to serve it. I don’t know why each a person in this position has to be. He had very bad attitude with customers service.

I bought a 2021 Jeep Wrangler 4xe from Ottawa, ON and then moved to Gatineau, QC. This Jeep dealership was now closest to my home.

I called for a recall service and was told by the service manager to "Go back to where you bought it from".

Called Jeep Canada and a formal complaint was submitted.

Disrespectful, unprofessional and would definitely not recommend.

Don’t buy used cars from them. Bought Mercedes C300 from these guys. Work needed to be done on the car they changed brakes but they are so bad quality that i have to get it replaced again only after driving 5000 km. There was other issues with the car they said we don’t have good mechanic for Mercedes please take it to dealership and we will pay for the repairs. Got work done send them invoice. It’s been more the 3 months still didn’t paid me back. It’s only $462 dollars and now they don’t reply to my msgs. Sales person name
(Nicolas Boileau). Really disappointed. I bought the car with only 32000 km.

I got the parts in time for my car, my Fiat was done fast in 1 day, they did 1 big recall also (same day) free of charge. Navette go and back and not very expensive for such a big job.
